I had Closed on the purchase of my first home. When I awoke the next morning I realized in my excitement, I had not scheduled an appointment with a locksmith. I went on Angie's List and chose TC LOCKSMITHS and boy am I glad I did. They were super prompt and very professional. Before noon on the same day that I called, the work on all four doors had been completed to my satisfaction. The smile on my face as we waved goodbye was genuine. Would I recommend them? The answer to that is Again and Again and Again. Thank you TC LOCKSMITHS.

They came and re-keyed three locks and did a great job.

Walt is very personable and makes sure he does everything well. He was running late, but called to let me know he was running behind by about an hour. It ended up being an hour and half. But once he was here he got started right away, and he even fix a previous problem on two of doors for no extra charge to make up for being late. I would definitely use Walt again if I was in need of a locksmith!

Walt arrived right on time and got to work straight away. He quickly evaluated what I needed and despite several onsite changes on my part he still got the work done well ahead of his projected schedule. He also offered some excellent advice on how to fix one of my non-standard locks (electric) that was giving me trouble. Thanks Walt, you were great!!

That turned out fine. They added some additional door locks. I had to pay an extra $20.00 to have them install a dead lock.

The provider did not attempt to be helpful when I told him my keys were locked in the trunk of my 1971 Chevy Nova. He was very hasty with an unpleasant tone. Whoever heard of a locksmith who can't get into anything. Based on reviews, getting into houses and window appears to be the provider's specialty. It would be very helpful if the provider would list the things he can't do also; rather than taking me through all these changes of having to purchase the deal and now I have to go through the paperwork process to get my refund back. I would have been happy to pay more if he could have just tried to be helpful. What an unnecessary hassle; as if I'm not under enough stress with my baby being parked across the driveway instead of in the garage. Luckily, I used yellow pages and another company has agreed to come out for $75.00; at least they are willing to try to help.

Fantastic work - we have tricky Windsor doors and he was able to contact the manufacturer to obtain a diagram of the interior workings of the doors and figured out how to disassemble the previous locks and install new ones on the spot. A+ trouble shooting. Highly recommended.

He called an asked if I was available early and was able to gives tips on the type or door locks for my doors. If you need to have doors re-keyed, I recommend calling or buying this vendor on Angie's list.

After contracting online for a $19.95 service call coupon, I contacted TC Locksmith to come to my home and repair a front door lock.Walt Chapman is the service provider, and he asked me to send him a photo of the mechanism in question via text. This enabled him to quickly determiine if he wold need any additional parts, approximate the time involved in the repair and schedule the call. He responded the same day, arrived promptly at the appointed time, repaired the mechanism within the quoted time duration and within the cost parameters agreed upon. Walt is a professional with a friendly, customer service orientation. I recommend him.

Called in the AM- booked appointment same day within three hours from contacting him work complete- shut the front and back doors!!! Rekeyed apt and provided keys too. Great deal!

He was on time and had good advice about my doors and locks. Very efficient and quick. Was able to come in on the day we were closing on a house and get everything done.

Walt was able to come out and perform this service the same day I called him which was wonderful! He even fixed some of the locks that didn't line up in the door frame so they worked better. He also gave some tips on security and kept the area clean where he worked. We would definitely recommend him to anyone and will call him again when we need a locksmith!

Walt was punctual and polite. He was able to salvage hardware from my own botched attempt at replacing the locks, so we did not need to pay for new parts. He completed the work in about an hour and charged us in line with his estimate. No surprises. I would certainly work with Walt again.

It was great. On my back door, I had a deadbolt lock that I couldn't turn, and he fixed it. It took less than a half hour to do.
