Description of Work: He changed several door knobs and locks and re-keyed some as well. Nice guy. Just took too long to complete everything. Changed the arrival time at least twice and then had to leave for couple hours and come back. Also, he did not warn me that the metal front door may be damaged by installing a deadbolt. This is a rental and that was disappointing to see the damage that is very visible. He did offer to come back and paint it but my schedule did not work out with his.

Description of Work: Walt from TC had excellent response to my purchase and reached out to the on the same day as the Deal was purchased and we scheduled a time that would work form me. | |I needed to have a door lock rekeyed and he had the work done in a matter of a few minutes. I also had a sliding door that needed some lock adjustment and after determining exactly what had to be done, Walt made quick work of that door also. | |Very professional and excellent communication up to and including the day the work was performed and all communicated what the warranty was of the work that he did for me. | |
