We had to watch all work carefully to get our money's worth. Part of back of house had to be re stuccoed to match. Had to have paint redone due to drips from further paint trim dropping down. Had to have windows cleaned from paint spots. Window facings had to be repaired due to damage during new window installation. We hope they stand good for all warranty work.

The service went very well. Four painters came out and completed the job in about 4 days. They did a very good job and were great with the cleanup afterwards. They were very responsive to addressing any of my concerns. I had no problem scheduling the project.

We originally called them for a quote as a point of reference. We had almost committed with another company and decided to get one more estimate. We are very glad we did! From the start when Mike came to he was professional and very honest with what needed to be done and what didn't. He walked around the house with us pointing out what we needed and what was not. Our estimate was returned promptly within a day and we decided to select SuperiorPro that day. Long story short, the entire process was the BEST one we've had with any contractor ever. Miguel was our project manager and Pedro was the lead painter. I cannot begin to tell you how professional, punctual, and polite everyone was. They constantly communicated with us, described what was happening, and went above and beyond to make sure our house was treated like theirs. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. Happy to be a reference.

They saved us a lot of money. Other companies said we needed new windows, but they didn't. Very good experience. We are very happy.

They did a great job and we'd definitely use them again. I think the price was slightly high but I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. There were no issues with scheduling and they were very professional! They cleaned up wonderfully and I'd recommend them because they worked with us wherever we wanted them to touch up anything.

Overall, they did a pretty good job and I would recommend them. There were no issues with scheduling -- they were very responsive. It took them about a month and a half to finish it, and they did a wonderful job cleaning up! They followed up afterward to see if I was happy, and I actually had them come back out fix a section of our roof, which was wonderful! They're fantastic!

It went pretty well. The quality is very nice and I'm happy with it. They were competitively priced. Scheduling was pretty straightforward as well, and they were able to come out within two weeks. They sent out about 4 painters and finished it in one day! They cleaned up very well and I'd use them again.

They actually helped me save some money. They were very easy to work with in scheduling. As soon as they realized there could be a potential issue with the paint color, they called the project manager and resolved it very quickly. The only odd instance was that they used my expensive vacuum to clean up, and I can still see some paint in it that they vacuumed up. I had a less expensive vacuum that I would have preferred they use, had they asked. But again, I was very happy with the end result.

They did a great job! Although it was expensive, the way it looks compared to other painting jobs I've had is fantastic. They give it two coats of high-quality Sherwin Williams stain. The materials that they use and the quality of the painting were definitely worth the price. It took them about a week because of the rain. There were no issues with scheduling and were very punctual and professional. They checked back up with me to ensure I was satisfied, and I'd use them again.

They were wonderful! They were very helpful in color matching and sent out a consultant to assist. The house sold in 4 days, so I’d say it looked very nice! The project manager came out every single day and we walked through any concerns. The team was phenomenal and cleaned up very nicely. I got several quotes and they were as competitive as anyone. They finished in a week!

We hired Superior Pro based on good reviews on websites and from our neighbors. Our contract with Superior Pro stipulated that by law they were supposed to test the exterior of our home for lead before power washing or prepping. The company did not test the home until after they completed power washing and began scraping the existing paint from our home. After the project manager tested our home and found it was positive for lead, he stopped the work on the paint scraping and preparation. Unfortunately, since proper procedures were not in place for lead-based paint work, numerous paint chips were on our property. After contacting the owner, Mr. Weitz, he agreed to have his workers initiate a clean up to my satisfaction and to hire a licensed company to conduct a soil test and issue a certificate of cleanup as advised by a realtor. The initial clean up was less than satisfactory; numerous paint chips remained in our yard and on our children's windowsills. The company did complete another round of clean up but when I pressed them to follow-through with a certificate of cleanup by a lead inspector, they abandoned our project and refused to return phone calls or emails.

Amazing customer service from all levels. The sales information was extremely detailed of work to be performed, all crews were house, pet, kid & owner friendly. Any follow-up needed (as there always is) was handled immediately and without issue. We have referred them to neighbors already. In many cases, the customer service was over and above expectations.

Estimator was very professional and nice. Ended up going with a different company. I would have them come out again to do estimates on future jobs.

The work was completed promptly and done according to the agreed specifications in the statement of work. There was one small problem encountered after completion but this was immediately addressed after they were notified.

We had cold wet weather that caused problems for the workers as to when they could work and how long. The entire team at Superior Pro was excellent - they always showed us a good attitude and worked hard to make sure the job was done correctly. They also made sure to always clean up at the end of each day and when the painting was done. The result is a home that looks great. We highly recommend Superior Pro's team.

It went very good. They did some of the best work that we had. We’ve had them painted multiple times and we will use them again. Last time, I broke a window trying to open it and I had them replace it for me.

It went very well. They’re very conscientious. We were having a lot of rain during the job. Originally they can’t commit because they were so busy and trying to catch up but they ended up working me in and got it done very quickly. they kept me updated every couple of days just to tell what the progress was or anything. I never really had to call them. They have a great management process.

I love those guys. They do fantastic work and are reasonably priced even though they aren't the lowest. I bought a rental house from a builder but the building had shoddy construction and the hardy plank wasn't installed well. It was supposed to be a thirty year siding but after five years all the hardy plank started bending and bowing off the house and cracks appeared. I ended up having a nightmare of a problem because the rain was getting in behind the hardy plank and into the house. As a result, I had water damage on the hardwood floors and on the peripheries of the house interior so I had SuperiorProto do the hardy plank and repair that. They just gave a really reasonable estimate and painted the house really well. I like the quality of their work, their intergrity and the call back, I think the overall business is run really well and I never feel like I'm being ripped off. I'll use them again and again.

Crew was great! They were very careful with moving furniture, paintings, etc., and were very conscientious about covering everything. Did a great job!
