They did an excellent job. The paint job is very neat and professional. My house needed extensive trim repair and the woodwork was excellent.

It was a really positive experience. They showed up on time and did a great job on each item. The crews and project manager, Jennifer, were friendly, timely, and preformed their jobs with expertise.

Once the windows arrived, they were installed quickly with little interior mess. The painters were next and matched the white on the windows. Workers were polite and kept things tidy. SuperiorPro has painted each of our residences. We trust them and appreciate their quality work and service.

There were some issues after they first stained it but they followed up and did a great job.

We got bids from three different companies for the work we needed in painting the trim, handrails, awnings, outside doors and windows of our church. Superior Pro was the best price by far. The work was well coordinated and completed on time as scheduled. Not only did they do a good job, they went beyond what was planned and beyond our expectations. Painters (who also repaired chimney) were very professional, would recommend them outside this company. I have a 20x24' permanent awning across the back of my patio, just below the chimney. It was apparent something slid from the roof onto the awning and ripped it in 3 places. Please note...it was not like that the day before the work began. I addressed it at the follow up and was asked 'how long has the awning been up'....what does that have to do with damage to it. I wrote and sent pictures to the President and for the most part was blown off with a suggested very minimal token. The job cost me approx. $1500, replacement will cost approx. $2600. They acted as if I was trying to pull something over on them, but in fact took pictures that afternoon and had two people look at it and both agreed they were fresh rips. Totally unprofessional.

SuperiorPro Painting & Exteriors provided the worst customer experience of my life. The quality of their work was good, but that is where all of the good ended. The communication from the time I executed the work agreement until the time the project was completed was extremely poor. Well over half of the SuperiorPRO PROMISE(s) depicted on their website were never fulfilled and in many cases never even attempted. Even when I expressed my concerns to a VP within the company, the comments and experiences I shared were met with extreme apathy. Several replacement items from the work agreement were overlooked by the project team and would not have been corrected without our own personal identification and notification. I had high hopes for a great experience based on the ratings, testimonials, and reviews, even by some so-called consumer advocates. In the end, the work performed was good, but overall it was an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommending using SuperiorPRO for any of your project needs.

Overall, I have to say that I am not happy with the end result of the work that Superior Pro Painting and Exteriors did for me. In fact, I've coined a new term or name that they should give to themselves. Instead of, "Superior Pro Painting Exteriors" my suggestion is that they call themselves "Inferior Amateur Painting and Exteriors" and here are the reasons I feel that way. First, they didn't mix the paint properly for the trim color. When I questioned the foreman on the job about why the color of the trim and the hardy plank seemed so similar he would only say that they did use the"trim" paint for the trim and it is a different from the "Beachstone? for the Hardy Plank. In short, the Foreman on the job lied to me and I'll explain more about that later. Second, the painters may have broken a few of the plastic "protrusions" (for lack of a better word) that keep the shutters in place around the windows on the front porch. Granted, these are made of plastic and secured to the brick on the porch wall, but nonetheless, I did not see those problems before the painters started their work and they never pointed it out to me and so my feeling is, that they were careless when they painted those shutters and caused the "anchors" (or protrusions) to break. I feel this way also because I know for a fact that they broke off a door bell that was mounted to the trim of the back door of the house. For all intent purposes, I'll need a new bell ringer in order for it to remain mounted to the trim of the door. I hope I don't have to replace the shutters as a couple of them are now broke and sort of just "barely" hanging on to the house wall. Third, the painters did not apply two coats of the Deckover product to the deck like they should have and at no time did I see them using rollers. This is (and has been) especially apparent on the floor of the deck where the stain began peeling off of the floor within a few short weeks of the "completion" of the project. Fourth, the repairs that they did on the gutter and soffit were not done properly. I've been up on a ladder to look at the gutter they removed and reinstalled after the repairs were supposedly completed. The gutter was full of water more than two days after it had rained. In addition, another roofing pro not affiliated with "Superior Pro" came out to repair gutters and reported to me that the gutter that was reinstalled was not put on properly. Fifth, the painting that they did around the back doors (I have double doors in the back of the house and for the entrance into the basement) was sloppy and amateurish! They were supposed to repair the trim around the door but it looks like a job that I myself, could have done better on. No painting of the trim around the windows on the door and no effort to see that the trim was covered before the doors were painted. Superior Pro seems really slow to me in addressing their customers concerns. At the end of May, 2016 a gentleman named Ken came out to my house to supposedly, address some of the concerns I have or had. He said that my concerns were important to him and he wanted to do what he could to help. One of the things that Ken shared with me when he came to my house is that sometimes, they (I assume he meant) the crew or even the paint store mixed the colors incorrectly! Well, it is now August 2nd and I've yet to hear back from him, despite the fact that another gentleman (from Superior Pro) named Jason came out to my house to address the concerns I was having regards to the work they did around the roof of the front porch. Jason told me he would call Ken on my behalf but again, I've yet to hear from either of them since speaking to Jason back in late June or early July. Finally, I noticed that some of the employees at Superior Pro were "horse playing" during the time that they were supposed to be working to stain and paint my deck. Although I didn't say anything about that at the time, I was taken aback by it! In summary, let me say that I am a very busy person. I work three jobs to try to make a decent living for myself and to try to meet all of the bills and responsibilities that go with owning a home. I shouldn't have to stand over the people I hire with a ball bat to coerce them to do what they are supposed to do! That is a "professional job". This is why I refer to them now as ?Inferior Amatuer?, etc. When I learned that my next door neighbor had their house (which is comparable to mine) painted for half the price of what I paid I have to really wonder why I agreed to let "Superior Pro" take care of some of my home maintenance needs. I really wish that I could have given a glowing review of the company but unfortunately I just don?t feel that it is deserving of one. Mark B.

The painters were excellent and the supervisors were too. They were very responsive to our questions and listened when we needed to discuss what colors would be on which part of the house. While this sounds simple, for our home it was not! We also used SuperPro's designer who helped tremendously with the color selections. We have many diagonal pieces of wood that needed to be painted the trip color and many that needed the accent color. The painters were extremelly careful and consulted with me when they had a question. All in all, our home looks fantastic and I would definitely use them again.

I am very satisfied. It was difficult to get the radius wood pieces needed for the window. They were great calling me to let me know that I had not been forgotten. They ultimately did get what was needed and replaced the piece. Then they buttoned up the whole thing with caulk and paint.

Excellent job. Very attentive service by both the repair crew and the painting crew (Sam was the painting crew leader - utterly fantastic!!!). They kept us apprised of each step of the process and did exactly what they said they'd do. they were on time, every time, and couldn't have been nicer and more professional. They left our place immaculate after each day on the job, and at the end of the job. I'm a very picky homeowner, and Superior Pro exceeded my expectations around quality, professionalism, customer service, and courtesy. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality work and a great customer experience.

SuperiorPro made every step of the process easy. They were always on time, provided a detailed proposal and kept me in the loop throughout the repair process. Their appraiser, project manager and workers were a delight to deal with. No pressure or hard sell at all. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

We hired Superior Pro to paint the exterior of our house and made some repairs - mainly window replacements where needed. Overall, they did a great job and we are happy with the results. We were very pleased with quite a few items - Their color consultant was invaluable in helping us select the right colors for the house; the workmanship was excellent. They have separate teams who do the repairs vs. prep and paint. With a couple of exceptions, they were very prompt and did the work when they said they would. We were held up by a couple things - the weather (obviously, not their fault) and the unexpected window replacements. A couple items could use some improvement. First, the initial estimate did not include the window replacements, we were told that they could be repaired - they could not. They missed a few items in the initial estimate, some of which they should have seen, particularly quite a bit of rot on a couple windows. To be fair, we received estimates from 3 other companies, and they did not find most of those issues either. A couple times, we were told they would be at our house on a certain day, but did not show. When we tracked down the supervisor, he "forgot" about other commitments and was apologetic. The issues above aside, we would use them again.

I have selected another window replacement provider and just started the process of getting estimates for painting and siding.

From start to finish working with Superior Pro was exceptional. Cleveland Merritt did a thorough inspection of the house noting all the large and small repairs that needed to be made to the stucco exterior. Cleveland's knowledge and honest appraisal sold us on Superior Pro. The next best thing was Patsy Overton who provided us with a color consultation. Her expertise and experience was extremely helpful in selecting the house color. We are very pleased and this is an excellent service that Superior Pro provides. Randall Moses was the lead contact for our project. Randall was courteous, prompt and kept us informed. Paul and Joe did a great job with the stucco repairs... it's not easy to make cracks disappear but they did a fine job making ours practically invisible. Angel and his team of painters were on time, kept the work area mess to a minimum and cleaned up every day after they were finished. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship provided. The finished product - our home - looks beautiful. We highly recommend Superior Pro and would use them again.... in fact they are going to be doing a small indoor project for us soon.

I signed the proposal on July 3, 2015. Several days later I received a call to schedule work. Originally they said August 10 and I asked for an earlier date if possible. The office called a day or so later and said they may be able to begin August 3 but that would be a tentative date based on scheduling. Received a call on 8/6 saying they could start on 8/7 but as I was sick I asked they come the following week. The carpenter assigned to the job showed up the following Wednesday and determined that he could not source the materials he needed locally and that it would require some custom ordering. It seemed as if he was unaware that this job required other than basic materials. Never had any further communication from them until I called the week of the 17th and asked that someone call me. Received a call from Brad who is the construction manager and I believe the one who actually estimated the job saying he was going out of town the rest of the week and would come on the 24th to ensure he ordered what he needed. I called the office on the morning of the 21st to confirm he would be out on the 24th but never received a return call. No one showed on the 24th nor did I receive a call or communication. I selected this company based on ratings although they were not the lowest bid I received. I cannot comment on the quality of their work since they have not shown up to do it. I can say they are at best poor communicators but at worst very, very unreliable and unprofessional.

The painting was excellent, the color consult was excellent. The salesman that came out first called me to give me an approximate estimate without first seeing my home. He stated that he looked up my house on Google. To me that was an insult! And then stated that he just wanted to make sure that we were a good fit (insulting) does that mean that I couldn't afford the job. The follow up was none. The project manager didn't follow up until I phoned the office. But the work crew was excellent.

It was very good. I worked with Cleveland M. and he did a great job. I felt like he was not trying to just find problems. He was very informative and gave me hints on warranties. His repair prices were very reasonable. I've recommended him to several people since then!

This company was a delight to do business with. Irwin came out and discussed recommended painting method. Bob then came out and walked deck and confirmed color and product. Painters came next day and were professional and polite. They did a wonderful job and deck looks great.

The two-man crew of highly experienced plasterers worked tirelessly on our home for more than four full days and Cleveland, their supervisor, came by often to monitor progress. They were meticulous in sealing and caulking every joint and termination to prevent any moisture intrusion. I feel the price was very fair for the man-hours required for the job. I would hire them again and I would recommend to my closest friends.

SuperioPro was a pleasure to work with, arrived on time, carefully explained their work and answered any and all questions we had. They were willing to work within our budget which was very much appreciated. We ended up having to choose between two very qualified companies, both of which we'd have chosen but for obvious reasons, just needed one to do the job. The only reason that we chose the other company was because we preferred the details in their warranty. If we ever find ourselves in the midst of another painting project I will not hesitate to ask SuperiorPro to come back out to the house. As a homeowner it is always nice to know that we now have 2 companies we've vetted out and for future jobs just need to pick up the phone and make a call!
