Called to get an Estimate. Chet came out. He was very helpful and informative. We were not ready to do the work. He called periodically to follow up with us. He was persistent but respectful. We are still not ready to do the work, but we will call Chet when we are ready.

It was a very good experience working with Superior Pro Construction and Superior Pro Painting. Everything was handled professionally and the work was done exactly as promised. The entire crew were very professional and responsive to my requests. I hired a dishonest contractors in the past so I made sure I followed up my research on Superior Pro before hiring them. I called every one of their references (more than 20 people) and all of them said they were very pleased with Superior Pro and would hire them again. I also checked to ensure their insurance and workmen's compensation were in effect and that they were in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.

Most of the work was done well, and the service of an excellent interior decorator was included to help us choose colors. In addition, they were very flexible on scheduling, and accommodated some color changes midstream through the job. On the negative side, they don't have much of a quality-assurance process in place. After the job was 'completed' we found numerous things that needed to be touched up (e.g., paint on new carpet in several places; walls that they removed wallpaper from not adequately smoothed before painting; trim paint on walls). They returned to address these issues, but 6 hours of follow-on touching up seems excessive to me; they should have spotted most of these things themselves. Because of this I don't think I'd use them again.

Splendid results. Very competent painters with good prep and clean up on site during and after project. Management was responsive to any questions or extra requests. After the initial painting of the shutters, I knew I'd chosen the wrong color. When I called the owner to tell him I would like the shutters re-done while the crew was still on site, he graciously priced this extra job so I could be pleased with the final product. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for our upcoming interior jobs.

The initial estimate was $2135. We understood that the surfaces would be scraped smooth. After we decided to contract with them, they increased the price by about $1000 because they said that, when they gave the original estimate, they thought we had oil-based paint but it wasnt when tested and therefore we would need acrylic paint which cost more. The other additional cost was repair work which was necessary. The painting was done quickly but on a very hot day which concerned me. The painting itself was done well but the surfaces underneath are not smooth, i.e., you can see areas where the previous paint was and where it was pressure-washed off.

The work was satisfactory, but we did have some problems. They were sloppy and spilled paint on the roof and the shingles. They cleaned everything up though and the final product looked good. Overall, they were good and I would recommend them to other people.

The job took four days and four people to complete it. They had to return a couple of times to finish left over details that weren't complete. They were prompt and were very concerned in making sure that the job was done professionally and right. I would recommend them. I don't recall at the moment how much the whole job was.

I was not fully satisfied with the work performed by this company. They painted everything well except the wood. The woodwork was not well finished, but everything else was fine. I guess I would hire them again if needed to.

All workers arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the time they were at my home. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite, and responsive to my wishes. The cost was very reasonable. I would use them again.

The painters did an excellent job and made sure I was happy with their work. They checked to make sure they didn't miss anything. They were a great team to work with.

They did good work, but when they got here they were going to do more work than they thought. They told me it would be 2 days. The last 2 or 3 rooms they really hurried & I feel that they didn't really care what they were doing. They were supposed to put 2 coats on the wall & I never saw them do that. The price was high, but it was the cheapest I could find. Only one of them could speak English, but they were good workers.

Professional workers. Clean job. Very accommodating when I realized that I had chosen the wrong color after much of the house had been painted. Extra charge was very fair. Willing to correct touchups.

I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR AN EXTERIOR PAINT JOB WITH REPAIRS TO ROTTEN PLACES ON SEVERAL WINDOWS, DOORS, MY DECK AND THE CHIMNEY. THEY TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO RETURN MY CALL AND THEN TO SHOW UP. THE AGENT TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE TO SEND A CARPENTER OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE ON THE CHIMNEY. SEVERAL DAYS LATER I RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE THAT SUPPOSEDLY HAD THE CARPENTRY WORK ESTIMATE ATTACHED. IT DIDN'T AND IN FACT THE INSPECTION HAD NEVER BEEN DONE. WHEN I REPORTED THIS I HAD A CALL FROM THE CARPENTER WHO TOLD ME HE WOULD COME OUT AND I DIDN'T NEED TO BE HOME. WHEN I TOLD HIM WHAT TO LOOK FOR, HE SAID, ''I DO THIS FOR A LIVING. I KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR.'' SEVERAL DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A VERY SMALL ESTIMATE FOR A FEW ROTTEN PLACES ON THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE NEVER ADDRESSING AT ALL THE VERY OBVIOUS ROTTEN CHIMNEY AND DECK. TWO WEEKS OF WASTED TIME!

I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR AN EXTERIOR PAINT JOB. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CALLED 30 MINUTES AFTER THE APPOINTMENT TIME AND APOLOGIZED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME THIS MORNING TO RESCHEDULE. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM AND IT'S NOW 1:30 PM.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH BOTH IRWIN AND THE CREW WHO PAINTED AND REPAIRED MY HOME.

EXCELLENT COMPANY, VERY PROFESSIONAL, GOOD VALUE.
