Description of Work: Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful explaining options, advantages and costs. Price was not cheap, but it was a tough job due to limited accessibility. Installer was very detail oriented and answered all questions we asked. Install took a long (long) day plus a quick follow-up morning to finish. AC has been running great all summer.

+ -1 moreThe gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our furnace. He also helped us decide which type of new furnace to get. When they installed it they determined that we did not need a new flue so refunded that amount.
Description of Work: They first came out and inspected our furnace and then gave us some options but suggested a new furnace which they installed.

HE DID THE WORK AND GOT THE SYSTEMS UP AND RUNNING, BUT HE LEFT 4-5 HUGE DIRT SPOTS ON MY CARPET FROM HIS SHOES.
Description of Work: SEASONAL SERVICE INSPECTION OF COOLING SYSTEM, ADDED R-22 AND CHANGED APRILAIRE FILTER. AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT COOLING - HE GOT IT RUNNING.
