The sales rep (Chris) did a good job providing an overview of equipment options, aspects to consider in selecting a company and also determining if I needed any modifications to existing ductwork (which I did). The installation crew of Jonathan, Nathan, Billy and Bass did a great job of carefully and efficiently installing the units without damaging our home in the process. They were very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work - and did a great job cleaning up everything. During the selection process, I received a letter from the owner inviting me to contact him with any questions at any time - and included both his mobile and home phone numbers - that certatinly demonstrates confidence in his company.

The service was awesome. The system has worked great. They were extremely timely and they made sure that we knew they were coming. I will use them again going forward. We asked that the technician would come back to check the system and it turned out that the system was working so good and we thought something was wrong as it was working that well. The service made a world of difference.

The service turned out great. This happened on the night befor Christmas and it was a Sunday as well. They responded quickly and came out and took care of the work needed. They stayed until everything was done and they cleaned up as well. They fixed a problem with the piping that I did not even know that I had. They took care of the pipe and that saved a lot of money for what could have been a larger job in the future.

The service was excellent. The initial appointment was to install two new toilets that I had purchased. But then last night there was a long high pitched squealing sound whenever I used the cold water. When the plumber arrived I asked if it was possible to fix the pressure regulator instead. I have had such a good experience with Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning for my AC/heating unit, I decided to try this company for my plumbing needs as well. And I was not disappointed! The fact that they come with a truck equipped with supplies and the friendly, professional staff - makes this a top rate company in my opinion. I am setting up a new appointment to have the toilets installed, and will ask for the same plumber to come back again. He was very nice and did a good job.

On time, efficient, thorough.

The Trane system is a great product, but be sure it is installed properly. They also provided good financing for the purchase. It went well. I had to call them back to correct and error in electrical wiring, and they did correct it. There was also a freon leak in the new pipe that was installed and they did correct it. AND in the install they forgot to replace as quoted the rubber tubing that leads the water to the outside of the house. The old one that was left behind cracked and caused damage to my basement ceiling tile. They also came back and replaced that too. ( but not my ceiling tile) Overall, they had to come back three times to correct what was not properly done in the install. But they were responsive and did the repairs at no charge. The only item I was unhappy with was partly my fault. ( I am not a air system specialist, just a housewife) We had discussed one of my grievances with the old system, that my basement was too cold compared to upstairs, and Dan said it was an easy fix, that a damper could be installed to divert the air upstairs. But later on after install I notice it was not installed because it was not in the initial contract I signed. There were MANY items in that contract in detail, but I did not notice it was not there.
