Premier came out next day after I called to fix upstairs HVAC. Worn out part replaced and unit operable again. Several days later A/C was out again. Called them back and they came out and said electrical connection during HVAC repair had not been reconnected appropriately and came disconnected. They reconnected it for free and unit performing well since.

They originally came out on Monday to refill freon but based on the age of the unit and the cost, we asked for a quote on AC replacement. They provided a competetive bid and said they would complete the work next day. Their technician came out the next day and replaced our AC unit. Great guys. Will use them again.

After researching many companies and gathering quotes, we chose Reliable Heating & Air because they had the best quote and the most experience! We learned the installation process is as important as the brand (Trane) being installed. That's why we couldn't be happier with our choice of RH&A. From our first meeting with Jeff (sales rep) to the final installation (Rob, Mike C. & Dexter), everything went according to plan. They were all focused on our satisfaction and even provided a minor adjustment to ductwork, at no charge, to reduce sound levels. We are extremely happy with Reliable Heating & Air!

Did the job and gave good advice.

They worked with us to figure out the proper sized units for our home and made sure that we didn't get a unit that was too big for the space. They removed the old units, installed the new ones and made sure that all of the existing seams were sealed. The only complaint I have is that where they originally put the exhaust pipe for the furnace rendered the storage area (which the pipe was running through) completely useless. I had them raise it up higher to the level of the ceiling so we could use the space instead of having the pipe at eye level down the center of the area.

The company is very professional and Kenny Down who came down to provide the estimates was very knowledgable and designed a solution that could fit my needs. However, my need was very urgent and we could not work out the timing and hence did not use the service.

We could get the hot water heaters that we wanted to have, and have it installed by them. Most plumbers provide their own hot water heater, but this company are just for labor. My experience with them was good.

I'm attempting to update my 1935 house and it was time for some light fixture updates. I called and scheduled an appointment for today less than a week ago. Justin Hall and Justin Lee came out at 9:30 this morning and left at close to 5 this evening doing a substantial amount of work on our overhead lights that I don't think I could have done. We were replacing 5 recessed can lights with light fixtures and installing a new bathroom light/fan as the bathroom didn't have one. We also needed an exposed outlet moved and covered. In an old house everything takes a bit longer than expected. The recessed lights were switched out pretty quickly, moving the electrical box for the outlet was a bit of a challenge but it was successful - the same goes for the bathroom light/fan. In addition to all of the above, the two Justin's also fixed an electrical wire that was causing one of the lights to blink off and on. Everything looks amazing. I think I've used just about every service that Reliable has - and have been very happy with them all.

Chris arrived as scheduled and provided a recommendation, including three alternatives. I received another quote from a highly rated company proving the Reliable's quote was competitive. The installation was scheduled for the end of the same week. Jorge and his assistants arrived on time. They were very friendly and careful; wiping their feet, removing their shoes, respecting my privacy, etc. The task proved more difficult than expected and required them to return the next day. There was a communication misunderstanding regarding the placement of the outside condenser; i.e., it was placed outside my property line. They returned on Tuesday with a four man crew and quickly corrected the problem as well as performing all the work necessary to assure proper function of the heat pump, furnace and AC. I withheld $500 of the final payment pending inspection by the County, however, i am fully confident if any issues are raised, Reliable will address them without delay.

I purchased a new refrigerator but didn't have a long enough water line so they couldn't hook it up. I thought simple enough as it is a pretty simple process...that is unless you have a house and plumbing as old as mine. While installing the longer water line I nearly broke the line and created a small leak. Rather than making it bigger, I decided to call Reliable as I knew that they did Plumbing as well and scheduled them to come out the next day. Leslie Moore came out and went right to work. The repair was fixed in no time without issue and I had a new refrigerator that had water without any additional issues. Great and amazing job Leslie!

Called the company about a problem with my A/C unit. Company was very responsive and got someone out to my house on the weekend to take a look. Technician was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. The technician charged me the $140 diagnostic fee (Which I think was a very fair price) and said someone would be in touch with us from their office to quote a price on replacing the coil in our unit. A couple days later we received a quote of $1550.00 for the coil replacement. Since this was such a big expense, I did some price shopping to verify that price was inline. Was quoted a price of $1150.00 from another company and awarded them the business. Usually, I would have given the company that did the diagnostics a second chance but the price difference was just too much.

Couldn't be happier. Price was competitive; service was excellent. Everything was as promised. Shawn and Jason did a great job and everything was neat as a pin when they left. They even showed us how everything worked - thermostat and filter.

We wanted to replace a pedestal sink with a cabinet/sink combination that we purchased at a local big box store. We called Reliable and spoke with Chris to give me a quote on several plumbing jobs including the sink replacement in the bathroom. I received the quote and waited for the sink to arrive. Once it did, scheduled the installation. Mike McCampbell and his team of 2 showed up before scheduled which was great and got right to work. The team removed the old sink and took it out to the truck after making sure that I didn't want to keep it. They then installed the new cabinet and helped to set the granite sink in place. We did have an issue at one point because of my piping being other than the new standard size. We have an old house and although Mike and his team did attempt to complete the install it was necessary for them to run to the store to get the sizes needed. They left and came back promptly and got back to work with no additional problems. I was afraid that the price would go up after the store run and helping with the granite install on top of the new cabinet but it did not and wasn't a problem. We will likely be doing the rest of the plumbing updates quoted along with a few more with them soon. I've used Reliable for AC but this is the first time for plumbing. Without a doubt you won't go wrong with this company.

GREAT!!! 1. I called and actually talked to a very nice person right of the bat. As apposed to a press 1, 2 , or 3 phone directory. 2. I had my service scheduled in less than a minute. They offered to come out that day but I had to wait until the next day because of my schedule. 3. The tech gave me a call 20 min before arriving on time. 4. He looked at everything, recommended the items to repair, gave me an estimate upfront. 5. He was very helpful and courteous. 6. He was very thorough in his evaluation of the problems and exact with his detailed cost estimate. 7. He did the repairs, cleaned my system and the house was really cool when he left. It really went the way you would hope it would go. I think their pricing for parts and service is very fair. Especially when compaired to the folks I have used in the past.

A first rate experience from initial visit to installation. The price was excellent , as were the installation and workmanship. The installation crew was prompt and completed the job in one day as promised. Although this was for my personal home, I have a number of rental properties and have used several companies for my AC/H needs. In the future I will be using Reliable for all my AC/H repairs.

They came the same day I calloed them and arrived around 9pm. ( I was shocked that they worked that late!). Same thing the next day. The installation of the new unit took less than an hour. They were GREAT about keeping in touch with me and explaining options. I have already recommended them to several friends. They are extraordinary!

The work was done in an exceptional way and I would hire this company again.

The first time a technician came out, he stayed in the home for about 5 minutes and told me that the two thermostats needed new batteries. We had just moved into the home; I did not have any batteries handy. He said that the two furnaces and the two air conditioners were not working because the thermostats needed new batteries. We put in new batteries later that same day and one furnace and air conditioner was still not working. So, I called the company again and they sent out another technician. This time he told me that the furnace was unplugged. So he plugged it in and now everything works great. It would have been nice if the first technician had seen the UNPLUGGED furnace. $85 is a lot of money to spend to have the company first misdiagnose the problem and then to fix the furnace by just plugging it in.

They had different grades of furnaces depending up on the energy efficiency and they recommended the middle grade one to me. They said that it would be better for me and they had a better warranty on it, like a ten-year warranty, instead of a year or two years. The guy that came and did the estimate proposed a unit that wasn’t big enough; he proposed a 60000 BTU rather than an 80000 BTU. Then when the installers came, they realized that it was undersized so they installed the 80000 BTU and charged me for 60000 BTU, to cover up the mistake their guy made, which was nice. I thought the price was very good. I had another estimate on it, that on was a builder’s grade, but Reliable Heating guys replaced the thermostat, and did all kinds of things and they gave me year’s maintenance for about the same as the other guy wanted for the builder’s grade.

They were the only company that followed through on coming out the day the issue occurred. Very professional company that I feel comfortable calling for any issue as they are a larger company that's been around Atlanta for many years. I was very satisfied and will use them again.

Reliable did a great job. Their quote was nearly $1000 less than Empire's and their follow-up / customer service was much better. Reliable got back to me the same day with a quote. They did a great job, were professional, and on time. I will use them again.

Everyone was totally professional, hardworking and got the job done when they said they would. Showed up on time, ready to work, cleaned up behind themselves maintained a good attitude throughout the entire installation.

I called Reliable and two other major local companies for a quote on a new main HVAC unit. Jeff came out on time and spent plenty of time listening to my issues with the old unit and what I wanted out of a new unit. He gave me several options to choose from. All of the systems that he quoted were hundreds of dollars less than the other two companies and were better quality. Jorge, Lex and Michael came out today and installed my new system. I have to say that it is the best looking HVAC system installation that I have ever seen. They fixed all of the issues with the old system and busted their tails making sure that everything was done to perfection. When they left, the area around the HVAC unit was spotless. I couldn't be happier with their service!

Reliable was GREAT from the estimate to the install. The unit was for our rental property and we got no complaints from the tenants so Reliable did a superb job:)

It went well., They arrived within the designated window. They called thirty minutes in advance to tell us when they are arriving. They arrived and were professionally dressed. They showed us where the pipes were and the water pressure valve. They did exactly what they said they would do and cleaned and removed the old pieces.
