It was a Sunday call and the person answering phone was very helpful. Unlike other companies I called they gave me a upfront cost and brand water heater they were bringing out. This was soo important to me so no big surprises. It was a fair price and he would be out within couple of hrs as he was finishing up other jobs. He arrived on time and worked very hard. He also explained how to drain it to avoid rust building up and answered all our questions. We were pleased with their price and service

The service was incredible. This company has been servicing my heating and air conditioning systems for a long time, after I changed companies due to previous company trying to rip me off for the smallest of jobs. Both the systems were very old and need replacement so I call this company to replace these. The owner himself should up at the door and went through the different systems we can get for the money and the best performance. After we agreed the to final amount, he scheduled the service to replace them. The replacement of the systems were so fast and clean, I hardly noticed there were done with their work. Amazing. The systems have been working so well and we are so pleased for the cooler temperatures in the house. Professional work and service from this company.

They are really good. They have a good reputation. They are very professional and explain everything well. He explained exactly why the costs were what they were.

They came the very day I noticed my water heater was leaking. They were professional, neat and punctual. They gave very accurate estimates.

Our air conditioner went out during the summer heat wave. I contacted Reliable that morning and we were put on the afternoon schedule. The technician called and gave me an approximate time. The prompt service was greatly appreciated.

Pop quiz! Do you enjoy: A) Paying an $80 diagnostic fee for a misdiagnosis? B) Being quoted around $50 to $100 dollars for a $175 part? C) Being told that your part will take a day to come in actually arrive several days later? D) Being given a two hour appointment window that's completely ignored and missed without as much as a single phone call to explain the technician's absence? If you answered any of those with enthusiasm, then congratulations! Reliable Heating and Air is the company you should go with. At the end of the day, my problem was fixed after several hours of work and the price was reasonable, but the experience was so scattershot and disjointed that there's no way I'd ever use them again, let alone recommend them to anybody else. Perhaps others have had great experiences with them, but in my opinion, I would call another AC and heating company first.

Bobby B came very promptly after I called the company for help. We had a winter storm icing threat for the next day and I was afraid of losing power which would mean no heat. The only means of any heat would be my fireplace gas logs. Bobby B is very experienced w/gas logs and their connections. Not only was he knowledgeable, he made certain I knew how to use the gas logs starter w/no problems and even instructed me on cautions and using safety. Bobby B was a professional. I'm grateful for Reliable's willingness to send help even with little notice.

They quickly identified the issue, replaced the part, and were finished in about 15 minutes. They explained clearly what the possible issue might be and approximate pricing. I called and got same day service - in fact they arrived approximately only 2 hours after I called to get service. There were two individuals, both very professional and courteous, and clean (no muddy boots). The main repairman also explained how I could flush the unit on my own and how often I should do so. I contacted 3 other service providers that could not make a same day visit, so that was a huge benefit of Reliable since my water heater was not working. The price seemed a little high for the part replaced and the time it took, but I did get an Angie's List preferred customer discount of 10%. I would highly recommend Reliable to friends and family.

They're an amazing company and they do phenomenal work. They're responsive, professional and courteous. These guys have all worked with me, talked with me and joked with me. They are great.

I have used Reliable for my A/C and heating for years and have been very pleased with them. This was the first time I called them for electrical repair. I scheduled by phone with a courteous receptionist and got a next day appointment. Very pleasing. The technician arrived a bit early which was fine. He was extremely professional, courteous and wore his employer's emblem. He listened patiently to my description of the problem and quoted me a price for circuit trouble shooting of about $210. Not knowing the extent of my problem, I agreed. He found the problem quickly. It was a defective GFI outlet in a different bathroom from the one where I had experienced the failure. He replaced the outlet which was the entire problem. He then visually inspected two non-functioning light fixtures and recommended replacing the fixtures; after taking a closer look I had to agree with that recommendation and will take care of that another time. My only complaint is that the final bill of $308.95 was quite a shock. This was the circuit diagnosis plus the standard $89 service charge. I think that the circuit diagnosis charge should have been less since that took perhaps 15 minutes at most and required nothing more than replacing the GFI outlet. The total time the technician spent working was from 30 - 45 minutes, although we enjoyed a pleasant chat afterwards. I did not complain to the technician as I presume that the charge is set by management. In my opinion the charge should not be fixed but should allow for some adjustment based on the time or complexity of the service performed.

These folks are top notch. We have gone through a few other HVAC companies over the last few years who could not detect the problems. One well known "big HVAC" company came out 4 times and we got a different diagnosis each time - the wrong diagnosis. We finally decided to replace the old systems (builder grade) and get a reliable Trane system. At this point, I have experienced nothing but professionalism and very well trained technicians and installers with Reliable. Their sales folks are honest, very likable and especially their knowledge level and professionalism gave me good confidence in their recommendations. Overall they provided excellent guidance for our needs and the prices were very competitive. So, here is a summary of our relationship with Reliable: The sales folks - Scott Beebe, Chris McKinney and Mike Grayeski. All very likable and especially their knowledge level, professionalism and excellent guidance for our needs. The installers - Randy Collins and Jessie Rodgers for gas plumbing. Jorge, Rob Jesse, Fernando, Mike G and John Victor for HVAC/gas furnaces. They all did a fantastic job. All of them were friendly, very courteous and professional. But most important to us, they did a very neat and professional job. Another important decision point for us. Reliable provides a Lifetime warranty on all installed equipment. This is contingent upon maintaining a continuous service agreement with Reliable. The annual fee for this is reasonable and competitive.

Our previous service provider was not very attentive and we contracted with Reliable to provide this twice a year. They responded promptly, and scheduled our service within 48 hours, provided confirmation and contract via email. We were very pleased with their work and accountability.

They were supposed to follow up with after the initial visit, but they have never contacted us. We tried calling them to get a response, but they haven't come out to do the work.

We called them Sunday morning and they were out Sunday afternoon. They came out quickly and replaced what needed to be replaced. He diagnosed the problem and we replaced the thermostat. We were really pleased with their accuracy. They were reasonable in their pricing too.

Overall they did a good job and I feel like we got a quality product. Only complaint is that IReplaced old furnace with variable speed furnace & new thermostat. waited around all afternoon twice and both times they came after 5pm. But it was a busy time with extreme cold. Also, they showed me dirt on condenser coil and tried to sell me another service call rather than just clean it while everything was taken apart.

They were very professional and did their work exactly as promised.

Everything went well as usual. They responded quickly, arrived on schedule, and did a quality job with the repairs. Furthermore, all of the repairs were covered by their warranty program which is great.

I arrived from work on a Friday night at 630pm to discover a busted pipe in my garage. I called Reliable Air and Heat at 7pm, and by 745pm the plumbers were contacting me to confirm directions to home. Both Mike and Christian were at my house by 830pm, and repairs were completed within 45 minutes. Both Mike and Christian were professional and very knowledgeable. I'm a single mother and they took the time to educate me on the issues surrounding my busted pipe.

I was given a very competitive quote for 2 HVAC units for our, zone system and humidifier for our house. The installers were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable on the systems. However, they said the salesman underestimated the amount of time needed to complete the job. Instead of one day, it would need two days which was OK with me. On the first day, the heating system was set up and working, and the AC system was installed but not fully connected. We agreed on a second day to complete the remainder of the job, but on the morning they were supposed to arrive, they said they had not completed another job the day before and would not arrive until early that afternoon which was OK by me. But when they did not arrive by 3:00 pm (for at least 4 hours of work), we had to set up a third day to complete the installation which then went without incident. After they left however, I noticed that the humidifier did not seem to be working properly, so I call them back immediately. Instead of setting up another day to correct the problem, the installers returned immediately, found the problem and were able correct it that day. Everything works great and I am extremely happy with the whole system. Since this install occurred during a bad freeze in late December, I understand them being stretched a little thin in the install/repair department. My only comment would be to communicate with the customer a little better. We are as busy as they are and to stay home an entire day waiting, then having to reschedule for another day is frustrating and an extreme waste of my time. However, that being said, I whole heartedly recommend Reliable Heating and Air and will continue to use them in the future.

Repairman was knowledgeable and courteous but I felt overcharged for what he did. It was 89.00 for him to show up. He gave me his price to do the swap out and I thought, wow. Now I would have to pay someone else to come out so I may as well let him do it and get it over with. He got his price out of their book.

We spent over $8000 on new A/C and a new furnace this past August, then we added a humidifier and spent about $1000 on that too.In addition to heating, we used Reliable Heating & Air for plumbing and electric work in the last few m months on our home improvement projects. We gave a lot of business and spent thousands of dollars. This morning the furnace stopped working, It is one of the coldest days this winter. We called Reliable Heating & Air at 9.00Am,we were told we are prioritized, after 11.30AM we called again and then we were told the technician has 5 scheduled appointments so he will be at our place around 2.00PM.After I called again I spoke to the manager who said it might be later but they will honor the warranty and they will show up. This was not just a warranty issue, this was an EMERGENCY, the temperature in the house was dropping by a minute and our pipes my freeze but hey, they need to service clients who will pay them first and push the free service calls till later. The manager told me that scheduled appointment come first. Interesting, we had two regular plumbing service appointments just a week earlier pushed till later because of emergency calls (but these were most likely paid service calls, not warranty service calls).It is very disappointing that Reliable Heating & Air is fast to take your money but super slow to come back to fix problems. I hope the owner of the company reads this review and maybe start treating the clients who were loyal a little better. Do not be fooled, Reliable Heating & Air is NOT reliable at all.

We have used Reliable Heating & Air Plumbing & Electrical for different projects many times, for changing our A/C and furnace, electrical and plumbing, we were loyal customers. What we have noticed is that as the time went by the quotes we got we getting higher and higher, so much for appreciating loyalty. It got to the point where when we requested a quote to change a valve and install and shower faucet and a sink faucet in our bathroom, they quoted us $774! We thought it was completely ridiculous. We looked for a comparative quote from a different company and we got it . It was $350. We hired a different company this time. It took the plumber about 35 minutes to change the valve and he is coming back to install the faucets ( which will take about an hour). We do understand that professional plumbing service is expensive but SERIOUSLY a quote for over $700 for less than two hours of work?! By the way,we provided the valve and the faucets of course. We are never going to use Reliable Heating & Air Plumbing & Electrical again. What we can advise is, get at least two quotes. Reliable Heating & Air Plumbing & Electrical prices became offensively high.

Reliable sent 2 plumbers, Bobby Brawley and Claude Morgan at 5:30 p.m. after they had already worked a full day. They completed the job of repairing pipes and replacing the water heater at 10:30 p.m. Not many companies would have workers who are willing to perform a job late at night and in freezing cold weather. These men worked steadily and without complaint. They wrapped the pipes and hauled in a new water heater. Since this work, we have had additional days of 15 degree weather and the pipes have held fast. We on the board of directors are very grateful for the outstanding work ethic exhibited by Reliable Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical.
