They came out to check my unit cause it was humming. They replaced the fan motor, replaced pole contactor and replaced capacitor. The fan motor they put in was louder than the original, the tech and got a second unit. It was just as loud. The tech told me they would order an original part and be out in a couple of days to replace it. Almost two weeks later the unit had not been replaced. I callled them back and the unit was never even ordered. I regret signing a contract with now if they cant even order a part for my unit. I will not use them again.

The provider arrived and immediately started assessing the home for vents and returns. They went under the home to locate the furnace and stayed under the home for a while. They removed each vent grill, and took them outside, and cleaned them thoroughly. They used a tool to agitate the dust, particles, and debris in each of the vent ways (or ducts). They vacuumed all of the vent ways out. They went back under the home and suctioned everything out that did not get vacuumed. The sanitized the entire system, and added a deodorizer. Prior to replacing the grills, they showed me what was completed and where home improvements could be made in order to have 100% control of the airflow in our home. At the end of the appointment, they showed us the vacuum device which was full of dust and debris.

Reliable replaced my nine-year-old air conditioning and furnace units for the upstairs portion of my home. Their work was done neatly and professionally and for a very fair price. The installers, Chad George and Alex Byrne, took great care of my home. Their work was done neatly and professionally, and they did not make a mess. Even though the majority of their day was spent in the hot attic of our home, Chad took the time to show us the new systems features and functions. Prior to the actual installation, I worked with Forrest who took great care of us by quoting a system that met both our heating and cooling needs as well as our budget.

I called Reliable and they were immediately able to schedule an appointment that day. We are closing on our house and needed someone quick. Tim called me about 20 min before he got there to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived I was able to describe the issues on our inspection list and he was knew exactly what he was looking for. He fixed a side panel on our condenser, the damper and the fuses in about 45 minutes.

They installed my air handler, then had to come back, because the didn't do it right the first time. Then when I ran my air for the first time, since they didn't level it properly, it leaked and caused ceiling and carpet damage. On one hand, it was a bad experience because they didn't do things right the first time. On the other hand, they did come back out right away to fix it.

Getting scheduled maintenance (service after the sale) has been nothing short of a fiasco with Reliable. They did a great job in the install, were fair in price. But expecting us to pay for a maintenance service contract, and then not following through with the service appointments as you require twice a year to maintain warranty on the system is plane ole' bad service. No excuses for it, they just don't have their acts together on scheduling and apparently now tracking the fact they were just at my home. I called them and they can't even tell me why they were just here. <FAIL>

Guy was late, he did call to say he would be late. He was extremely arrogant and condescending. Compared to the guy from Shumate, who was very helpful and nice. this guy had an attitude! I'm not sure what he expected, but I explained what I wanted when I called for the appointment. I sleep with the doors closed to my bedroom to keep the cat out and there is no return, so this is the reason it's hot. He had no suggestions except to get rid of my cat and get a ceiling fan (he couldn't BELIEVE I didn't have one already)! really? If this is an example of the type of people they hire, I won't be calling them again

The guys that came, Jake and he's partner, were neat, professional and quick. very impressive and polite.

Our A/C unit was puttering along and not cooling. They were willing to come out the next day despite their schedule being quite full. They ended up coming out twice (the first time the unit was frozen), and checked the unit. Ultimately they fixed two clogs in the drainage pipe, and refilled the freon. I asked a few questions while the fellow was working, and he was quite polite and answered me thoroughly. Also, they wore booties to keep the floor clean, and were reasonably quiet when I asked them to be (two kids sleeping during nap time). Overall, I was quite satisfied.

After a week of problems with home warranty company and another contractor, and no hot water, I called Reliable late on a Weds. afternoon. They scheduled an installation for the 1st time slot on Thursday. The installer was here at 8:00 and had it installed in a couple of hours. He was friendly, professional and provided me with all of the information I needed.

5 stars for everything. I have used them for years. They are able to come out at all hours of the night if needed. Great follow up and prompt service. They warned me in past years about issues with my previous system. They provided a highly efficient system. Huge difference in the heating of the home and water. Also, they sent me a lunch bag and some cookies.

Devin Daly and Raymond Leary (prior military) performed an HVAC tuneup (part of Governor's office/Cobb EMC's $50 voucher program)and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service. They called ahead, arrived on schedule, answered my questions thoroughly and did it all with professionalism and courtesy. The price was exactly the same as quoted when scheduled 3 weeks prior. Mr. Daly suggested work without an aggressive sales pitch and Mr. Leary followed up with all the information I'd need in the future about the work. As a combat veteran who appreciates detail-oriented, subject matter experts in his corner, I highly recommend both Mr. Daly/Mr. Leary and Reliable Heating and Air.

I was happy with the service so far. They are coming back for another visit. They came on time and they were able to break it down for me so I could understand. The price was reasonable.

They techs were great. They explained what they were going to do. They were polite and courteous and again apologized for being late They performed all the work that was scheduled and cleaned up when they were finished

The overall process was great from the initial phone call to the completed project. Fast, courteous and informative.

Wes & Chris showed up right on time, explained everything they were about to do, made friends with my dog, and went right to work. They even cleaned the dryer duct! Friendly, efficient, just outstanding.

They called ahead (on a Sunday!) to verify the appointment and arrival time on Monday, called Monday while they were on the way, and arrived dead on time. I showed Dustin and Ray where the old units were, and they went right to work. They were efficient, and quiet; I was able to work undisturbed in my home office. While they were working in the attic, Justin the electrician appeared to install the surge suppressor; that, too, went very quickly. I am thoroughly impressed by the cheerfulness, efficiency, and cleanliness of these guys. It was worth every penny, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Reliable again!

One of my furnaces/AC units was getting old. A repair was necessary and it wasn't worth putting money into the old system. They gave me a price on Friday and on Monday, they were here to install it! They are professionals and provide prompt service. They make it so easy and their installers are great. I was able to trust that what they said they would do, they did without issues. In years past, I would go with best price and hope I would get good work from a service company - but many times were disappointed. Plus, for safety reasons, I don't like to let just anyone into my home that I don't know or may have been hired yesterday. I think Reliable has a fair deal and they are there to back it up. By the way, this is the 2nd installation I've had with them - they replaced the other A/C two years ago - working great!

The service techs were prompt, clean, and performed the work efficiently.

Also, later after two electrical installations glitches they arrived within the hour of my two different calls that something was wrong and I needed a technician. They corrected the fault and followed up to make sure I was satisfied and the units were working properly. I highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time that I have had the opportunity to work with the team at Reliable heating and air, and it was a true pleasure to work with such a professional team. Taylor Dean and Victor Croft were the installers, they took the time to review the options and pointed out a potential safety issue with how the gas lines where run to the furnace and water heater. Both Taylor and Victor were very polite and courteous. I have recommended this company to my neighbors and friends. You cant go wrong with selecting Reliable heating and air for HVAC or water heaters. Thanks.

I'm pretty happy with the work they did. I would recommend them to others. As far as price, this was the first time I had work like this done, so I don't know if it was too expensive or not.

They were absolutely great. They were extremely nice and professional, they came when they said they were going to come, they were very considerate and informative. We were very happy with them. I would recommend them 100 percent.

I think HVAC Is largely about service and installation. You likely can find a less expensive option, but given the complexity and the long term nature of the purchase, you have to be careful on who you select. Positives + Timely response, no high pressure sales pitch + Good explanation of various options, including price benefit analysis + No subcontractors involved for install + Install team was great, did job in the time quoted and was very courteous + Good follow up. We need our system rebalanced given new air loads, they came right back out to adjust. Negatives None.
