They were a bit blunt and quick. They told me it I would need a total furnace replacement. I was dissatisfied once they said that. I didn’t have confidence in them telling me.

The guy was very knowledgeable and very informed. He answered a few questions that I have in regards to the age and condition of our system. I think their price was a little high but he did a very thorough job. I called them to come and do the service and they told me that they can do it in June and that was in back in April. But two weeks late, they called me back and asked me when I want to be scheduled and I said i tried two weeks ago. I guess there was a little miscommunication in their office.

I would probably give them an A. My husband does a lot of research before he chooses companies, and we have used this one for many years. We would definitely continue using them.

They called up, made an appointment, and showed up when they were supposed to. They were very professional. We were having some system on our water heater and there is some kind of a gadget on it. I heard some noise so I wanted him to check it, so he went and checked it out. Our water heaters are old, and he said that he didn’t want to replace that part since it would break the whole water heater. He said that I should let it go till it breaks and runs out and then they would put in new water heaters, and he gave me a quote on the new water heaters. He was a nice guy and it was good service. He could have told me that I needed to replace the water heaters today, but he didn’t. He was honest about options.

My air conditioner died on a Monday and Tuesday, I had a rep from Reliable at my house to determine what kind of replacement system was needed. The representative, Lee Cook, was respectful of my budget and what was best for my home (a Cape Cod townhome) and was able to get my home scheduled quickly for the installation. By Thursday afternoon, I had a new HVAC system completely installed and running perfectly. Technicians Kevin George and Jason Grant were able to install all the new equipment, despite having limited space in which to work. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process.

The technician, Cedric, was super. Very professional, informative and patient with all my questions. Although Cedric was here for routine maintenance, he took the time to fix a squeak in my blower that has been driving me crazy for a long time. Couldn't ask for a better technician or company to take care of my heating and air needs. Because of Cedric, I signed up and paid for fall check-up of our furnaces; and I received a $75 discount. I will probably be calling Reliable when I have plumbing needs as well.

Everything worked out as promised. I called office for an appointment. They showed when they said they would and replced water heater at fair price.

Cain and Chase provided excellence service. Our plumbing was making an odd noise. Cain was able to isolate the problem. They arrived on time, were professional and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Jorge and Jessie (brothers) initially impressed us by calling to advise that they were running a little late. When they arrived and started work they were a well oiled machine. After reviewing the documents and the site Jorge discussed his understanding of the order and the scope of work. Once this was out of the way work started. First they laid drop sheets to protect our floors and quickly removed the old systems. Once the systems were out Jorge was able to properly evaluate the duct work and suggested some changes. These changes were made to satisfy his professionalism and we were not charged for any upgrades. After the changes were made to the ductwork, the two new systems were lifted into the attic and installation commenced. Due to their late start and the changes Jorge and Jessie worked until after 10:00pm. They refused to leave us without air conditioning. Once the sytems were installed and tested Jorge took his time explaining the features of our new HVAC and assisting with initial programming. We were very impressed by our team. Lee in sales knew what was needed, did not try to oversell and called to check on how it was going. Jorge and Jessie worked efficiently, calmly and neatly to give us a great new system. We will use these guys again. They were great and I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

They were great. They had great ratings and their customer service was good. I thought their price was very reasonable. There were no unexpected issues. This was on a rental property. So we didn't even live in the house. They did a good job of following up with us. They had to contact us as well as the renters. So they had to deal with a few extra steps and they did great. We used them based on other reviews and we're not disappointed.

It went very well. Reliable send Chad Mauldin to our house who quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. Chad was very polite, punctual, and professional. He showed me that the capacitor had failed and in a few minutes put a new one in and the A/C has worked perfect ever since. The cost was about what we expected. We are very happy with Reliable and if we need their services we will ask for Chad to come again.

Ray was an excellent technician. We were told by other companies we would need a new air conditioning unit immediately and there was no other option. Ray provided a temporary fix that will last us the rest of this year and give us some time to work on getting a new unit which will cost us thousands. We appreciate his skills and honesty. Reliable Heating and Air just installed a new Heating and Air conditioning unit to replace my upstairs unit which was 28 years old. I am amazed at how quickly Reliable responded to my service request and their sensitivity to the extenuating circumstances of my situation. I had house guests which included my mother who is 78 and my mother and father in-law who are 83 and 85 respectively. All three have serious health issues with low tolerances to extreme heat conditions. The repair technician Corey McClendon was prompt upon his arrival and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Although my unit was 28 years old he made a gallant attempt to repair the unit. I appreciated his honesty, integrity, and professionalism. When it was determined that my old unit could not be repaired I was in trouble. Mark Wall who is the Director of Customer Service understood the seriousness of my situation. He arranged to have two portable window air conditioning units for my mom and my wife?s parent?s rooms. Mark also advised that Reliable could install a new Heating and Air unit the next day to minimize the duration of discomfort we were experiencing. It was a pleasure to work with someone who actually provides customer service. The next morning around 9:20am I received a call from Jorge Ceron of the installation team advising that they were on their way to my house. Jorge and his brother Jesse Ceron did an awesome job of dismantling the old unit and installing a superior unit in approximately 3 hours. These men are outstanding professionals who are respectful to their clients and their home and property. I?m extremely pleased about the service that I received and my new heating and air unit! I?m sure there are other good heating and air companies in the Atlanta area but I?ll never know, because I?m calling RELIABLE Heating and Air for all of my future service needs. Calling the number for Reliable on Angie's list I was made an apt for 2:30 with a Ted Burge (spelling?) - No one showed and when I called they told me I did not call them and have no appointment. Made no effort to speak to me about my needs. Too bad since I am wanting to upgrade an buy a whole new unit. No one showed and when I called they acted like I had two heads and their online chat said someone will call you back and disconnected. Very Poor Service.

The two man team, both named Justin were on time and very professional.

It was a great experience. The serviceman was very professional and knowledgable. Since our house is close to 20 years old; I asked about new air systems. He took a great deal of time explaining how the new systems were different than ours. Would definitely use again.

I have been hesitant to write this review as I want to be as fair as possible and not be too harsh. We were with another HVAC provider for about a year but needed an new A/C unit in our home which we put off until this spring. The main reason we went with Reliable is their price on a brand new Trane unit was significantly less than our current provider. Plus they had a 10 year warranty on parts AND labor which is great. Also, they had great reviews on AL so I pushed my husband to try them out. Chris was our sales rep and he was very punctual and fair in his quote. Although their annual servicing charge was a bit higher than our old provider, their lower installed cost of the new unit far than made up the difference so we decided to go with them. We also contracted them to do a full cleaning of all of our ducts (around $1,000). My disappointment started when they could not get their scheduling right. We heard one date and time from Chris then received calls from the office for another time. OK, mistakes happen. The day of the install, we specifically planned our day around this being done and asked for an appointment first thing in the AM on a Saturday which was confirmed via a phone call the day before. The installer called the morning of (but left no message) and when he finally did reach us said that he was going to do another job before us so he would come in the afternoon. My husband (usually the calm one) was annoyed but I said mistakes happen so let him come in the afternoon. He called several times to tell us when he would be there so we rush home only to have to wait 45 mins for him to show up. His attitude was exasperated and bordering on rude with every excuse as to why he was late and finally said "Do you want me to install the unit or not?" They already had our $3000 by the way. I promptly picked up the phone and called Chris who really had nothing to say but "sorry". They also realized that we needed an additional part which would cost us another $250. To be fair, the installer was not able to finish the job on Saturday so had to come back on Sunday and was on time. The duct cleaning was a completely different experience. The team was punctual, clean, friendly and did a thorough job. Of course, the scheduling was off yet again and we had to delay it a few weeks as the front office is not in sync with the back office. All in all, I likely would have stayed with our old provider but since the install is done and I don't want to void any warranty, I will reluctantly stay with Reliable. We will see if they can redeem themselves but if I could offer advice to this company it would be this: 1) your customers' time is valuable 2) make sure your front and back office are on the same page as it comes to scheduling 3) your installers/internal problems are not your customers concerns. We pay you for a service.

I used Reliable for plumbing problem last year, so called them to inspect my air conditioning and furnace. They recommended a Trane XL16 air conditioner and a Trane furnace that work together. They also recommended duct repair, insulate the crawl space floor joist with a vapor barrier. I believe for all the equipment and work that I received I got a fair price. Dustin and Gary replaced the air conditioner, furnace and duct work. They were very professional and friendly. Dustin and Gary did a great job and showed up on time. I also had some electrical work done on my bathroom through Reliable. Reliable is currently installing my crawl space insulation and vapor barrier and additional duct work.I highly recommend all of Reliable's services. It's always good to have one company that you can depend on to do a great job for heating/air conditioning, plumbing and electrical services. Iwill use them any time I need any of these services. They were thorough, punctual and very competitive with price. They were even professional and they were fair. They did a good job for me. The problem is that they're growing at a rate that's beyond their ability right now.

Excellent service. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up well. Even sent me a thank you with a box of cookies. It was a very nice touch. Sam and Qusim were very nice. They even sent out a service specialist to come out and overlook the work for them. Very pleased overall.

My A/C unit froze over on Sunday 5/4/14. I called Reliable Heating & Air first thing Monday morning after noting that they had 254 reviews on Angie's List along with an A rating. They didn't disappoint starting from the very first call I placed. The person who fielded my call asked me if had shut down and thawed my unit. Once I confirmed that i had done so the attendant scheduled to have some one come that very day. I was also clearly told about the $89 fee just for the evaluation alone. Several hours later an A/C repairman called me from the road 1/2 hour in advance of arriving at my place. I appreciated this and was able to meet him there. I own a condo, which is part of a largerestored building. The A/C is on the roof and it is not easy to get up there. After scouting the building and realizing there was no simple way to access the roof, the A/C repairman pulled some ladders down off of his truck and managed toaccess the roof. The unit was repaired and A/C restored in a matter of 1 hourfrom the time he arrived. I also received excellent advice from him regarding the condition of my unit. He told me that my unit was fine although I mighthave to have the refrigerant topped off from year to year in order tocompensate for slow leakage and evaporationof the coolant fluid within theunit. I experienced very professional service throughout the entire experience. In hindsight I must say that it pays to go with professional established companies like this. I cannot stress enough how high the roof of my building isand it is hard for me to believe that any old A/C repair company is going toshow up with a large enough ladder and be that well-prepared to get up on the roof of your building. Just something to think about
