Very smoothly. Very quickly, but very successfully. Jake was very helpful and courteous!

The job went very well. They dismantled and removed the old unit from the attic, and the outside unit, then unpacked the new equipment outside, and brought it into the house and up to the attic, where they assembled it and reworked the wiring, piping and ducting to fit. The new outside unit is somewhat larger than the old, but is much quieter. The unit has been set to a temperature of 74 degrees and run continuously all summer (I work from home so the house is occupied all day). My electricity bills are somewhat lower than before, so I look forward to being able to afford to replace the other two units, although this summer has not been as hot as some we have had. The Reliable men needed no help from me - they just went about their business and told me when they were done and ran through the operation of the controls. They were clean and quiet - there was no mess or damage. I was pleased with the whole experience - which is what I have learned over the years to expect from Reliable.

Jake and Seth arrived and very politely introduced themselves. They took a look at the work to be done and got busy. They found an effective way to save me some money on the whole house surge protection by placing one outside rather than 2 inside. They carefully cleaned up after installing the pot light . Then they went after that stripped screw. They had to go purchase a different gadget to get it out. Then they took apart the fan and rewired it and put it all back together as neat as a "pin." I would definitely use this company again for both Electrical and Plumbing work. We had used them earlier to get a backflow valve installed. The young man, Pedro, who did that work was polite and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

The technicians, Gary and Mark, called to say they were on their way. They arrived at at the scheduled time. Our installation was at Big Canoe, GA, almost an hour from their office in Woodstock, GA. They removed our existing heat pump, and installed a new dual-fuel heat pump, including new gas lines and flue vent lines. They did a very professional job. They reconnected and reprogrammed my existing Nest thermostat to work with the new system. They finished in one-long day. They cleaned up the project very well, and were very polite. It was a good experience - I would use them again.

Great! They were able to come the day after I called and explained everything including the cost before doing any work. He gave me two scenarios and of course I expected the more expensive issue! However, it turned out we only needed the smaller issue fixed which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I didn't like is the service fee - most places will take any service fee out of the work performed. But the technician was professional and the work was done well, which is most important. Definitely recommend.

The service was great! Our technician was Mike Webb and he inspected our air conditioner. We called Reliable heating and air because we noticed that our upstairs temperature was 81 and the air conditioner was set on 70. I did not expect to get someone to come out in 24 hours but they did. After assessing the issue it was determined that we were out of freon in the 2nd air conditioner. Mike also spoke with my husband regarding the age of our air conditioner and how we would eventually need a newer model since freon would soon be in the past. We will definitely call Reliable heating and air when it is time to upgrade our model!!! Thank you Michelle Strong

The service is going good. One person came out and it took him about thirty minutes to figure out what was wrong. He had to order the part and will be back to fix it tomorrow. I would recommend him to friends and family.

This company is great! The lady on the phone was nice and got me scheduled for the next day. Eziquiel showed up at about 8:30 AM and instantly went to work- he determined that my AC was just backing up/clogged (or something like that!!) . Being a single female, he could've totally told me I needed a new unit- but he was honest and genuinely cared. The repair was done in under an hour, and my AC works very well now.

To make a long story short it took 7 trips before they could get the system correct. We were without air upstairs for over a month. The last tech I had look at my other unit for the down stairs area. He said the unit was over sized and the company wouldn't touch it. I told him it was less than 5 years old and I thought the install was incorrect. He said no that's wrong and left. Back to the work performed. First they over filled the freon then under filled, then they said it was the coil, then then it was the drain pan. Basically, why it took 7 trips I'll never know. As for the downstairs unit that the tech was over sized, I had Cool Ray make a trip. They brought a tech and a energy consult with them. He said maybe the unit was 1\2 over in size. Ran the number on the system. Checked the pressure, temps etc. He said the unit is only 4 years old. There is no need to replace it. He said the issue was be boxes and seals plus the drain pipe. They corrected all the issues for $635. Had a tech out the next business day. It's been over a week and the problem is solved. I will not use Reliable again and Cool Ray is my choice from now on.

After our Soleus dehumidifier from China via LOWES was recalled together with 2+million others because it was a fire hazard, we looked for one made in the USA. We found 'AprilAir'. We ordered what they recommended for our basement, and asked us to call Reliable . We paid $1800 dollars !-yes-not a mistake, vs. $286 for the Chinese/fire hazard. Reliable brought the Model 1730 which had been recommended by the manufacturer-AprilAir. Unfortunately this model was much louder than the 55 db advertised in their brochures- I bought a DB meter and found the condenser to emit some 81.5 db. We could not abide the noise, so we asked April Air for a solution. They recommended their new Model 1830. I should mention that their product has a 5 year warranty. So out went the 1730 and in came the 1830. Indeed, this one was in the 55db range, and kept the humidity at 50% it was set to do-until 4 months later it showed an error 'E4' and stopped working. We called Reliable. They were unable to solve the problem and out went the machine, to be replaced within the week by a new Model 1830. We were informed that 'E4' was caused by 'leaking Freon'-actually the gas in it is not Freon-but the term is used generically-we are told. Well, the 2nd Model 1830 quit working within 4 days. It was dead. Reliable came promptly and found that there were electrical problems, unsolvable. April Air tech/s wondered if we had problems with electrical surges-but we have a whole house 'surge protector' from GA.Power, and none of our electronics had shown any problems. So out went this second dehumidifier and now we are on the third Model 1830. If this one fails too, we will be forced to buy one at a big box- and these come from China! Reliable Air has been very prompt and easy to deal with. They honored the warrantee and we were not asked to pay anything-indeed , if the new M. 1830 fails, we expect to get all of our money back.

The first repairman never did a compression check and didn't tell us where the leak was. He just said it was a "slow leak" and the fix would last about 6 months-at least through the rest of the summer. He started complaining about the company being short on repairmen and how every repairman had to work every other weekend. He was pretty grumpy by this time as it was really hot and humid that day. He left without a thank you or nice to meet you. I would say 0 customer service. Last Friday, less than a month later, the AC went out again. We knew the freon had leaked out again. When my husband called to get someone out, a friendly CSR said a repairman would be there Sat. morning and the call would be free as it was under 30 days since they last came out. A different guy showed up and actually did a compression test and determined it had a leak. He gave us a verbal estimate and sold us on a new unit as well as duct cleaning. The quote was pretty decent and we probably would have gone with it. He said a formal quote would be sent to us by email later that day. After four days of miserable heat and unheeded calls, we gave up. No one ever returned our call or sent us a quote. My husband asked the second repairman if we could salvage parts of the old AC unit to sell as scrap. We were told no, that we had to be licensed in order to sell it. After a couple of calls to metal salvage places, we found out that was untrue. In fact, so much of what we were told is untrue that we wouldn't ever recommend this company for ANYTHING they try to sell. RELIABLE? Not at all.

Technician came same day during scheduled time window and called 30 min. prior. Extremely professional and diagnosed problem and repaired the unit. We were extremely pkeased.

Everything went very, very well. Estimate & Quotes: Reliable HVAC provided informed and specific technical guidance during the estimation process, and were very willing and responsive in adjusting their quotes to our specific situation and needs. Their estimator, Kyle Rice, understood our requirements and was technically proficient in Mini-Split systems, which is not a common thing. He was patient and diligent in working through the quotes, given the unique circumstances. He was able to coordinate the system purchase, system install and the additional electrical work without the "per task" menu pricing that seems to be the common practice in residential work. This was handled much more like a business transaction between two informed parties; and we appreciated that. Electrical: The electrical team arrived on schedule (after calling 30 minutes prior) and proceeded to install the subpanel, wiring and 230 outlet for the system. Both Terry and Jeremy were extremely professional and efficient. Great work, excellent clean-up and very impressive technical and communication skills; Reliable Electrical is a solid operation. HVAC: Mike and Mike arrived about 30 minutes after the electricians, right on schedule. Very well educated on the Mini-Split system, and were able to confirm installation location, indoor-to-outdoor unit combination, drainage, and other specifics. Were able to confirm that the system would perform exactly as we envisioned. Installation took about 2.5 hours including drilling through brick exterior and situating outdoor compressor on concrete pad. They fully tested and vetted the unit, insured proper condensation drainage (these units are 20+ SEER) and ran the system exactly as specified by Mitsubishi. I received all the materials that came with the unit, minus the packing boxes which they removed. They sealed the hose & power portal / replaced the insulation / cleaned up / rechecked the drainage and left, with me as a happy camper. The system took an 1800 sq.ft. from 80 degrees / 88% humidity to 70 degrees / 55% in no time. The inverter technology is incredible. Great service.

What a great experience with this Company. Got called when they said they would, Lee came came out on Labor Day to provide a quote & offered great alternatives and suggestions to fix the issue we had. Replaced our heat pump/ac the following Saturday. The installers Jamel and Leno called us prior to arriving and even arrived early. They worked hard the entire day to complete the install of our unit. Prior to leaving they checked everything was working and took us through everything. Very professional throughout. This was a great experience and was very impressed. Would definitely use this Company again and recommend them for sure.

I LOVE this company! My AC went out and I called them ( they were the only ones to answer their phone on a Saturday on a 100 degree day!). Each person I encountered was professional, friendly and helpful. I aso have a dog and they were equally kind and considerate of him. which is important to me!! Another selling point was they put in window units until the job coud be done. That was a lifesaver! Now, I must say my unit is experiencing some issues, HOWEVER, I am not worried. This company stands behind their service and I genuinely feel like they really care about the customer! I am confident they will work until this issue is resolved- I cannot say that about many companies! I highly recommend them,even with the gitches I am thrilled with their service!

Overall, everything went well. Both the service technician and the installers went a little above and beyond. All of the staff had plenty of experience and new what they were doing. I really liked that they had 12 month 0% financing available for this expense!

We are very happy with the response and service of Reliable Heating and Air. We came home at 6.30pm to find our A/C unit making a strange noise and the fan in the unit no longer running. We called and setup an appointment with Reliable at 8pm. They said someone would be here before 1pm the next day. We never received the 30 minute courtesy call as told (not a big deal - was planning to be around the house all morning anyways). The technician showed up just before 10.30 am and diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than an hour. As I write this I am now sitting in a nice cool house again.

The installation of the HVAC unit went wonderfully, the installers showed up on time and finished the job quickly. Except they told me that there was no power outlet running to where the unit had been previously and that I would need to have an electrician come and work that out. Wanting to keep the job in house for efficiency, I called Reliable's electrical department. The electrician came to the property and told me there was actually a power outlet already, and he had no idea why the HVAC installers hadn't been able to find it. While doing the random electrical work, the Reliable electrician managed to cut the main power line to the entire house. They then had to have the power turned off immediately (sort of an emergency shutdown before they burned the house down), and afterward I found myself in a month long battle dealing with inspectors and permits and getting passed back and forth between the different "departments" at Reliable, basically getting "next day"ed for over a month. No one at this company was accountable, no one returned phone calls in a timely fashion, everyone passed the responsibility onto the next person, only to have that person pass responsibility back to someone else. After over a month, the HVAC still hasn't been connected to power and I've lost the tenants I had lined up for the property. Plus the original electrical I wanted them to do still hasn't been completed. Horrible experience, I'll never do it again.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! All the mechanics were hands down the most professional I've work with in the 40 years of building commercial/residential structures. Jorge, Doug, Jesse, Mike, Kish, Chris, Izzy, Ken and Jim Koether besides being knowledgeable and professional they were courteous and helpful. If they didn't understand something on a drawing they would ask and if they had a suggestions to do something better they would offer their opinion. Reliable is the only company I would use.

They did exactly what they said they would do and were very communicative. I called them back for a couple of things, and they handled them quickly and professionally. Best price by far, too.

I called Reliable based on their Angie's List ratings, even though I had had some trouble with them in the past where they forgot an appointment after I already paid them. never the less I called and scheduled an appointment. They could not do anything when they arrived since the unitl was frozen out. They said they needed to wait 24 hours before they could do anything. They rescheduled for last friday, two days after the initial service call. During their first visit, they seemed more interested in getting their payment of $81.00. The technician I paid told me that they would use the 81 I paid them as credit towards their visit on Friday. Friday came and once again, they no called/no showed. I called another company, Corbin, and they were able to come out within the hour. Their technician showed me what he was doing, trouble shot both heating and cooling systems and then added about a lb of freeon and everything worked great. He also let me know that if there were any issues after his visit they'd come back out for free. I was very unhappy with the experience with Reliable, especially since they have such a heavy advertising presence in the Atlanta area, and found them to be in fact, very unreliable.

He was able to offer me a coupon, saving me $20 on the spot. I would definitely recommend Reliable and Freddy if asked.

Recently had a new AC/Furnace installed. They made the entire process go very smoothly from the quote to the install. The two gentleman who performed the install (Brett&Eric) we're extremely courteous and professional.

They provide good warranty. They have a huge presence in this area. They provide good service overall. They are not very expensive.
