I used them before to get a water heater and what caught my attention was that they set out clearly what their service was and they were using a particular water heater with a national brand. Their price was reasonable and they said it would take a couple of days to fix it unless it was a case of an emergency and the leak grown further which I thought was nice. Unfortunately for the scheduled time, they did not call me to say they were running late. After an hour or two I called them and they sent somebody out. He replaced it but failed to do the welding job well. After I came back from dinner, it was leaking for a while and I had water all over the place. I called them out and they sent somebody out again. They eventually got it fixed and they were apologetic about it. I would use the service based on the fact that I found myself in a home improvement store trying to fix another broken part of my house and I found one of them that helped me out choose the part. However the part they fixed mismatched my AC and I was upset. They put in a brand furnace and AC. They did a horrendous job fixing it. They were supposed to do a follow up and when they did, now things do not run great.

It was a great experience. It was something that was more of our issue and not an actual problem with the plumbing. I really appreciated that they didn't charge me for the call. They fixed it in five minutes.

They were really good. It was a good follow-up, good timing, and good service with them. They had the product that we're looking for.

Great experience from start to finish. I originally was drawn to Reliable because of the great reviews, and they did not disappoint. I had an estimate done a month prior to the date i wanted to zoning completed and they were never pushy just wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. Worked with Rob to start the process, and he was very responsive to all my questions. And i have a lot of them! When it came down to scheduling, it was a breeze, had no problem getting the date i wanted. Not to mention the day of work, they emailed and called to let them know when they would arrive which is very helpful. They were very tidy and polite when performing the requested tasks. I can actually feel heat coming out of all my ducts! YAY!!! The Mike's even encouraged me to call back should i not be completely satisfied. That s very reassuring....you can bet that all my business will be going to Reliable from now on. I am one extremely satisfied, and now warm client! :)

Called and wanted an estimate for a gas line to be run. they wanted $90.00 to come out. They would not come out to just give an estimate. How was I supposed to know how much the total bill would be? Called Majestic Plumbing and they will be here to give me an estimate

The technician was not impressive at all and I found him shoddy. In fact he had me believe that when the filter for the hvac system didn't fit and my reply was I think we have the wrong size filter and his reply was oh no you bend it right here and I thought you have to be kidding me. I have a technical background myself and though was just ridiculous and so I would never do business with them again either.

They are honest. They did what they said they were going to. They did quality work. They were courteous. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

On January 27, 2015 Chad, with Reliable H & A came to check out our faulty heat pump. After his inspection, we found out the unit had a bad leak and could not hold freon. Our only option was to replace the heat pump. Chad said they could have a new heat pump out the next day and install it in a few hours. Sure enough, 9:00 AM the next day Fernando and Gary P. were here. They removed the old unit and installed the new one in just a couple hours. They cleaned up everything and hauled away the old unit. They were both very courteous and professional. I would recommend Reliable to all my friends and neighbors. Mike P.

We made an appt to replace an old hot water heater. The plumber told us he would have to replumb the entire house due to the fact the cpvc piping snapped when he tried to reconnect the hot water heater to the house. This house is 18 years old and it seemed a little odd that the pipes would go bad so soon. However, we naively agreed. The plumbing work they did seems fine, they were very nice. But it looks like they literally punched holes in the walls to get to the pipes. There were holes in the walls where there were no pipes. They left our entire downstairs and upstairs closets with a good inch of drywall dust on EVERYTHING. They didn't bother to cover any furniture, nor did they advise how messy this would be so we could've done it ourselves. I have pets and a 4 year old daughter. We cleaned up as best we could each day but it was still bad enough we had to stay in a hotel for a couple days (more money) as it was that dirty inside. It was this way for 5 days minimum. Initially they were not going to include the drywall repair in the cost. i did some research and found other reputable, highly rated companies would've done all of it (plumbing AND drywall) for about 2 grand cheaper and in only a few days. I brought this up to someone at Reliable and thankfully they agreed to cover the drywall repair as well, which was appreciated. They came out on 1/08 to start the job and on 1/22 my house was finally done. I will not be using them again for plumbing services. I have also learned to get a second opinion even if the first company is so highly rated.

The price was amazing! They were very very professional & their costumer service incomparable to any other company. They also send a notice by e-mail or text when they are on their way with a picture of the driver who will be doing your work.

I have been seeing rust in my hot water, noticed unusual sounds, and had times where I ran out of hot water in a short amount of time. I called for an appointment, and was quoted a $90 fee for the visit. I asked if this would be credited to a repair and was told that it would not be because the assessment could take an hour or two. The technicians called when they were 20 min away and were at my house within that time. I explained the issue, and they said it was a result of the construction on my street, and that I didn't need a new water heater. After I persisted in questioning, they did at least open the door and look at the water heater, but still insisted that I didn't need a new water heater. I ran the hot water to see if I would see any of the previous issues. They did say they could flush the sediment out of the heater, but that would cost $150. I do not feel I got any value out of the $90 that I paid. They spent 20 min in my house as a result of my questioning. Had I not asked questions or insisted they look at it, they would have been gone in 5 min. In addition, one of the technicians had chewing tobacco in his mouth, which is not professional, and disgusting.

My new Trane gas furnace was installed by technicians Jason Arnold and Josh this morning. They arrived on time and went right to work. My furnace was installed and working before lunch. All my questions were answered and both technicians made sure to clean and remove all debris from the installation. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Reliable Heating & Air! Thanks to both technicians for the great work!

I t went great! They showed up sooner than I expected but I was very glad to see them as we had no heat since the day before. Tim Guilliams was VERY friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived and had my heater going in no time! I already know that I will use these guys for all of my electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning problems in the future! They are the best! And I have used other HVAC companies in the past and NONE compared to these guys. Finally, I can have peace of mind about my home ... Thanks Reliable!

Alex and Randy showed up on time and very both very nice and very professional. They worked for almost 4 hours cleaning all our vents which hadn't been touched in many years and the dryer vent. They put down drop cloths, were extremely attentive to detail and the whole experience was very easy and my house never smelled so good. They were awesome to work with and I highly recommend them!

It is a wonderful unit. We thought we were going to get better balance between all our rooms going with the more expensive ones. That did not happen but everything else was great. I think if we worked with the vents a little it would work.

They changed out 2 outlets and made them 3-prong outlets. Then they surge protected the entire house. Didn't take them very long to do either - about 2.5 hours. And the price was reasonable and less than originally estimated.

When I had new tenants move in, they informed me that the HVAC was not functioning properly. I sought recommendations from friends, one of which was for Reliable. They were not the cheapest quote I received but they seemed to offer the most value in terms of warranty and maintenance plans so I opted to use them. I was mostly pleased with the transaction. I had to do this for a rental property so I was not involved during the actual installation. However, my tenants did tell me that they were a little late to the appointment. Other than that, they were able to complete the installation in a day and I have not heard any additional complaints so I believe it has been fine since then.

Technicians showed up on time and performed very well.

Our heat went out downstairs the day prior to our phone call to Reliable. I called Reliable the next day and was able to get a same same day appointment. The service call was 89.00. Jason arrived around 630pm. He gave us the best and worst case scenario. We prepared ourselves for a 700+ cost to repair. Thankfully, luck was on our side. The motor had not gone out, the repair was on the low end. Thank you for the quick response and keeping our family warm.

I won't be using them again. The punctuality was one thing. They come the first time they come. I had signed up for 2 service for my heating and air conditioning system, and they came out for the first time. I had to call them for the second one a couple of times, they finally came out, and I had to call them 2 days later, because the breaker they had installed was broken, and they had to replace that. The people there are wonderful. They are so friendly, but it is just the overall service. They have been out many times.

We recommend Reliable Heating and Air as excellent, not because they are perfect since no one is, but because when something goes wrong they fix it immediately. After two installations and some maintenance calls, we can attest to the fact that when issues arise, Reliable acknowledges the issue, accepts responsibility, and fixes the problem as quickly as possible without any of the blame shifting and denial you get from other companies . Every single person we have encountered has been responsive, pleasant, competent, and helpful. Reliable is an honest and truly customer oriented company. On a scale of 1 ? 10, they are an 11 and maybe a 12.
