Lawrence, the service technician, cleaned and serviced two heat pumps. We have maintained a service agreement with Reliable for several years, and their staff and service have been excellent. Problems have been handled promptly. Lawrence arrived on time, and exhibited a friendly, professional attitude. Customer relations appears to be a high priority.

The install team, led by Jamal, arrived on site on time and went right to work.  They kept me updated on the status of the installation.  The install team, Jamal / David / Andrew work professionally kept focused on their job throughout the installation.  They readily answered any questions that I had and explained anything that I was unclear about, this is Excellent service.

I contacted them yesterday afternoon and asked for someone to come out before noon the next day.  Deon T. was at my home at 9 am the next day.  He was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful -- a true professional.  I will definitely be calling them for any future issues.

Reliable Heating & Air technicians (Torrie, Donnie, Walter and Jake) were beyond expectations.  They were professional and efficient.  They stood behind their company and completed necessary additional work that was missed in the original quote without any questions.  I will recommend this organization to all friends and neighbors in need of their services. Everything was done to perfection.

Blake Sullivan and Terry Kelly were a highly professional team.  They arrived on time and were very polite.  After installing the new air conditioner and coil, they made sure everything was working safely and well. (They even left the dirt around the new pad neat) and they patiently went over the instructions for the thermostat with me. They were a pleasure to work with.

Do not let their warranty fool you.  They replaced my hvac unit last spring and by summer the unit could not keep the house cool. Ok I figured their 10 year warranty would cover it.....No, They tried to say it was my old ductwork. The ductwork was fine for 12 years until the old unit went bad. Why all the sudden it is now bad with a new trane unit? Do not use "Reliable" Heating and Air.

Justin Hall was my provider. He did the work in a friendly and professional manner. I am 100% pleased with his work. The price I paid does not include a previous service call a few weeks before when he declared both fans controllers to be fried. So if you are making a decision on price, you'll need to add an $89.95 service charge to the cost.
No complaints overall, just the price a bit on the high side since I paid more for labor than the fans and separate controllers cost.

Experience was positive from start to finish.  Chris Gleaves , salesman was polite and knowledgeable.  He was able to answer all my questions regarding the systems and installation specifics (additional return requirements) without being pushy or rushing me through the process.  The date of the installation was fixed and I received a confirmation call prior to the morning of the install as expected.  The installation went very smoothly and was completed by Dustin Bryson, George Ceron and Jesse Ceron.  They called to let me know they were on their way the morning of the install.  They arrived and were very polite, courteous and professional.  We surveyed the current equipment and addressed entrance to these areas.  They laid drop cloths leading up my stairs and into the room with attic access to address any cleanliness issues with our carpet.  During the installation, I asked several questions and they didn't hesitate to take a little time and explain what they were doing and why.  This aspect I appreciated very much.  After installation was completed, they tested the equipment, covered the new thermostats with me, adjusted some vents which were noisy and fixed them, and cleaned up their work areas completely.  The next day we received a follow-up call asking how the installation was completed and if we had any further questions.  As was promised, I received the warranty information from the manufacturer and a copy of all the previous paperwork.  We could not have been happier with the entire experience from start to finish.  I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable to my friends and family and feel confident their experience would match mine.

Great service today from Fernando, Shaw E, Mike Miller and Mark. They were on time and completed all work in a timely and professional manner. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We had Reliable out earlier in 2016 to check out and conduct maintenance on the heating system on two units. We were happy with the service and took advantage of the annual maintenance agreement. Reliable allowed us to apply our recent one time service toward a new maintenance agreement. On 3-16-2016, Mr. Deon Triplett, Reliable Technician, called prior to the scheduled time to advise that he was on his way and should be here in 20 min. He arrived on time as promised. Mr. Triplett  checked both thermostats, cleaned system components inside and out, checked electrical, compressor, refrigerant, coils, condensate drains and pump and motors. Mr. Triplett provided Reliable's "Safety Inspection Report" which listed services conducted and a written record of  electrical and mechanical results. At the conclusion of the service, Mr. Triplett asked if we had questions about the service or equipment operation. We would be happy to have Mr. Triplett and Reliable back for continuing service.

The Reliable technician, Torri, arrived on time and was very knowledgable and professional throughout the installation of the new AC system.  While changing out the coil on the unit in the attic he noticed and brought to my attention a mold colony inside of the plenum and showed me a section that was covered in mold.  After seeing this I also scheduled another appt for Reliable (hopefully Torri will be the tech ) to come back out in a couple of days to replace the plenum as well.  Thank you Torri for an excellent job.  The upstairs in our house is now cool and comfortable and we are ready for the hot Atlanta summer.

Went well.  Ryan Sookal & Darran Sooklal were installers.  They answered all my questions & cleaned up good after they finished.  They did a good job & made sure everything worked before they left.  I would use them again if needed.

The technicians arrived exactly on time. They were courteous and professional. They covered their shoes and laid down a large drop cloth to cover my carpeting. After that they went right to work. The job was completed in less time than I had anticipated. I will definitely use them again when it is time to replace my other 2 A/C units.
