Showed up on time did what they advertised and showed us pictures of before and after. Very straightforward and no hassle.

I had to replace my HVAC provider as the one I used went out of business. Reliable was the most cost effective for the services provided, they were prompted, did not try and sell me anything, but offered great advise. I bought a yearly package in March. I have my fall visit next week and anticipate I will re-up my services.

Billy came out earlier in the week and determined that my vent hood was not working. He suggested that I replace the hood (it was already 7 years old) rather than replace the two fans. I followed his recommendations and purchased my vent hood. He returned promptly when contacted and replaced the vent hood. Clean up afterwards was excellent. The only minor issue was that the tips of the screws that used came through the cabinet above the vent hood.

They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, answered any and all questions intelligently. Spent time showing us how to operate the system. We couldn't have asked for more!

I moved into a home that had been owned previously by someone with several animals. The vents were full of pet hair, dust and dirt. Reliable recommended I have this down after servicing my units. I was super pleased with the repair work and the routine maintenance they had done on their previous visit so I booked the cleaning at that time. Very pleased with the work they did on both visits to my home. They removed every vent cover and cleaned inside all of them as well as cleaning all the duct work through my home. I have 5 units and I felt their fees were reasonable and their service was excellent.

The bill was $360. Really? I was expecting maybe $150 - 200. We had no option; the valve needed to be replaced. My 95-year-old father would have discovered the dripping water and became fixated on it. I am somewhere between mad and numb. In all fairness, they did replace our AC and it is working just fine and we will continue to use them to service the HVAC. We will not use them in the future for "small jobs".

These guys were the best. Called them out because I was having issues keeping house cool. They identified the problem and was very professional and took the time to help me understand how it works and what the problem was. I will definitely use them again in the future

My tenant called and I immediately got in touch with Reliable Heating and Air. I have 4 HVAC maintenance contracts with this company. They called the tenant at once and set up an appointment for the next day. As they had to make the winter visit, they took this opportunity to do it and did not charge me anything for the repair,considering that it was part of the maintenance visit.

Deon Triplett do a great job servicing my Trane HVAC equipment. he was very through and explained every step.

Reliable Heating & Air did an amazing job installing a new HVAC system at my home. This was my first time using Reliable after working with another top rated HVAC specialist for maintenance for the better part of a decade. I was fed up with the scheduling issues and what seems to be growth problems with the old provider and based on several recommendations from co-workers I called the Reliable team. They were able to get Ted Burge out to my house on Saturday to provide me with an estimate based on my needs. Ted helped talk me through the different systems and the benefits of each. I ended up going with the Trane XV18 and a complementary furnace, digital wifi thermostat and a Aprilaire Cleaner. The installation team was top notch. Randy (lead tech), Walt and Mark were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. The installation took the better part of the day (11:00am - 6:00pm) and they worked hard the entire time they were onsite. Randy helped me set up the new system and talked me through the programming of the new thermostat. I couldn't be happier as I sit here writing this review. It's amazing the difference in the cooling of my home I can already feel. Reliable and Trane are a winning combination. Plus, keeping an annual maintenance contract in place is the best deal in the world after you have them install a new system. It basically gives you a lifetime warranty for all the equipment they installed -- talk about a no-brainer!

Service agent said she had no idea on the cost. So suggested that I pay for the $89.95 "fishing" expedition to get the service call and get an electrician out to the house to figure out how much they can soak me for. Used the line "well, they are CUSTOMER provided switches". I know management will use the "lame" excuse that; a. they didn't know what they were walking into or, b. It wasn't their equipment or maybe even, c. what's a WINK switch but someone should educate their service staff on what these things are and about how much things cost. Would you let a car service technician tell you, "It's $49.95 for us to look at the dipstick and then we'll tell you what we're going to charge to change the oil?" Or would you hire a painter that told you it's $100 for me to come out and make my sales call and once I look at your house and estimate your ability to pay, I'll give you a price, but since it's your custom paint, it will be more? They use to be better than this and probably ok for the HVAC (I've used them), but that seems to be about it.

The service technicians, Dustin and Garrett, installed the new system and did a great Job. They were very professional, knowledgable and personable. They worked for three days and did a great job. They cleaned up the job site, did a neat job in the installation and explained how to work the thermostats and the system. The sales team was not as good as the technicians. We were told it would take 8 hours to install instead of three days and sales was not as knowledgable about the products. Due to the service technicians we were pleased although this is the second problem we have had with sales. Had an upstairs system installed last year and similar issues with sales. It seems the techs are really good but not a lot of communication between sales and rest of the company.

I called Reliable when my AC went out. A service rep reviewed the situation and told me that the coil was leaking and I would need a new system. The same day, a sales rep came to my home and worked with me to get a system that would be affordable and sufficient to work in my home. The installation was done by Greg McDaniel and Clayton Bailey, who were both very professional and polite. The installation took less time that I had expected, and they did a wonderful job. Before they left, they made sure I knew how to operate my new thermostat and took away the old system and any debris. My new system works wonderfully; it is more efficient and quieter than the old one. I would recommend Reliable and plan to call them for any services that are necessary in the future.

I have used this provider for 5 1/2 years. They show up exactly when they say they will, always clean up after themselves. We have always been extremely pleased with this company.

Our old unit could not hold Puron due to two valve leaks and rusting in the indoor coil. (That is another story.) We were scheduled to have the replacement done on 8/06 however the tempgot terribly bad inside the house. My dad is 95 and lives with us. I called on the evening of 8/4 and they were able to work out replacement on 8/5. Gary and Paul arrived at 2:00 when promised and went right to work. They did not slow down and worked under what must have been horrid conditions in our attic. It was 98 on the covered back porch so I can only imagine. I was amazed that they stayed friendly and upbeat the entire time and even stopped every now and then to talk to our two bulldogs. Based solely on this encounter with Gary and Paul I would have given them all A's. Alas, I cannot over all and have other issues that I will pursue with the owners.

Great service and they beat every other price estimate. Only thing that was a problem was that the sales person giving the estimate said that the A/C unit could be installed by the end of the week, but in reality the company was not able to come out until the middle of the next week. Which, wouldn't have been a problem, but the temperatures were in the high 90's-100's. But, overall, we had an excellent experience!

They are very good. They are very prompt. We have used them a lot in the past and they always show up on time, and they always do a good job.

Due to a water leak in our front yard, we called this company for an assessment. They told us our sewage line was not pitched right and there was a separation. This would require excavation to either repair the line and leak for $3,000 or put in a new line for $7,200. They charged us $500 for the sewage video and $89 service fee. Thankfully, we got another opinion from a reputable plumbing company from Angie's List. It turns out our SEWAGE LINE WAS PERFECTLY FINE. The leak was due to our sprinkler system. Unethical company!!!!!!!

It didn't take long at all. They arrived promptly, they did their work efficiently, they explained what they were doing. They wore the booties and cleaned up after themselves after they were finished.
