Joshua Smith and Deon called to let me know they were 30 minutes out. When they arrived, they introduced themselves by shaking my hand, then they put covers on their shoes. They each took a level of the house and went to work doing the free maintenance service on my 6 month old HVAC. They were very personable and professional and I would highly recommend them both!

Joshua cleaned our air ducts. In the process, he discovered mold and explained the steps and cost involved. He was very thorough and communicated well.The ducts certainly looked clean afterward.

The technician Lawrence gave a courtesy call when he was on his way to my house and arrived within the time frame of my appointment. He was great--very knowledgeable, informative, friendly and professional! Will use Reliable again based on my experience today.

Torri & Donnie were right on time, called before they arrived, were neat, professional and know what they are doing! These two gentlemen worked tirelessly installing our new Trane furnace and a new duct system, cutting skillfully through brick and concrete for the duct work and were neat as a pin. Both were kind and did not complain about our well intentioned golden retriever trying to "help" them when we weren't looking, really good guys. They came back a second day to finish the install and called ahead again and were right on time. They did a thorough walk through for both my husband and me, explaining everything in a clear manner. I highly recommend RELIABLE HEATING & AIR for folks that truly care about your home and your comfort.

Generally well, except their appointment system doesn't work very well. If you can tolerate their disorganized office system, you'll find they do good work at a reasonable price.

8/2014 Brian Williams and his crew were extremely professional and thorough. This was not an easy project as my house is on a crawl space with the kitchen and dining room on a slab. 11/2014 Jason Bouchard thoroughly explained the process and the results. 12/2014 Unbelievable crew did the work on this project. They were here on time and worked after hours to get this done. The last day, they were here until 10:00 PM. My crawl space was an absolute mess but this didn't phase them. The end result is clean enough to picnic on and the crawl space is now moisture proof and dust proof. I no longer have to constantly adjust the thermostat and the interior home dust level has been significantly reduced. Crew was: Glenn Allen Zack Bagby Belter Flores Blain Graham Michael Rogers Joshua Zielinski 1/2015 Jason did the final energy survey and determined my 1965 home was now energy efficient. He filed the necessary paperwork with Georgia Power and I received a $2300 rebate. I did have other estimates for the insulation and encapsulation. Prices were approximately the same but Reliable included things not listed in the other quotes. Reliable is customer service oriented from the initial contact until after the project is completed. The office sends you an e-mail with the technician's name and picture 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technician also calls you 30 minutes before arrival.

Caleb Elliott was the technician sent to my home. He was very knowledgeable. I remained with him as he worked on the furnace and he answered all of my questions. Mr. Elliott was meticulous as he went about his task and explained each process he undertook. During the visit, he mentioned other services Reliable provides that could benefit my home. He was not pushy, but seemed honestly excited about Reliable's products. There are so many bad companies and untrustworthy employees out there, especially in the heating and air conditioning field. As a mature woman of a "certain age", I am not easily impressed. However, because of Caleb Elliot's excellent representation of his employer, I will definitely use Reliable for all of my future Heating and Air Conditioning needs!

Harry (Dirty Harry) was incredibly professional and courteous as he performed my routine Fall HVAC maintenance, offering detailed explanations throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Well, but lots of call backs.

The tech, Mike, was extremely professional in his presentation; very polite. He inspected both systems and found that one part on the upstairs system was working, but not very efficiently. He recommended replacing it, and I agreed. Because the weather recently has been fairly warm, neither system ran very much since he left. About ten days later, I realized that the upstairs unit was not working. My husband crawled up to the attic and found that the door had not been properly replaced on the furnace. So Mike didn't check to make sure that the system was working with the new part attached before he left. I have used Reliable before, several times since April of this year, for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. I believe I initiated five separate calls to them. One of these resulted in their guys finding an issue with my water main, which they recommended replacing. This was a $2000 ticket item. Replacement resulted in my sprinkler system being hacked to pieces, which they repaired at their cost, but which required phone calls and hassles nonetheless. Of the remaining four calls, two of them required that I call back to have someone come out and correct mistakes that were made during the service call- major mistakes, or errors of judgment. Some of the corrections had to be made just because the first tech had been lazy in his inspection and hadn't wanted to inspect or repair some issues that sorely needed it. When I signed on with Reliable, I bought the annual HVAC contract for 2 inspections and the "peace of mind" contract for plumbing or electrical, I can't recall which at the moment. I will not be calling them again for any kind of service. It is just not worth the hassle I experience, more times than not, of having to follow up with them based on their problematic service.

Reliable Heating and Air is our heating and cooling professionals. The word professional describes their overall performance. I received a call a few weeks ago reminding me of my required maintenance which I truly appreciate. They worked around my schedule and told me the range of time that they would arrive. They showed up on time and had even emailed me telling me they were on the way. The technician, Jeremy, was very personable and professional. There's that word again. He asked if I had any questions and after he answered my questions he proceeded to perform the maintenance. I never felt like he was in a rush to get to the next customer of the day. I felt like he wanted to perform his work thoroughly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Before he left, I told him I was unsure how to work our new thermostat. He again took the time to explain how to work through the system but most impressive he did not just hit buttons and be done with it. He stood there and let me work through the steps on the thermostat thereby insuring my complete understanding.

Great Install. Jason and Michael were awesome. They let us know about a problem we had with our system and stayed over to replace the part. I very much appreciate their honesty and dedication to their job. They are truly an asset to Reliable Heat and Air. I will be using them again.

Excellent! I purchased my heating system from Reliable earlier this year, so this inspection was free today.

I have used reliable several times last year both to replace old units and to install a new unit in the basement. ReliableAir is a very well organized company and they keep in touch with you quickly and get tduring the process. When things do not go well, they get back to it quickly and get the thing done. They are good value overall. If you want a good product, great service and peace of mind- I'd go with reliable.com.

They diagnosed the problem and fixed it fairly quickly. The price was a bit high, but I was glad to get power working again.

We replaced the water heater in a rental and Reliable made the process easy. We have no complaints.
