The unit was not broken when I contacted them. We just wanted to have it serviced since we had not done so since buying the house over 5 years prior and did not know how long it was serviced before that. Summer was on its way so we didn't want any surprises in August. He cleaned air/heat unit in basement. Defrosted ice build up in unit. Changed part on outside unit. Did full diagnostic. It's been almost a year so I don't remember all of the specifics but DO remember being pleased with the service. Unit has not been serviced since Apr. 2015 and seems to be running just fine still, house was built in 2002.

They showed up right on time ready to work. They were in an out in a couple of hours. They answered all of my questions and removed and installed the new air handler without making a mess or messing up my new insulation I had just put down. I was happy with the job and would recommend them again.

the service tech was punctual, clean, knowledgeable, and helpful. i highly recommend the service. they also offer a plumbing plan through their sister company, but i haven't used them. yet.

My service person was Quincy. He was very professional and diagnosed & fixed my problem quickly. I called in the problem at 5:30pm and had a working furnace by 7:30pm. I would recommend this company.

They were great but their price was well above other companies providing the exact same services and equipment.

JOSHUA SMITH was very thorough and thoughtful with suggestions to make my whole heating-cooling system efficient. He was also thoughtful about not contaminating my counters with stuff from attic and cleaning up debris that fell out of attic.

Awesome company form start to finish! We actually bought a system from Reliable last summer and we had the same salesperson and the same technicians come out and install 2 new units. Scott Bebe, our salesperson, is not only professional, but a really nice man to work with. He let's you know exactly what needs to be done, gives you his best pricing and gave us our space to think about it -that's why we called him back. Also, we took advantage of Reliable's buy one, get the other half off deal - its a February promotion and worth it! I had requested Randy and Walter to do my install because they were phenomenal to deal with, too, last summer! They are very knowledgeable and efficient. What I really liked about them is that they cleaned up the area and every place they were in my home they left immaculate.

It went great. My furnace had an error code and wouldn't work. I called around and had trouble getting a company to say they could come out in a few days, let alone the day I called. Used Reliable's online chat feature (loved that) and got confirmation that someone would be out in just a few hours. I received an email confirmation with the photo of the technician who was going to arrive. I also got a call from him before arriving. The technician, Chris, was friendly, knowledgable, and clearly explained what was wrong with the furnace and how I could prevent the problem in the future. There were no upsells or hard sells for stuff I didn't need. The reason why I did not call them first was that they did not advertise that they sold/serviced my brand of HVAC unit. I thought that might be important. Turns out, they service all (or at least most) brands, so don't let stop you from calling them. I will definitely call Reliable Heating for my Spring maintenance and use their services in the future.

Two years ago, both of our hvac systems went out during the same week in August. Reliable was so professional and sold us on using them based on this professionalism, price and willingness to do work quickly. They even delivered window AC units while we waited for new equipment to arrive. In one (almost 12 hour) day, they installed the units and all was perfect. Even better, by using their services for maintenance, the units are guaranteed for life. Today, I received an email from them, telling me the status of our appointment for today. They even included a photo of Lawrence Overstreet, our technician. What a great service as well as safety tool! Lawrence is so professional, kind and thorough. Very very impressed that Reliable is not only living their promises, but doing it so graciously with such wonderful ambassadors such as Lawrence! Keep up the good work.

Josh M. did a great job! He was very polite, clean and made great recommendations when mold was discovered in our vents. He was even sweet with my dog!

I'd Highly recommend Kevin if you like a personable non-nonsense sales person. Basically he listens, he knows, he recommends. Recommending to friends. He is very patient with questions. The units I received I thought they were seconds upon initial inspection. Bent coils on both of the coils. It wasn't major a few inches here and there. But you would think with brand new units they would be as straight as the existing AC coils that were leaving the house. The old units were flawless minus the rust and not working. One of the new out door units had an inch gap on the bottom. This was from the from of one the unit being misaligned. It was promptly fixed by one of the techs. Again, if I can spot these things, who knows what else is going on. I think it was due to quality control at the Trane factory. The units came straight out of unopened boxes. The installers were A+. They told me that the coils had to be 70% bent to really matter. Well they were only 1-3% bent. They went above and beyond to take care of some issues. Very personable people. I am really glad they new what they were doing. Some people don't care about they technology behind what they are buying. I am sure if I didn't they installers would have still done a great job. I went down every 5 mins (not really but I bet it seemed like that) just to check it out. It was a pleasure to seem them work. I am glad I went with them. Regards Bill

Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completed all work in about an hour. This was a same day service call and I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to come out. We will definitely be using them again if needed in the future.

Larry Holloway was my technician. The service was scheduled for Saturday, January 23, 2016 between 8am and 10am. I didn't anticipate anyone showing up for the appointment due to snowmaggedon. Much to my surprise, I received a phone call around 8:30am stating he would arrive within 30 minutes. I advised that it was heavily snowing where I lived. Mr. Holloway said he could navigate the snow and was on his way. Mr. Holloway was punctual, professional and had a pleasant disposition. I would highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air.

Our heat went out Wednesday night. We called them early Thursday AM and they sent a very nice young man out to look at it that afternoon. We have an older heat pump and the young man said the motor was burned out. This would cost about $550. He didn't have the part and they would have to order it. At this time it was about 4:15. My husband asked him to get it to the office so they could order it before 5 p,m. The young man did so. He told us the office would call when the part was ordered and give us a time line. It should be in next day and he could come out Friday afternoon and fix it. Friday AM no one had called so at 12:30 p.m. my husband called them. He was told that they had just ordered the part this morning and with the storm it wouldn't be shipped until Monday so Tuesday would be the earliest it could be fixed. That meant FIVE MORE DAYS with NO HEAT. At 2:30 p.m. I called and asked to speak to the customer service manager. He was gone for the day. Okay, so I was passed to the parts department manager. He told me basically that there was nothing else they could do. I said well this storm was not a surprise to anyone so why didn't the part get ordered yesterday when it was sent in to the office? Oh, it was after 5:00 and the vendor was closed. So why didn't any one call us and let us know this? Why did WE have to call in to find out that we were going to be cold for FIVE MORE DAYS? I then said, well if the storm is the problem for shipping, where is the vendor located? His answer: MARIETTA. We live in Powder Springs - that's maybe 20 minutes. You couldn't have sent someone to pick it up for us to have heat? He then asked to put me on hold and I said sorry, I have a Dr.'s appointment, I'm sitting in their parking lot and have to go in. Customer service from this company is HORRIBLE. They are ANYTHING BUT RELIABLE. I will NEVER use them again. PS We called CoolRay. Came out within 90 minutes. It wasn't the motor but the capacitor ($149). We now have heat at 5:00 p.m.

Excellent. They called when they were coming. The service did not take long at all. They called back to see how it was running. A great experience!

Very good. Crew (Fernando & Shaw, with a supporting crew) showed up on time ready to go to work and job was done in 3-4 hours (which impressed me). In spite of it being a very rainy day the employee who had to replace the outside air conditioner did so while inside furnaces were being worked on. All work was done as agreed to and all debris from old units were removed leaving home as good as when they arrived. Only suggestion I'd have is that better instructions could have been provided to me prior to leaving as to how to operate the new thermostats. The 2 new ones were much more technically advanced than our prior ones and I'm still being "challenged" trying to get them to operate properly.

Old furnace stopped working. Their service technician identified a cracked heat exchanger, which was dangerous, and shud down the gas and electric to the unit. We got two bid options on replacing this furnace. Reliable's bid was higher - but their unit was for a Trane furnace which had better reviews than the less expensive other contractor's Amana unit. We chose the Trane from Reliable. Their two man crew showed up as promised. In three hours they were done and cleaned up. It would have been sooner, but the exhaust fan motor fan was making some noise when tested. The technician took it apart and adjusted the fan blades to eliminate the noise, re-tested the unit, and showed us how to install and replace the filter. They cleaned up well before leaving. We have used Reliable to install two furnaces and one AC unit so far, and do maintenance on several units - all rentals. They do not have the lowest prices on the street. They do have the BEST warranty around. We chose this company because of their warranty, and we are satisfied with that decision.

Deon and Shemeta arrived as promised, and they got right to work. we have two furnaces - one upstairs and one down. They did a very thorough check on both, changed the filter in one, and cleaned out some dust in the other. We were very pleased.

See above. Outstanding professionalism. We bought this house recently and it is 20 years old. He replaced the necessary parts and explained everything. In fact the gentleman who did the work Timothy Pumelo(spelling maybe off) was the guy I first asked questions about Reliable Air when I saw his truck at another location way back in October 2015. He was very polite back then and explained everything. This and a strong recommendation from my friend Mr. Niranjan Perera in Roswell GA is the reason we chose Reliable Air.

Jason Thompson showed up on time, explained the job and was finished at the time projected. Jason is very professional and wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. iI have been a customer for over 20 years.

They were only interested in charging me $89 for a service call. Would not quote or even give a ballpark for a pinhole pipe. I know situations are different and mine is probably a bit more complicated than most, but a baseline for replacing an exposed pipe would let me know if they are reasonable before having to pay for a service call.

We only dealt with Stan in sales. Stan was great, and he did everything he could to win our business. It made me sad to tell him no because it was such a difficult decision.

The biggest area of improvement would be the company's timeliness when responding to customer complaints.
