Do not let their warranty fool you. They replaced my hvac unit last spring and by summer the unit could not keep the house cool. Ok I figured their 10 year warranty would cover it.....No, They tried to say it was my old ductwork. The ductwork was fine for 12 years until the old unit went bad. Why all the sudden it is now bad with a new trane unit? Do not use "Reliable" Heating and Air. Steve Winiarczyk

Justin Hall was my provider. He did the work in a friendly and professional manner. I am 100% pleased with his work. The price I paid does not include a previous service call a few weeks before when he declared both fans controllers to be fried. So if you are making a decision on price, you'll need to add an $89.95 service charge to the cost. No complaints overall, just the price a bit on the high side since I paid more for labor than the fans and separate controllers cost.

Experience was positive from start to finish. Chris Gleaves , salesman was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the systems and installation specifics (additional return requirements) without being pushy or rushing me through the process. The date of the installation was fixed and I received a confirmation call prior to the morning of the install as expected. The installation went very smoothly and was completed by Dustin Bryson, George Ceron and Jesse Ceron. They called to let me know they were on their way the morning of the install. They arrived and were very polite, courteous and professional. We surveyed the current equipment and addressed entrance to these areas. They laid drop cloths leading up my stairs and into the room with attic access to address any cleanliness issues with our carpet. During the installation, I asked several questions and they didn't hesitate to take a little time and explain what they were doing and why. This aspect I appreciated very much. After installation was completed, they tested the equipment, covered the new thermostats with me, adjusted some vents which were noisy and fixed them, and cleaned up their work areas completely. The next day we received a follow-up call asking how the installation was completed and if we had any further questions. As was promised, I received the warranty information from the manufacturer and a copy of all the previous paperwork. We could not have been happier with the entire experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable to my friends and family and feel confident their experience would match mine.

Great service today from Fernando, Shaw E, Mike Miller and Mark. They were on time and completed all work in a timely and professional manner. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We had Reliable out earlier in 2016 to check out and conduct maintenance on the heating system on two units. We were happy with the service and took advantage of the annual maintenance agreement. Reliable allowed us to apply our recent one time service toward a new maintenance agreement. On 3-16-2016, Mr. Deon Triplett, Reliable Technician, called prior to the scheduled time to advise that he was on his way and should be here in 20 min. He arrived on time as promised. Mr. Triplett checked both thermostats, cleaned system components inside and out, checked electrical, compressor, refrigerant, coils, condensate drains and pump and motors. Mr. Triplett provided Reliable's "Safety Inspection Report" which listed services conducted and a written record of electrical and mechanical results. At the conclusion of the service, Mr. Triplett asked if we had questions about the service or equipment operation. We would be happy to have Mr. Triplett and Reliable back for continuing service.

The Reliable technician, Torri, arrived on time and was very knowledgable and professional throughout the installation of the new AC system. While changing out the coil on the unit in the attic he noticed and brought to my attention a mold colony inside of the plenum and showed me a section that was covered in mold. After seeing this I also scheduled another appt for Reliable (hopefully Torri will be the tech ) to come back out in a couple of days to replace the plenum as well. Thank you Torri for an excellent job. The upstairs in our house is now cool and comfortable and we are ready for the hot Atlanta summer.

Went well. Ryan Sookal & Darran Sooklal were installers. They answered all my questions & cleaned up good after they finished. They did a good job & made sure everything worked before they left. I would use them again if needed.

The technicians arrived exactly on time. They were courteous and professional. They covered their shoes and laid down a large drop cloth to cover my carpeting. After that they went right to work. The job was completed in less time than I had anticipated. I will definitely use them again when it is time to replace my other 2 A/C units.

Deon T. was great! He called about 30 mins prior to showing up and made sure to be careful with our wood floors. He went right to work reviewing our entire A/C system to make sure it was in order for the hot season. He answered all my questions and was very thorough in his approach. I would definitely recommend him and Reliable.

As always, the staff at Reliable provided excellent, professional and timely service. My service tech for this visit was Joshua Smith. He was on time, polite and careful not to make a mess or track anything into the house. In addition to the usual semi-annual inspection, he also made me aware of a product available that monitors how my systems perform 24/7 and transmit data to a center staffed with people who monitor the system results. These employees are able to contact me if they see something that's not working properly and recommend appropriate action. Any product that could prevent the likelihood of the AC not working during hot summer days or cold winter nights is something I'm open to learning more about. Chris came out same day I called. Quickly diagnosed problem as a faulty condensate pump however, he did not have a replacement with him. He came back the next day with new pump. He replaced pump, performed preventative maintenance and cleaned up area after he was finished.. I am very pleased with responsiveness and professionalism of service. The cost of the service includes both pump and maintenance contract.

On time, courteous, all systems reported as nominal so no complaints. They will come in the fall to check the furnace.

The installation went great. Jake and Chris were very professional and knowledgeable. The price for the install was a bit steep, but Reliable does the best work!

The install went very good overall. It was a big two (2) day job. Sam and Jeff were very professional and knowledgeable. All systems were installed as quoted and work great. We have used Reliable before and will continue to use them again. Ted Burge did our estimate and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Great job!

These guys and girls rock. Reliable replaced our entire HVAC system, excluding ducts, for $12,500. We have a two-story home with separate units, so it was a lot of work (by them, not by me). I am now a proud owner of two new Trane furnaces, two new Trane 16-SEER A/C units, a couple of high tech thermostats, and lots of peace of mind. Milo, Darnell, David, and Joey got all the work done in ONE day. I was able to work from home the entire day with less interruption than I normally would've had in the office. Oh yeah, and the price above included air duct cleaning, two years of the service/maintenance plan, and 10 year parts and labor warranty on A/C and 20 on furnaces. Can't argue with the price, and the service was phenomenal. A couple of the guys even gave us some parenting advice since we're expecting our first child this summer. I'd also like to thank Horacio Hernandez & Everardo for the duct cleaning. They came out the next day and faced a large battle - we don't think the original owners of the house cleaned their ducts once. They were extremely polite, graciously answered all my dumb questions (I'm not an HVAC guy), and gave us peace of mind that our future baby will be breathing clean air. Thanks Reliable Team!

Very quick response directly from Angie's List. Svc call to cfm system couldn't be repaired for reasonable amount (less than a cheap replacement). Quoted a new Unit with NO pressure. We chose Reliable not only for price but for professionalism, knowledge, and ease of working with them. We have a roof mount pkg which required a crane for installation, yet Reliable handled everything easily, efficiently, and promptly. Everyone from the contacts at their offices to the installers were so friendly and helpful! Terrell and Garrett, you guys are wonderful! Even though I haven't yet gotten my Svc chg credit (hint, hint, Jason!), yes, I'd recommend Reliable for any heating and air project. We had a mess here, and they've take care of everything.

Poor service - Heater not working after maintenance service. Two calls with no ETA to fix. House has 2 furnaces (both installed by Reliable).

Overall the experience was good. Tyler Dorward was excellent. He worked extremely hard to get everything fixed in a timely manner and I had a LOT of issues (all minor). He made me feel like I was his only customer and worked until everything I asked him to look at was finished. He was very professional and respectful. My main gripe is the fact that the service window is five hours. I think companies should be able to provide a more accurate estimate to customers when most service providers these days are working on 2 hour commitment windows. My appointment window was 8-1pm. I received an email informing me the tech was on the way at 7:45 that morning which was very impressive. It gave the name and a photograph of the tech which is much appreciated since I'm a single mom living alone. Then...I sat for 4 1/2 hours waiting for him to arrive and that guy never did. A different tech arrived at 12:30. Yes, it was within the window still but having to sit at home waiting for 4 1/2 hours is extremely frustrating and I find it hard to believe that a more accurate estimate couldn't have been provided once the work day was underway. Based on the fact that I received the email indicating someone would be there shortly and then someone different showing up many hours later, I obviously fell through the cracks somewhere. A courtesy call to let me know I'm last on the list would have gone a long way to making me feel like my time is also valuable. Tyler certainly made up for it working very quickly but the opportunity to wow me was gone. I received the email to tell me he was on the way at 4PM...over an hour after he left. My only other issue is the price of swapping an outlet. Since my appointment, I have learned to swap out an outlet myself and could kick myself for paying $89 PER OUTLET. This charge is on top of the fee for having someone come out to the house so it's not inflated to cover the service call itself. I paid $2 for an outlet at the hardware store and saved myself a ton. The price for everything else seemed reasonable.

I had my ducts cleaned as part of the HVAC system package my husband and I purchased. Josh and Garrett showed up within the 8-10am window I was given. They called while en route and did a great job ensuring the equipment did not scratch my wood floors in my bedroom (where access to the furnace is). They were respectful, worked fast and cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Very informative & excellent customer service. Since I have home warranty I used them for replacement unit, however if they were not able to provide my intent was to go thru Reliable.

He made promises that he did not fulfill.

Reliable Heating and Air technicians Cleveland Davis and John Hall were very professional for the entirety of the job. They were on time and were able to do the job earlier than scheduled. They made sure that everything was understood from the operation of the furnace to the operation of the thermostat. They also showed possible signs of failure of the A/C unit, what would need to be fixed in the future ,and why the furnace died out. Overall, they were great technicians who did the job well and made sure the customer was satisfied with the job.
