The technician that came out to service my units did and outstanding job !!!! He took the time to explain what was going on with each of the units and completely explained why I should have the ducts clean. Additionally, he took the time to clean the outside units so that they would operate more efficiently. He actually washed them down with a water hose and solution. This is the first time in all the years of having maintenance service that anyone to my knowledge has ever cleaned the outside units. OBTW the technician that performed the service today 6-6-16 was Lawrence Overstreet... Thanks

The technicians that came out, Torri and Keenan, did a fantastic job of removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment and installing new supply and return lines. The old system had not been installed quite right, so the job required additional time and effort to set right. They did the job well, cleaned everything up, and made sure we knew how to program and use the new system. They worked for roughly 12 hours on a Saturday to get the job done. They were great!

The job itself went pretty well. Josh M and Kai actually caught an issue with earlier work Reliable had done for me and called immediately to have that team come back and fix it. So I was happy with that. There was a slight issue with running into one of my planters, but they were on top of resolving that as well. So not only did they do the job they were hired to do, but Reliable as a whole made sure anything a little bit off was resolved. They're a bit more expensive than I'm used to for this kind of work, but they definitely worry about the details more than many others I've used.

Mr. Wayne Daniels was our Reliable Heating & Air service technician today. He was OUTSTANDING both in terms of professionalism, courteousness, communication and ability to identify and repair the deficiencies that he found. He fully explained each issue, discussed and educated us on not just the how, but also the "why", and went the extra mile to help us understand the systems in question, the previous installation mistakes that resulted in the service call (water overflow into the basement A/C catch pan and the liquid reservoir/pump not operating properly), as well as issues surrounding repeated problems with upstairs A/C units. We were so impressed with his service and knowledge that we are selecting Reliable as our "go to" heating/cooling service providers and signed up for an annual service plan!

The installation and service went very well. Installers were very professional, efficient and friendly. Had one small glitch and the installers came back immediately and fixed it and all is well. I am very pleased with this service.

The dispatcher on the phone was very courteous and said the repairman would come on the same day (could not give a specific time slot). Adam from Reliable arrived quickly, removed my failed installation, and assessed that the original problem was in fact a bad thermostat. He offered to put a new one on if I still wanted him to replace it. I wanted to upgrade to a WIFI-enabled unit (like the one I had bought) be did not offer a comparable model. Instead he had more expensive WIFI models ("PRO" versions) that cost more when installed by him--which is understandable. I elected to have him replace my thermostat with a more basic unit (similar to what I had before) so I could return my purchased unit. He also checked out the A/C unit itself to ensure it was cooling correctly with the thermostat controlling it. Upon leaving the premises, Adam had replaced my thermostat and we had a cool house again. Overall great job, and he even gave some suggestions about which options to consider in the future when going with a WIFI model to install myself.

The techs Torri and Donnie were friendly and were professional. They knew their jobs and were very proficient. They also cleaned up after the job was completed..

Reliable did not provide a service "window" and so I waited all day on the three occasions that repairmen came to my house. In each case the technician spent 15-20 minutes studying my furnace, packed up his gear and left, saying "It's working now! Call us if you need us again!" On the third trip, after furnace had functioned very erratically, the technician observed it clicking off after air was on only a few seconds. He decided it was the mother board ($500 or so) and had to order the part. He suggested I call the installers of the furnace (Peachtree Heating & Air) to see if they had the Lennox part on hand. When I did that, Peachtree wanted to diagnose the problem for themselves. After spending AN HOUR in my basement, the technician said it was the pressure switch ($160). The next day he drove to McDonough to get the part. I changed my service to Peachtree Heating & Air and no person from Reliable will ever come in my house again. Their technicians are in a great hurry and will not spend the time necessary to diagnose a difficult problem such as mine, nor do I think they are particularly well trained. All this took place in February/March during very cold weather and needless to say caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. In my opinion Reliable should spend less money on advertising and more on training. I see that their reviews are great other than this one, and I appreciate that my problem was a hard one to solve. Nevertheless....that's their business.

It went very well. The system works excellent. Finally I have Air Condition at my house.

Arrived as scheduled, explained what he was there to perform and what was involved. He identified that the filter needed to be changed and showed my the condition of the existing filter and let me know what the cost was going to be for a replacement filter. The engineer changed the filter checked the system under the house and the unit outside verified system pressures and running performance. He also hosed out the system and leaves in the bottom of the outside unit.

I called them and noticed a leak with my water heater and they came out and checked it. He charged me $180.00 for a $60.00 repair and I do not understand this. I went to Home Depot and checked the prices and noticed that he charged me 3 times the amount. I just do not think this right.

Great!!!! Justin and Jonathan worked very hard and were great people ...easy to work with. They make a good experience out of a bad time.

Great....Tony was very good he had a old house to work with but was able to handle every problem that came up. He is a great person and was easy to work with.

Lawrence, the service technician, cleaned and serviced two heat pumps. We have maintained a service agreement with Reliable for several years, and their staff and service have been excellent. Problems have been handled promptly. Lawrence arrived on time, and exhibited a friendly, professional attitude. Customer relations appears to be a high priority.

I had recently used them to install two new Heating and Cooling units in my home. Based on a good experience, I thought I would use them for Plumbing work. I asked for an estimate over the phone and they said that they could not and that I would be told the price when they came to look at what was needed and that there would be an $89.95 fee to come out and that it would be applied to the service if I proceeded. When they arrived they quoted me a price of $975 which I thought was outrageous and they could have told me that over the phone at which point I would have gotten someone else to do it. I refused to pay that inflated price and that fact that they could have given me the estimate over the phone! I had to pay the $89.95 for them to deliver the outrageous estimate. I feel they purposely don't provide the estimate to charge people the $89.95 to do nothing! I emailed them over a week and a half ago about my dissatisfaction with their estimate and their fee and they never responded.

The install team, led by Jamal, arrived on site on time and went right to work. They kept me updated on the status of the installation. The install team, Jamal / David / Andrew work professionally kept focused on their job throughout the installation. They readily answered any questions that I had and explained anything that I was unclear about, this is Excellent service.

I contacted them yesterday afternoon and asked for someone to come out before noon the next day. Deon T. was at my home at 9 am the next day. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful -- a true professional. I will definitely be calling them for any future issues.

After installing the new air conditioner and coil, they made sure everything was working safely and well. (They even left the dirt around the new pad neat) and they patiently went over the instructions for the thermostat with me. They were a pleasure to work with.
