It was good. We only had one small complaint. The connection to the gas line had a leak. We called at 10:30pm at night, they told us a dispatcher was close. But they never came by. I called them, I had to call them three times that night. They did come to fix it the next morning. They were apologetic. The quality of the installation and the work was good.

Excellent they did a good job. I liked the company. They did everything they said they would do.

Great all except the toilets weren't caulk and bathroom weren't cleaned up after he repair.

Great. Fixed a problem other companies could not figure out and one other company thought walls needed to be torn down etc. Reliable traced problem to a simple valve! Lower cost and no tear up of my garage!

the ultimate outcome was excellent. The HVAC systems works very well. The thermostats are great - I can adjust the temp remotely from my phone. The late issue was that they had a full day of work to install a 3 ton and a 3.5 ton system and they showed up after 1 pm. instead 8 am as scheduled. because the sent the installers to do another job over and hour away that morning. By they time they got to my house, they were exhausted from the work and the drive. They had to send several extra people to help them but they got it done. The systems installed were top quality Trane systems. They even upgraded me to a variable from a single stage because they did not have the single stage in stock on the 3 ton unit. The installation job was ultimately excellent. the pricing package offered the most important thing - lifetime parts & labor on repairs and lifetime maintenance. Having suffered with systems that were dying and needed outrageous repairs and maintenance annually for the past several years, that is worth gold. Finally, my credit was bad but they worked a plan that involved making a deposit of approximately 50%, around $6,600, and the rest on their plan. But the $6,600 is just that, a deposit that will be returned in a few years. The company really worked with me to get us a great system at an affordable price. The least other alternative was $9,500 and the prices ranged up to $14,000. But all of those only offered 10 years parts and 5 years labor. Useless since these systems rarely fail in the first 10 years.

Every team member had a great personality from sales to technicians, however, the technicians the competence was very lacking and my system is still currently not working and zI don't feel like a priority even though it's been between 78-87 degrees outside.

please, Angie, don't stake your reputation on this company. They robbed an old lady, did terrible work, and refuse to return and fix it. It's impossible to even get anyone on the phone that actually works for the company. It's always an answering service and no one ever calls you back. Please don't recommend this company, they are truly terrible

Good thing #1 - They worked me in first thing in the morning. They communicated with me very well. Good thing #2 - Cody, the electrician, spent a lot of time to troubleshooting and locating the issue. He was persistent and eventually located the problem. He was polite and respectful. Good thing #3 - Reasonable price for the service. I was very impressed by Reliable. I will use them again for services.

First time I’ve ever hired a plumber. From the first call to the end, Reliable came through in a huge way. Called Saturday, had a plumber come Sunday to help with my toilet. The bolts were so rusted from our 1986 toilet he had to saw them off. Andrew was extremely nice and provided tips along the way. He wore shoe covers and was extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again.

Joe did an excellent Job, professional, friendly, on time, and price as quoted. I will definitely use him for any future plumbing work.

Max was timely, left the work area clean, explained what he needed to do, advised on future projects and was very courteous. I would absolutely use this company, and this plumber, again.

GFCI Outlets & Nest Thermostats Removals

Awful and problem has not been resolved. No one should be stuck with a new unit purchased, yet after being installed, have ongoing issues. The unit should be replaced. This company seemed to not even care about these issues. 10 service calls despicable. Room/Areas get so cold at certain times throughout the night until it makes it unbearable/uncomfortable to have cold air blowing when it should be warm, not to mention how unhealthy this could be. They advertise "100% satisfaction guarantee" on their website. This is false, because the experiences have not come close to even 10% satisfaction.

There's not enough room here to express the dissatisfaction I've had with "Reliable". As a business owner of real estate I've encountered lots of HVAC vendors so I have some experience. There were perpetually late (when I could reach the service department at all). The technicians (and I had to use about 4 different ones) were well under trained and ultimately didn't get the job done, resulting in having to have the work re-done by another vendor. Then when I challenged their bills, they turned me over to an atrociously bad collection attorney in Chicago without a single attempt to resolve the dispute! STAY AWAY - THEY ARE NOT "RELIABLE"

I will start by saying that all the people involved in my repair went above and beyond. I know companies have many people that work for them and it is consistently difficult to keep people who represent your standard level of service. Good service is hard to find these days, but I felt that I was rewarded with a great team of individuals. I had a significant amount of roots that had gotten into my sewer pipe about 40 ft from my home. A trench about 14 ft long and about 10-12 ft deep was dug to make the repair. From the scheduling which was coordinated by Terra at the office and Roy Elrod in the field, everything progressed very quickly and was completed within 24 hours. The marking of the gas, electrical, and water lines was all done within a few hours of Roy locating the problem in the sewer. Roy delivered to me the full quote and when exactly they would be there to complete the work in about 20 minutes after he had diagnosed the problem. He along with Jack, his team member, the Dig team, and not to forget Terra who was instrumental in all the coordinating of all aspects of the job did a "SUPERIOR JOB" in getting my repair completed as quickly as any job of this size I have ever had done. Very polite, very respectful, and very professional are how I will describe this experience I had with this great team from Reliable Heating and Air and Plumbing. They were here when they said they would be and the job was completed in the timeframe that I was told and was within the estimate that I had been quoted. I was extremely pleased with the their work and would definitely recommend them if you need any type of outside sewer repair. Thank you again, Terra, Roy, Jack, and the Dig Team. All of you were great and thank you for making this bad situation have a strong positive outcome.

They said 8-10am arrival. Didn't show until 10:45am. Then said they couldn't do the cleaning because the employee didn't understand what a return was. I told him, but he didn't believe me. I took the day off from work to get this done, and they completely wasted my time. I was very disappointed. So, I had a different company come out with absolutely no problems. They charged 1/2 as much, great service, and used the proper equipment. They had no problems with any vents/returns.

Needed a different professional who could do the entire project.

They have been excellent and I would highly recommend them.

After perhaps reading my reviews online, Chris, the service mgr. called me and expressed a desire to make me a happy customer. He agreed to a reduced price for the capacitor, which I thought was fair, and I felt they responded to my issue as they should. Made me a happy customer

My wife was expecting an individual by the name of Cory or Cody to show up for a scheduled appointment. When he didn't show, my wife called the number listed and the individual answered by speaking to her in Spanish. She was bit taken aback by the response so she didn't respond immediately. She then began speaking Spanish herself but the individual responded by "that's all the Spanish I know" - in a joking manner which she considered it to be a bit unprofessional. When she asked him about his whereabouts, he said that he had called and since there was no answer, he decided to wait at a nearby gas station until he had grown tired of waiting and decided to leave. When my wife asked him why he simply didn't "knock on the door" the man said that the place looked abandoned and "boarded up" and no one seemed to live there. Our home has an industrial facade which is unusual for Atlanta, but a Knock on the Door goes a long way. When she asked him to return and begin on the task he refused and decided to raise his voice to my wife. She says she didn't quite understand what he said because as soon as he raised his voice she hung up on him. Very Unprofessional.
