It went well. Technician arrived on time and was very courteous and professional.

The work was done promptly and efficiently. The bill was higher than I expected.

I have used Reliable many times for plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. This is the last time. I had an 8 am to 1 pm time frame....so I took the day off work. At 12:30pm, someone called to say that my technician was running a little late. At almost 3:00, a repairman called to say he was on his way. Since the job was going to take 2.5 hours, I told him that it wouldn't work as I had to pick up my daughter at 5 pm. I asked the technician to have someone call me. No one did. I called the main number and spoke to a rude CSR. She refused to give me a weekend appointment with a shorter time frame. I explained that I thought they could at least do that since I wasted a day off work. Nope. 8-1. I asked to speak to the manager...she said he was busy but would call me back. Almost 24 hours later....nothing. I suppose they are getting lax with customer service and just don't care anymore.

Called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were there by 11:00 the next morning. They were very courteous and professional...and CLEAN. They protected the hard wood floors as they moved the washer and dryer to get to the hot water heater.

Excellent Service!! Replaced the piping and brought the water heater up to code. Total water heater replacement.

It was done under warranty. They charged a minor amount for labor, which I thought was extremely reasonable. I have been using them ever since.

the was done in a timely and professional manner. I was not pleased with the mess left behind, as they did not cleanup excess and old insulation that was blown about. Could have done a neater job.

Guys worked very hard and found a couple of install mistakes. Sealing seems to have reduced the number of "dust bunnies" running across hardwoods.

They were reliable. They showed up when they were supposed to and they did a good job. It took them less than an hour to complete the work. They cleaned up very well.

Reliable was one of six companies that quoted on replacing two heating and air conditioning units on our house. They had the best price for the job. Two crews led by Justin Lester and Jon Wood showed up at the scheduled time. We walked through and scoped out the job. There two helpers Harrison and Cameron joined them. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. They were very professional and did a great job. They replaced both units in one day. When done they cleaned up after themselves and walked us through the work. They explained how everything worked and made sure we did not have any questions. This is a big investment and I am very satisfied with the work done. I would highly recommend Reliable for any heating and cooling work needed. Thanks Justin and Jon for the great job you did.

Had a noon to 3pm timeframe. At 2:50pm, I decided to call and check on the repairman. They first said they would call back. After 30 minutes, I called back and talked to a rude CSR. She couldn't tell me a timeframe when the repairman would arrive. I asked about a discount for wasting 3 plus hours of my day and she replied, "He's only 20 minutes late". Then she said she can offer me a 15% discount on my filter (that I did not need).

I bought my units through them so the service is covered at no charge.

They did a good job. They were on time. I got an email saying the guy was on his way. Everything seemed okay. I wanted them to work on a compressed line and the price came up too high, so I did not use them for that. I would recommend them. The workers were good. The work took about four days.

Yeah, I would use Reliable Heating & Air Plumbing & Electrical again.

It’s who I have used in the past when my A/C has been on the fritz. In terms of feedback they were fine. They didn’t blow me away enough to want to go out and kind of write a review on them. I do remember they were on time and you need to schedule an appointment. The guy was pretty honest and kind of saved me from having to upgrade my whole system. It was a couple hundred bucks, I’m not sure actually how much it was. I can’t really think of any negatives, but those would be the positives.

I will use them again. They left the area very clean when they were done. They did everything really well. It was really well implemented.

In July my new H VAC system went out and I had to wait three days to get it fixed. Punctual, good communication and courteous.

I called Reliable because they had installed my HVAC systems. I also checked with a few other plumbing companies on Angie's List. Reliable's price wasn't the lowest, nor the highest, so I chose to stay with them. We scheduled an installation appointment for the next day. I upgraded the tank from 40 to 50 gallons at no additional cost. The technician, JJ Lewis, arrived on time and completed the installation in a timely and professional manner.

Service performed as expected on 2 HVAC units.
