They have always been responsive and do good work. They show up when they say they will show up.

Tech came and told my tenant to save "service call" coupon to give it when they come back for repair. They assumed they were getting the job and there was no contingency with the coupon. I told them about when I called. Turns out, Accutemp replaced (also replaced by blower for free) a coil $500 cheaper and they did not honor the service call coupon. I emailed them back and told them about it, they did not reverse the charge.

Clay and his team were very professional and great to work with to complete the job quickly. Clay kept me informed constantly about how the work was going and their progress. He also pointed out other issues he found that needed immediate attention. Very pleased with their work and additional help.

Was installed. Called company to let them know that the techs didn't seal the exhaust hood on roof. Never got a return call or situation fixed.

They do a really good job. I have used them over the last few years. I have found that they tend to have more knowledgeable people, little bit on he expensive side but typically have pretty good people. You do not have to follow up or get them to fix things.

Had a bit of an electrical issue but it was resolved and everything is running well. We have been using Reliable for a couple of years now and will continue to use them for our HVAC service and maintenance. Chuck K. our service technician was great. Very professional and personable.

I got a brand new unit about 2 years. I’ve had numerous problems. I spend a whole year having problems with the unit. Two winters I went with having a problem with the unit. After the second with of having problems, they finally came out here and replaced it. I had to go through a winter and a half with problems. It would just completed shut down and then the whole house would be freezing. They kept coming and fixing a whole bunch of different things and it would never fix the problem. Then they even had a problem with the record keeping, because they sold. When they replaced the new unit, they had records that they sold me a higher unit then what they had actually installed. That became an issue too. Then they were putting in one smaller, I don’t remember what it was. They didn’t even have a record, they were like, “We sold you this, but we installed!” They sold me a unit, but installed a lesser one. They’ve got the right one in there now. It took a couple of hours to install. There were two workers. The workers treated me & my home fine. The first unit that they did, didn’t work properly. On top of that they put in the wrong one and it didn’t work properly.

The removal and installation was performed in one day. The AC system has been working well during these warmer May days.

I called Reliable Saturday morning after my AC went out Friday night. The representative on the phone was nice, professional and said that their first available appointment would be on Tuesday but I could be put on a standby list for an earlier appointment. It wasn't four hours later I received a text letting me know that they could come out on Sunday, we arranged a time frame. I was thrilled! On Sunday, Barry the service technician called and told me he was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me a lot of good information about my system. My AC needed freon. I will definitely use Reliable again!

Great, highly recommend. Daryl was professional and trustworthy. We had several quotes and some companies gave a hard upsell to things I didn't think were needed.

It was a very good experience with them, it was our very first experience with them. He cleaned up very well after he completed the work for me. The worker was fine, very professional. It took probably a couple of hours to get the work completed. I would tell others that they did a good job and met our expectations.

They came out the same day, located the leak, repaired it and had our water back on that afternoon.

All went well. Service guy was efficient, thorough and personable.

Ok. Was told the process would take about 4 hours, tech was in and out in 2. I was interested in the camera inspection that was listed since the process was so brief but was told they didn't have a camera that would fit in the ducts, so I just don't know how thorough the process was. Did not clean up dust and debris in the areas around the vents or underneath where the ductwork was cut, which I would have expected. Not sure if it was from the dust on ductwork or a chemical used, but every time I ran the a/c or heat for the first month, I got choked up. On the flip side, the person I booked the appointment with and the tech were both friendly and polite.

I just replaced my AC unit upstairs. David and Matt were incredible. They worked nonstop and delivered a beautiful job redoing old duct work/union boxes, replacing heat pump, and adding a return. They cleaned up after themselves and went over everything that they did before leaving. The appraiser was very knowledgeable and delivered everything that he recommended. Great job. I can't say enough good things about Reliable Heating and Air.

AmaZing! I cannot speak more highly of Reliable Heating and Air. Forrest Paron was the salesperson who made everything happen and fast! He was friendly, professional and evaluated my needs to ensure I got the right system for my home and it was economical. He made financing available that helped close the deal. He sent an amazing team of installers (Jorge, Jesse, Jesus and Erik). Jorge and his team kept everything moving like a finely oiled machine. They went above and beyond. They checked and rechecked and made sure everything was perfect before they left. A week later I called Forest to have additional work done. He was on it and again sent an amazing team: Terrell and Garrett Puckett. The minute I heard Garrett's voice on the phone I knew Forest sent another exceptional team. Terrell and Garrett were amazing as well and truly went above and beyond for me as well. There is a theme here with Reliable! The best part is my dogs liked everyone; THAT says a lot, if dogs like you - you are golden in my book. Thank you all at Reliable!

Called them on a Wednesday, sales rep (Chris) came out the next day. Gave me a competitive quote, I had a few other companies come out. Reliable seemed to be the best fit, so I went with them. About 4 days later 2 tech guys came out to install, a Justin Lester, and a Harrison Rye. It was a big job, so they were here most of the day. They were here promptly, they were very polite, explained everything in detail. When the work was done, Justin went through everything with me, we turned things on and off, was perfect. Justin and Harrison were very good, nice guys. You could tell they knew what they were doing. The gentlemen who came out to install the hot water heater ( Garrison ) was also top notch, very professional.

In need of new HVAC, I checked with several companies before deciding on RELIABLE Heating and Air. Our relationship started by Chris Gleaves assessing my present system and suggesting ones that would meet my needs. After deciding on the system that would work best; he scheduled a time for the installation. Justin Lester and Harrison Dye arrived on Saturday morning after a friendly call to let me know they would be there in 30 minutes. In today’s world, it’s easy to give lip service to the notion of providing “a high level of service to a valued customer”; however, from the start, their level of professionalism spoke volumes about their degree of expertise. They were both knowledgeable about their product; in addition the way they handled themselves professionally made me feel very comfortable. From start to completion, the whole process went smoothly. The steps the entire RELIABLE team: Chris, Justin and Harrison took to provide the correct unit in a safe and careful way yielded a top quality product that will allow me personal comfort for years to come. Both times the process was flawless start to finish. The technicians arrived to the appointment in a timely manner and were friendly/courteous. Both times, the technicians were patient and honest in answering my questions.
