To much of a hassle to go to somebody else. They are doing a good job so there is not incentive to go anywhere else.

They're reliable. Their name is what they are. We have a service agreement they come out every six months.

I would definitely use them in the future.

No issues, they never try to upsale or hassle for additional services.

After having a tree trimming service knock down the electricity supply line /mast attached to the house, I called Reliable to see if they had any available electricians to come out. Given the emergency of the live wire on the ground, they sent Andrew, who was friendly, open in terms of pricing and was even able to knock his initial quote down once he actually started the work. He even followed up with me to see if Georgia Power had turned the power back on and when he learnt that they didn't plan to until 2 days after the work was done, he pushed for the timing to be pushed forward so I didn't have to live like a caveman for 2 days. Andrew was great, and I'd definitely request electrical services from him again.

Called a service tech, and he recommended to replace the system due to leak - 13 yr old system. A sales rep followed up the next week with a couple options. The option is customizable and the price is negotiable. I settled on an option and scheduled the installation. The work was completed in one day-from ~9AM to ~9PM on a Saturday. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after the installation. I am satisfied with the level of service and follow-up. During the installation, a personal property of mine was damaged. I reached out to their team and received a reimbursement check a couple weeks after(just make sure you and/or your installer document the damages). The damage was trivial, and there were no disagreements. They haven't sent the manufacturor's warranty T&C to me yet.

Awful! Reliable is no longer reliable! I live in a condo in Brookhaven, Georgia and needed routine service performed on my air conditioning system. When I asked the head of our homeowners association for a recommendation, he mentioned that in the past he had used Reliable but that he had stopped using them because they were a no-show for a couple of appointments. Like a dummy I decided to try them anyway and (sure enough) they no-showed for me as well. They blocked an appointment window of between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm on the day of the service. I gave up my entire workday morning to meet the technician. I even called at 8:00 am to confirm that they would be there within the window and they indicated that the technician would most likely arrive around 10:00 am. After I waited all morning, they called at 12:00 noon to let me know that my appointment window was in jeopardy and then again at about 12:30 pm to tell me that they definitely would not make it. When I told them that they wasted my entire morning they were completely unsympathetic and offered no solution. I'll never call them again!

Was fixed promptily and technician identified the source of a water problem in the crawl space.

They explained what the cleaning of our air ducts would do for us in keeping down the dust and allergy causing stuff in the air.

As always, it went very well. The technician this time was Jason Coburn. He was punctual, very professional and efficient.

After our upstairs unit died, I called Reliable Heating and Air to come out, we decided a 23 year old unit needed replacing instead of more duct tape...as a homeowner I didnt want to sink any more money in the old unit...I replaced both units in my house as well as the furnaces...they had install crews here in 3 days once I decided to choose Reliable, there price was 4k under others I called...The install Crews (Gary Carter, Jeremy Ruppenthal, Mark and Daniel Bush) took really good care of our house and were the greatest...I will use them for all of our A/C needs...

From the quote to the installation, Reliable was absolutely fantastic. Their installers were very helpful, and they set us up with an HVAC system that will keep us comfortable for a very long time.

Very professional and courteous from initial review of what I needed throughout installation. I had small problem later and the online monitoring system noticed a sensor misaligned which they came right out and corrected. They did a good job of explaining everything I needed and again explained what they were doing as they replaced the systems.

It's been excellent. They always do a good job and explain everything. The guy who serviced the unit, Nathan, was very good!

At the time I thought the tech did a good job. Until recently when another company came out to do work and said my breaker box was overloaded and posed a fire hazard. Also, when replacing my bathroom vents they noticed the wiring was not done correctly and there were ground faults through our system. Therefore I am not impressed with the service we received and we could have easily had a fire due to this neglect. We have decided to take our AC business to Carrier and our electrical work to TE.

Reliable completed a crawl space encapsulation service for me. From start to finish Matt and Justin were exceptional. They were friendly, skilled and overall professional. They communicated thoroughly each question or concern I may have had. After completing they cleaned the area and took the extra debris with them. It went fine. It was expensive, ($2500) but I did not get any comparison prices to know if it was an average price or not. They were off on their timing (told me they would be done at three and then called at 12:30 to say they were done which meant I had to leave work) but I guess it was better to be done early than to have them here on off-hours.

the tech said it was electrical...it was not even close to being electrical...it was a swindle...

On 6/10 the unit died again. I called Reliable back who was able to come on 6/11 (it was a weekend) and said that now the condenser coil was broke, and also pointed out a leak that had occurred which was not there prior to 6/8. I suspect that the work done 6/8 caused further damage, or that the initial assessment on 6/1 was incorrect. When I received the invoice to fix the additional issue they wanted an additional $950. I called to discuss this further and was told a supervisor would cal me back that afternoon, which never occurred. Then all they do is block me and delete my comments on various social media when I try to help others from being treated the same way.

They came out the same day. Their name says it all. They're absolutely reliable. James Steffui came out who was extremely helpful.

We initially called for a service call and they got someone out there that same morning. Our furnace was 25+ years old and tech gave us possible repair/replace options to go with. Service Manager followed up that afternoon and gave us options along with prices. Very straight forward. The next morning they installed the new system. Installers were very good. Very focused, professional and helpful with any questions we had. They even leveled off & secured the area of the ground where the compressor sits outside the home! All done in several hours. Great follow up with customer service department. We will use them for maintenance on both of our systems going forward.

My A/C unit is new when I bought it 2 years ago now. They have a lifetime guarantee if you use them for services. It was excellent. I didn't check out too many prices. I just looked into two, so theirs and another one. Their price was under everyone. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. They walked me through what they had done and they explained everything.
