The technician was punctual and arrived on time. He indicated that I needed a new A/C unit and furnace. Quoted a price much higher than the industry standard....about $3,000 higher. Also, stated that I needed a new furnace...which I did not upon further investigation. Transferred to a sales representative by technician in that I had a lot questions. Salesman never would speak to me by phone...hid by emails only.

The tech repaired and explained what went wrong. Also, gave additional information about future needs. Did not deliberately attempt to overcharge.

HVAC tech was a NO-SHOW. Scheduled way in advance to be the first dispatch of the day. NO SHOW, NO CALL.

They were good. The service was great.

Amazing job. Previous dryer vent was inaccessible 3" PVC piping into crawl space (our home inspector did not catch this when we purchased the house last year) We discovered this after our dryer caught fire. I was not sure who to contact to fix the issue. I contacted Reliable as they had been easy to work with on previous home fixes. Reliable completed the job promptly and professionally. Technician did a thorough inspection of the attic and crawlspace to see how best to proceed. Dryer now takes a quarter of the time to dry clothes, and I have peace of mind knowing our dryer vent is now up to code.

They gave a courtesy call 2 hours early asking if I would like them to come before my scheduled time (they finished the previous job early). If you live in GA and know the heat / humidity then naturally the answer is YES! :) Did a great job (just under 3 hours) and I was cool again. Very professional and super nice guys. Shout outs to Luke W and Jeff C. They answered all my questions and put up with my ignorance on HVAC ;) They gave me pointers on how maintain the system and prolong its life. Also, major thanks to Corey F. (sales) who saved me $800! less than the estimate from the previous company who initially evaluated the system; using a better system (Trane) as well. On a side note, my mother also had them clean her ducts and was very pleased with the results.

Outstanding performance. Highly recommend them for the quality of work that they do. More than adequate time was spent conducting the inspection. The inspector explained the report and the report was immediately available. Work is guaranteed. If you have additional questions The company is very responsive.

They've been good. We've used them for years. Actually, they've been really good as far as, if they do make a mistake they come out and take care of it. I kind of like the fact that they also do electrical and plumbing now, too. The only thing was, the last time they sold us some kind of a contract, and my wife was unhappy with it after because they changed it after they sold it to us. I don't know the exact particulars, but something about they were gonna cover filters or something like that, and they said no they weren't going to. And it was after we had already signed up for the contract. But in terms of doing the basic stuff, they've been good.

They showed right up and took care of it. Their price at that time was really good, but I think it's gone up. They showed up on time when they said they would. They're good overall, I think.

It was fine, A little language barrier but enough where I could understand them and they could understand me. They fixed it and we were able to get through that. They were polite. They were ahead of schedule, because they said between 9 and 12, and they showed up at 10.

They have installed new A/C units. I use them once in the fall and once in the spring. I would use them again.

We have our furnace with them. I asked them to come on 7/15 and 7/31 and they canceled both times saying their provider was not available. They are unreachable right now. Our warranty requires us to use their maintenance every year and now we are out of maintenance due to lapses on their part. Last time they were out was fall to service furnace for the winter. They are supposed to come out 2-3 times a year. I had to remind them of our maintenance agreement. The last visit was fine. They did their job. They gave me the idea of buying filters in bulk through Amazon. When we call them they do show up in the time frame they give. We have an annual maintenance contract. Only using again due to the warranty requiring us to use them to continue the warranty.

Each time I called they responded promptly to my needs and concerns. I received perfect responsiveness over the phone and in person. The technicians (Sam & Donnie) were very professional, prompt, neat and respectful of my home. I never felt confused or uncomfortable. This company implements and depicts nothing short of 'Reliable' - def: consistently good in quality or performance; able to be trusted. Syn: dependable, good, well founded, authentic, valid, genuine, sound, true. The service I received is an exact mirror of their brand and their name! I highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air for your plumbing and electrical services! I will defiantly use them again!

We signed up for them to come back again this, they haven't come back for the summer one yet, and I have to call them for that one. We used another company, and they got where they were ripping me off. They were putting in capacitor's for $700. I told them don't come back here. I am seventy years old, and I get that a lot. I just get that feeling about a company, I get away from them. I will use them until I have a bad problem with them.

They found the problem and they fixed it. Everything went well.

Installation went well. They were very attentive to what our wants and needs actually were (many other contractors just assumed what we wanted/needed and tried to sell us that), provided us with a loaner window unit to use while we waited for the A/C to be installed, and they were thorough with the install, including sending out a repair tech the evening of the install to fix a very minor issue we didn't discover until several hours after installation was complete. The install team was clean (didn't make a mess), professional, and thorough.

The electrician quickly diagnosed the problem in the breaker box, which was a simple fix. The electrician also tested our other GFCI outlets and found one that needed to be replaced, which he did. One thing I appreciated was that their service was quick and prompt - while other electricians I called were booked at least a week out, Reliable was able to schedule an electrician to visit our house the next day. The prices quoted us by the electrician were high compared to other providers ($329.00 to replace an outdoor GFCI outlet). I found this a bit strange as the prices for their HVAC business are so competitive. But I was willing to pay the higher price given how quickly they were able to respond and knowing that they do good work.

Our installation team was Conor Morris and Andre Laskey. This was Andre's first day in the field doing installations and Conor was teaching him. When they arrived I told them we had a little chipmunk living under our old A/C and we were concerned about him being trapped underground or trapped outside his home. Instead of rolling their eyes at me, they went above and beyond making sure "Alvin" (they named him) could get in and out from the new larger pan. They were so very professional and friendly. They were very attentive to making sure I was 100% happy, which I was. Despite this being Andre's first day in the field I could not have been more impressed and am sure he will do great in the future. They were both so extremely nice to us we would welcome them back in our home at any time.

My husband and I have never experienced the kind of professional service as we did last week with Reliable our technicians Jeremy Ruppentha and Jamie Fitts lead a perfect installation team which included Fernanado and Shaw. They treated our home with great respect and even vacuumed and wiped areas with any dust at all. I was amazed. Each member of the team worked diligently and we love our new system!

Went very well. Conor, Justin, James and Mark were professional and did an excellent job.

They were terrific - went above and beyond duty! Perfect gentlemen, professional, and experts installers of the Trane 4ton A-C. Problems developed with the in-house system, but Justin and Harrison corrected those problems to make the whole system work properly. They were punctual and efficient. We use Reliable for all their other services and have been equally pleased with the caliber of technicians they send out to do all the various home-related systems. Can't recommend Reliable and their technicians highly enough.
