Description of Work: We had Reliable replace two gas heating and two electric air conditioning units. They were great to deal with. Very professional, provided great value for the money, cleaned up after themselves, and followed up on a regular basis to check on A/C charging, tuning checkup, etc.

Description of Work: Did not show up when they said (2 hrs late with no phone call explaining); homeowner called - they then sent a plumber who behaved in an unprofessional manner - demeanor made homeowner uncomfortable. You would think a licensed plumber would have all reasonable parts to make a straightforward repair, but this plumber left the worksite claiming to need parts from Home Depot, and instead returned with another individual, who did not participate in the repair, leaving the homeowner with two men in the house; plumbing dispatch did not indicate two individuals would be involved or required. Also, plumber insisted upon looking under additional sinks, though homeowner requested plumber only to focus on repair at one specific area - shower.

Description of Work: First, they didn't install the pan for condensate under the new unit in the attic. they put it under the old unit in the basement. Secondly they didn't install the pan under the attic air conditioner so that it had the right slope. condensate accumulated in the pan and leaked into my computer room. They fixed it all satisfactorily without any hassle. However, it would have been nice for them to get it right the first time.

Description of Work: Lead time from my initial call was about a day. Came out to repair hot water heater (~15 years old); service would be ~$400 so decided to replace unit with similar size new water heater for ~$900. Crew was able to replace same day in 1-2 hours - very satisfied!

Description of Work: They came out and gave us an estimate. They gave us suggestions on our plumbing situation and they were very helpful. I will certainly use them again in the future!
