Description of Work: Did not use their services nor will I ever again use them. Called for a basic hardware swapout, same manufacture. All I wanted was a ball park idea of the cost, that's it. Instead had to pay them a $49 service fee to hear the price. Now I can understand a service fee especially on a remodel or not sure what was wrong call, but for a basic hardware swap your going to charge me to hear the price, REALLY! Then to top it off, I asked when you get there and give me the cost can you minus the service fee to the cost of the job. I was told its up to the discretion of the installer but probably not. I went to your competitor and they listened to me on the basic job and gave me a ballpark idea of the cost WITHOUT charging me. They got the job right then and there. They made $125 for a 30 minute job which I gladly payed them and will be giving them the future remodel of other bathroom.

Description of Work: The technician checked the air conditioner compressor, the fan unit, the freon levels were checked also to insure the a/c unit freon to cool properly.

Description of Work: The men were very friendly, professional, and explained what they thought was wrong very well. But they completely misdiagnosed what the problems were. I assumed that they would be able to fix the leaks, etc., and so I paid the $90 service fee that would be put toward any work I needed. However, due to their diagnosis, they told me that I needed someone to re-install my shower and they didn't perform that service. We stopped using that shower, but the leaks in the ceiling are continuing to get larger, so obviously there are leaks somewhere, and now I have to pay again for someone else to come and find out what's really wrong and try to fix it.

Description of Work: I have a rental home that needed a full inspection of functionality. They were not only on time, but, called and came early. They were thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant and responsive. I have replaced my former plumbing and HVAC company in my contact list. From now on, I'll use Reliable. They filled out the necessary forms I needed for Atlanta Housing Authority. I am very pleased.

Description of Work: Reliable did a great job servicing my AC units. They were fast and responsive, and could accommodate me at the last minute. The only issues had to do with the technician himself. He woke my 11 month old daughter up several times from a nap tromping around in the attic. The worst of it was he turned down all the thermostats to get readings on them, but forgot to turn any of them back up! Since it was summer, I did not realize this at the time, but in the morning when I went in to get my daughter out of her crib, it was 65 degrees in the room!!!!

Description of Work: An outlet burned out and affected others in the house. They fixed the outlet and secured others in the home. I was very impressed with their promptness, efficiency. Very professional also.

Description of Work: Service was good. Only issue was that I was not called when the part came in, I had to contact them to follow up.

Description of Work: Replaced gas line (15 feet) and connected new dryer. |It went well, but much more that we hoped to pay. |Connecting the dryer was $150. Had i know that upfront, i would have connected it myself.

Description of Work: Connor was very professional and let me know exactly what was going on every step of the way. He explained things to me in layman's terms so I felt very comfortable with the entire service.

Description of Work: Corrected a problem with my garbage disposal. My garbage disposal was not functioning and I requested plumbing service. The technician discovered that the problem was not with the garbage disposal but an electrical problem. I was NOT charged for the service call with the plumber. I scheduled an appointment with one their electricians. The next day the electrician corrected the problem. I was very pleased with the service provided.

Description of Work: Our 25 year old air conditioner failed. Reliable gave us a repair as well as replacement estimate. We were able to upgrade to a higher efficient system as well as zone our lower level. Within 3 days, the new system was up and running. The service techs were very professional. They explained all the new equipment and cleaned up after themselves completely.

Description of Work: Reliable plumbing repaired a leaking pipe in our master bathroom. They came for same day service, arriving within their expected window. The repair was made after the technician identified the problem without delay.

Description of Work: Our AC unit went out and we began to call around for help. Reliable Heating called us back very quickly, they were very professional and courteous and sympathetic to our situation. They couldn't help us out, but they gave us great information and also suggested other reputable companies that might be able to help us. Awesome company and I trust them because they told us what they were able to. Referring us to another company meant , to me that they would prefer that we get help rather than making a "sale.
