Description of Work: Reliable replaced the furnace and the air conditioner. They were wonderful. I could not have asked for more in terms of courtesy and professionalism. I initially spoke with Jeremy on the phone and then worked with Tim McWaters on choosing the appropriate heating and air units, as well as on arranging the installation. They were both just great! Reliable provides an excellent warranty, and I now feel totally worry-free regarding the system I bought and future HVAC maintenance.

Description of Work: Checked my furnace to find out why it wasn't staying on, and he determined that it was the Thermostat that was sending the wrong signal to the furnace. He offered to put one of his in, but I declined to go buy my own thermostat. He was very informative and professional.

All visits were done within a week's time. Very satisfied with the folks we dealt with. We thought the pricing was reasonable. The heater is working great. We won't know about the new A/C until we start using it later this year.

Description of Work: They performed HVAC system checkout. During checkout, 2 capacitors were reported to need replacement. System checkout was far more thorough than any of the previous contractors we'd used, even though all the others used the same checklist from Cobb EMC. $50 of the total cost was paid by a Cobb EMC voucher for the HVAC system check.

Description of Work: My furnace went out on a Tuesday evening and within 90 minutes there was a service man here. He managed to get the pilot light lit but unfortunately it did not last. I called them on Wednesday and again they promptly arrived. I asked for an estimate on a new furnace and a sales rep was arraigned for that evening. A few hours later a deal was made if they could install it on Thursday. They worked around MY work schedule. The crew arrived early Thursday morning and steadily worked until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me how things worked. I was very impressed with this company and their employees.

They were there much of the day but when they finished new system was working well and they cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with their services.

Description of Work: I used the Heat and Air division and the electrical division on the same day. No complaints with the service of either division. You just need to realize the $89 service call is just for driving to your house. Any work is extra. Many places would include fixing the bad outlet etc...in the price. Not these guys. Despite the high price they are prompt, professional and fixed all the issues. If I had an emergency I would use them again. |
