Description of Work: AC was blowing air but not cooling. Was not a free on problem - needed a part replaced. Reliable was very professional and responsive.

Description of Work: Fixed the H/AC blower under warrantee. But only parts were under warrantee. Labor charges were higher than expected.

At every step of the process Reliable employees were on time, courteous I felt that Reliable had my best interest as a customer in mind during the complete process

Description of Work: A/c furnace replaced

Description of Work: I called Reliable because my mini-split HVAC system stopped working in the middle of the winter. The Technician who came out diagnosed the problem to two circuit boards. He ordered them through his parts department which informed him that they would have to go through a different distributor to get the parts because the manufacturer of the system was not one they were authorized to order parts from. |We thought this would take only a couple of days but were eventually informed me it would be much longer which turned out to be two months... |I had requested the same tech come out to install the parts because I did not want to start from zero trouble shooting. In the process of installing one of the boards ( the first one) the tech either reseated the board or bumped it but all of a sudden the system began working and has worked perfectly since. | Summary: 1: they wanted me to pay over $600 for the two boards although they never pursued the invoice. 2: I had to wait over two months to get the system working therefore being unable to use the room involved. |I have used them in the past for a couple of electrical repairs that I was happy with but I will not be calling on them again for anything. | A name change is in order to Unreliable!

Description of Work: They repaired a HVAC unit that has not worked properly since I moved into my home 8 months ago. Another company has been here to repair it more that 6 times. This was a company sent by American Home Warranty. It was worth it to pay out of pocket to use Reliable who is a truly trustworthy and "reliable" organization. | |It went great! I even purchased a service plan from them! |

Description of Work: Reliable installed a new water heater. They did an excellent job. We have used them before for air conditioning work and we would use them again.

Description of Work: They insulated the crawl space and installed a new HVAC system. The only negative was they plugged one vent when insulating which meant a duct was not run to that vent. I had to have them come back to add the duct. As far as I know the installation was done correctly.
