Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts, they may have never been done in over 40 years. Very professional and showed me the evidence of the accumulated dirt on the vents themselves and after everything was "flushed" to the base of the heating unit.

Description of Work: Replaced two 23-year old heating and A/C systems with new Trane systems. | |Very professional and polite through the entire process. Sales rep Kevin had years of maintenance experience and was able to provide a very informed assessment of the old system, current needs, and replacement options. | |Installation team led by Jorge was similarly very competent, polite and professional. Communications hiccup at the office led to a delayed start by the second half of the team, but it was still a one-day installation of basement, attic and outdoor units. System operation fully explained and demonstrated before they left.

Description of Work: They tried to quote me $500 to repair a garbage disposal that was only a year old. I hired a handyman who fixed it for 50 bucks. They also gave me a ridiculous quote for servicing my AC unit. They are charlatans.

Very disappointed.
Description of Work: We set up an appointment and I took off work. Reliable hvac, electrical and plumbing were all no shows. The plumber called me towards the end of the appointment to cancel. The hvac and electrical guys never called.

Description of Work: Reliable lived up to it's name, they replaced my air conditioning and heating unit. The process was very easy, from the diagnosis of an old unit was was over fifteen (15) years. Reliable's sales team helped select a replacement unit. The sales process was easy and the installation of the new unit was done in short fashion. The installers arrived at approximately 9:00 AM, the new unit was installed, the old units were hauled away, and the installation was completed, the new unit tested and work completed at approximately 1:30 PM. Reliable lived up to their name.
