So fast!! Thankful that they came during the coldest time of the year and handled my request that day! I signed up for maintenance as well.

We contacted Reliable to come out and give us a quote on a replacement for our HVAC system. The salesman we worked with, Rodney, arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable and made good recommendations. He delivered the quote timely and made himself available for any follow up questions we might have had. The price quoted was much more than we wanted to spend so we went with another provider. We would recommend them based on our experience, but we did not use them for the installation.

Initial service appeared to be fine, unfortunately within 1 year of ownership we have had 2 breakdowns in the brand new system. This is completely unacceptable. The first error was a frozen drainage pipe and the second error was a quarter-sized piece of plastic left in the pump, which rendered the entire furnace inoperable (see photo). This is not the quality or reliability we expected and paid a premium for.

Went very well, price was fair for annual contract, plus he answered a lot of questions I had about the "smart duct" system that came with the house we bought. Seemed very thorough, punctual, professional. Would recommend, we signed a contract for both our fall and spring checkups.

The drain for my kitchen sink stopped up on Christmas night and the usual drain cleaners didn't work. I called Reliable around 10:30 the next morning and talked with a woman who took my contact information and said that I would get service later that day and that their plumber would contact me when he was ready to come over. Four hours later their plumber called and said he would arrive in 20 minutes. He showed up on time, with his assistant, and proceeded to clear the drain. There was water backed up in the sink, they cleared it with a shop vac, dumped the water down the toilet, then used equipment to clear out the clog. They asked questions, were courteous, worked quickly, and cleaned up both the sink area and the toilet. Altogether they were in and out in about 45 minutes. I thought the price was on the high side of what a plumber would typically charge in our area, but they did a good job and were very professional. Before leaving they gave me tips on how to prevent future clogs and gave us a jug of a special type of drain cleaner. I would definitely hire them again to handle other plumbing issues.

This situation was made more complicated by some language limitations. Reliable was very responsive to the problem and worked with the tenant to facilitate the repairs. Fortunately, the fix was minor. In a situation where it would have been easy to take advantage and upsell, they didn't. Very much appreciated!

I was surprised that when I signed a contract (BTW, there are many different ways to pay which eased my mind a lot) I was told that the men could install the entire system in a single day. Sure, I thought sarcastically. But sure enough the next morning James Emory and Cameron Dye were at my door. These were two of the most respectful, polite and professional workman I have ever encountered. James and Cameron worked until after dark that evening making sure that I had heat and air and that I could understand the new thermostat. I am now warm and comfortable thanks to Reliable. These gentlemen, each of them, personify the company name.

All Reliable employees were extremely professional. The most recent visit was to have the air flow balanced in our ranch home. The technician that came to do this work was Josh Zielinski who did an initial analysis and this week performed the work using dampers etc. Josh was a shining star, very professional, courteous and took his time to explain all he was going to do and followed up when completed. Reliable backs up their products with great customer service consistently1

The crew, Dustin Duck and John Keaton arrived on time after calling me and informing me that they were on their way and estimated arrival time. Upon arrival they immediately got to work. After they did their prep work they added the blown-in insulation and upon completion, my inspection of their work could not have been any better. They did an outstanding job. I am so impressed that I plan on using Reliable Heating and Air to service both my heating and air conditioning units in the future. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

I have used them twice. They did a good job. They did pretty good. They were pretty prompt. I would use them again.

Service as always was top shelf. The technicians, Fernando and Shaw E, were very responsive, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. They made sure the job was done right. We have used Reliable Heating & Air for years and don't know why anyone would use another company to ensure the comfort of their home.

SPENT EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF TIME AND WENT WELL

I called on Sunday and asked that they book me for both Sunday and Monday, just in case we could not make it work on Sunday. I requested before 2pm on Monday slot, as a backup. They did not come out on Sunday and I was later told that the system showed an after 2pm arrival time requested for Monday. They came after 2pm on Monday. He replaced a 12" section of pipe. The process was done very quickly. The materials cost could not have been more than $40 and it took him longer to park the truck and turn off the water, than to repair the pipe. I had removed the ceiling for easy access. The price was absurd for the amount of work and material! Plumber was professional but the Reliable "pricing manual" is off the mark. Instances like this make it difficult to trust a vendor for the bigger jobs.

Justin and Harrison did a great job installing my new HVAC system Tuesday. They worked hard to get everything right. And they listened to me--my comments and questions. I learned a lot and they did, too. Good job, guys!

Excellent! Reliable technician was an absolute professional and Reliable stood behind their install performed about 4-5 years ago, even when we expected to pay for this intrusive insect that invaded our system. The technician cleared the issue and checked the entire system while here. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Will definitely call Reliable for future HVAC needs and may try their plumbing service for future plumbing needs. Impressed with everything from the initial call to the final service. A+

Although their quote wasn't the lowest, it was very reasonable. In addition, Reliable was the only company out of four I considered that would provide a 10 year labor warranty on Trane equipment without a mandatory annual service contract. Two teams (Jorge, Erik, Fernando, and Shaw) arrived on time and explained how the install would go. They worked carefully to remove the old equipment and install the new units. The technicians were extremely friendly, polite and patient during the entire process and even when I watched and asked questions. After they were done, they showed me the final installation and checked to be sure I was satisfied. They then cleaned up and demonstrated the use of the new thermostats. Both team's work was very neat and organized. I couldn't be more satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality installation!

It went very well.. After explaining what the problem was, the repairman explained what he was doing and what caused the problem.

I called at 9:30am to request replacement of my water pressure regulator. Arranged for a 60 minute notice from plumber. Received call from Pedro at 10:30, arranged 11:15 start. Pedro arrived on time, replaced the unit (including retrofitting and copper pipe modifications) and completed all work in less than 90 minutes. Extremely professional work by an extremely professional plumber. Highly recommend.

They did a really good job. They gave us some options. The price was good because he gave us those options. It's working out so far the last year and a half. They came out and helped us, and it was an emergency. I didn't have to wait. He knew what was wrong and what needed to be done.

It was a great experience. It was great. They were terrific. We have used them like three times. Everything was just so good. We first called them out about looking at the guts of one of the toilets. Ended up going and picking up toilets at a store. They picked them up for us. Brought them in and installed them. That was great. We had them out earlier for our furnace and air conditioner. We really found a great company there. We called them for another thing that ended up we did not spend money for. We had water running down, it turned out to be an underground problem that our neighbor had. They came out and diagnosed it for free and then gave our neighbor a good deal. We have had three good experiences with.

They've been out several times. They are still not done. They're not the best company. I feel like I've had to do a ton of follow up work with them. They are really not cognisant of my time. They say they are going to be there at noon and they are there at three. They are one of the most unprofessional companies I've dealt with. I guess a lot of people have had a good experience with them but mine has been nothing but trouble. They originally quoted me about $7500.

I use Reliable at this house for plumbing. They just replaced a shut-off valve. Two guys came in and they did a very good job - didn't even affect the crawlspace encapsulation. Their price was typical of what I'd expect to pay a plumber. The valve works great. They were there quickly, responded and within probably 48 hours he had somebody out here for it, even though it wasn't an emergency. The guys were good. If I needed plumbing, I would call them again.
