Steve-O & Joey were great. Our water heater burst and damaged our floors and walls. They provided great communication & customer service. They were informative, answered all of our questions, & explained each step as it occurred. They worked nonstop. They were efficient & did a great job.

I had a pipe to burst in my home on November 2nd. Quality Restoration came to my rescue. Joey and Justin were two outstanding guys...they were very professional even though I was all over the place they remained calm in my chaos and explained the process to me which made me calm. The job required a 2 day process but on both days they were on time, polite and very professional. Then Shannon came to get the equipment and follow up on the process. He too was very polite and professional. He told me that my house was 98 degrees inside and I felt every bit of it..lol..all in all these 3 guys were my lifesavers and I was very happy, impressed and pleased with the level of confidence these guys had in their job. I would definitely recommend Quality Restoration in the future. Thanks again....

Extremely disappointed in Quality Restoration Services! 34 days, 3 in-person meetings and numerous phone calls, texts and emails into our mitigation and reconstruction project with Quality Restoration we are told to find another service because, â we do not have the contractors needed in order to complete your repairs.â The repairs in question are to replace sheetrock & flooring and paint the master bath due to damage from a water leak - nothing extraordinary.

Jimmy came out from Quality Restoration to mitigate a mold problem I had in my basement. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He handled the job well and went above and beyond by removing additional spots found as the excavation continued. I would highly recommend them.

QUALITY IS THE ONLY THING THEY DO NOT HAVE! They charged my insurance more than 3000 dollars to come to my house and destroyed my half bathroom and did NOT fix at all. They came to my house because the plumber referred them so they left the machine in my half bathroom fo so long. They destroyed the bathroom and walls with bubbles. I called them so they came and said ask your insurance to pay.... Really? That is the proof they are not ho est at all. Instead to take the responsibility for their mistake they want me to take advantage of my insurance. WHAT KIND A COMPANY YOU ARE? WHAT KIND A MAN YOU ARE? I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES! I will write a review here and every where to let everyone know so do not hire them! I will post in all social media and review every where with the pictures of my wall when their machines was here and after that! Every week to make sure they do not take advantage of anybody. I AM ALSO SENT A COMPLAINT TO GEORGIA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO INVESTIGATE YOUR COMPANY

Quality Restoration exhibited the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Their personnel were very knowledgeable and explained each phase of the process. All technicians and other personnel were prompt for all service visits. Alvita was especially helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Tim, Anthony, and Jimmy were great! Our basement flooded and they were out the same day to clean everything up. They even stayed until midnight on a Sunday night to finish for us. Tim has a great personality and was our contact over the phone, etc. Would highly recommend these guys.

Quality Restoration came out on Labor day as soon as I called about my floor water damage from my refrigerator. They also immediately got the ball rolling and contacted my insurance company regarding the claim. Quality then came out the next day to set up the fans in the kitchen and in the crawl space, and the next day they came back for the demo of the floors. The team that came out were 3 guys, Devin, Jimmy, and Isaiah, who immediately went to work removing the floors, part of the walls, cabinets, moving my furniture, and setting up a containment barrier. They were very professional and had everything cleaned up once they were done. I highly recommend them and would call on them again.

This company and ALL of the folks who work there are amazing. Everyone I dealt with was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Every person with whom I interacted was knowledgeable and professional. They responded immediately to address the water backup issues; they worked with the insurance company; their reconstruction work is of excellent quality.
