Had a water leak in my home that ended up causing significant damage to my kitchen and down to the basement. Had to even move out of my home for a week. This was without question a stressful event, however, the entire staff (especially Dan the owner) made this situation so much better. Extremely organized and prompt right from the start. Dan had a timeline that went smooth and accommodating to my crazy work schedule. The quality of all the repair work is literally better than before in every way. Truly grateful for Dan and his staff. I have used Serve Pro before and the experience was nothing like this company. Highly recommended, especially in a time of need.

I would like to thank William, Cecil, Scott and Chris for great job they accomplished for fixing leak of bidet to water line to commode.. The leak could have ruined my custom made closet. Only a small portion was damaged due to their digent work of getting screws removed from designer closet. This was not easy job removing the carpet pad in closet. They worked around my schedule and took a lot of stress away arranging for work to be done. They are very courteous, and prompt taking care of issue. I would definitely use them again.

I have nothing but good things to say about Quality Restoration! They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job at restoring my basement due to water damage. They were quick, quiet and clean. All of which was important as both my husband and I work from home. Each crew that came to do the work were so pleasant and courteous and most importantly, good with my dog who was positive, they all came just to see him. Our project foreman, Camilo Gonzalez coordinated all the differing crews ( water remediation, tear out and removal, reconstruction, carpeting etc.) and made sure we were in constant communication every step of the way so there was no confusion about the process. If you ever have need for water mitigation and restoration, I would HIGHLY recommend their services!

Tim was my first point if contact and was extremely responsive and gave me clear explanation for the quote which he wrote up in detail. He gave me a fair price and honored it after the job ended up being a bit more than he bargained for. I also dealt a lot with Isaiah who made several visits to check in progress and make sure the job was completed sufficiently. He was an excellent asset by helping me find an active leak that would have been a nightmare if left Un-repaired. He was polite and always showed up when he said he would and listened patiently to my concerns. In fact everyone who I worked with at Quality Restoration was professional and reliable. I highly recommend this company!!!

I had the worst experience with this company. I had water damage in my basement I called to have them come out based on my plumbers referral. They were great initially. Came out set up their equipment to dry out the walls where I had the leak. Tore down sheet rock and etc. They told me theyd come back in a few days to pick up fans and start with the restoration. Heres the kicker. After tearing down walls and etc they never called or came back. I called numerous times and was told someone would call me back. Never happened. This went on for several weeks which led into a couple months. Mind you I still have a torn up room with plastic over my furniture etc. I called again said , this is absolutely ridiculous I was told the owner would come out to meet with us and go over some things. Well , the day we were supposed to meet we got a call from the project manager who told us he wasnt sure why I was told theyd do this project because it wasnt big enough!!?I told them dont you think someone should have been up front with me from the beginning??? I would have immediately hired someone else. Now mind you they wanted their money ASAP for setting up the fans and etc. Bottom line Id never hire them nor refer them to anyone.

I had water damage, Steve and Cameron came out and did a good assessment and removed the damaged carpet and set equipment to dyr the area . These guys are very professional and friendly I would definitely recommend this company .

This is a family owned business with excellent customer service. I called at night when I found my water heater had leaked and they were out first thing the next day, took care of the water issue and began drying out process immediately. I called another well known company who never has returned my call. This is a company I hope I never need again, but if I do they will get return business from me.

Matt and Joe were excellent. They were well organized and vey professional and finished the project in a timely manner. I will recommend to my friends and family.

Cody, Steve-O, Kyle, and Jacob were so great! Steve-O told me exactly what to expect as the repairs went on and Cody managed the project beautifully. They were in and out in a day! Very respectful of my home and dog too!

I had a septic backup and these guys took the bull by the horns and in conjunction with FRN Contents Restoration, took the worry off my shoulders and worked with my insurance carrier.
