The salesman was very professional and the price was what we were looking for so we hired them on the spot. We scheduled an installation that same day. They said they would be done by 11:00 am when we opened. They arrived on time but they didn't finish until 12:15. They had to cut the slab 3 different times to get it to fit. The problem was it threw dust all over the dining area. There was a level of price reduction due to the installation issues but it probably wasn't enough to compensate us for lost sales and a mediocre installation. Update: After the owner of the company heard about our experience, he contacted me to determine what he could do to make it right. I told him that I just wanted them to do the work that they promised and to fix a seam in the counter that was not flush. The owner sent out a technician the next morning. He spent approximately 2.5 hours on site and did and excellent job with what needed to be done. I was very pleased with the owner's desire to make us happy and he did.

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! They were very patient with us in choosing our granite top. We made several trips, as they had a wide selection to choose from. After we finally decided, they professionally guided us through numerous decisions about sinks, edging, etc. Once we installed the cabinets over a weekend,they came out the next day, a Monday,and measured. Then they were delivered and installed on that Friday! In addition, it was the most reasonable price for "baltic brown granite" we had seen anywhere...including Home Depot and Builders Supply! We will use them in all future projects, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone! The Guildays

Overall they did a great job. Good prices and a large inventory to pick from.. They had great customer service and were on time for all their apointments. We are pleased with the work and would use them again.

The company was very quick responding to my call and came out within a few days to measure the job. I knew what sort of colors I wanted so the rep brought some samples for me to look at. I was able to find what I liked at a very reasonable price so the rep was able to give me an estimate of the job right then. Having agreed to the quote, a template was made a few days later and the job was completed in approx 2 weeks. I am very pleased with their skill and professionalism.

Their attention to detail from the selection of the granite, to the fabrication of the templates, to the final installation of our kitchen countertops was outstanding! They installed our counters. They were great. They were a pleasure to work with. They were very skilled and did great job!

I believe their quote was reasonable but I ended up going with another company. They were very polite; the salespeople were not available when we were there so I think the receptionist tried to help us. She was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate us.

I called MC Granite Countertops on Monday 20 Aug 2012. I left a message and received a call back about 1 hour later where the assistant scheduled for the next day for them to come out and perform the measurements and give me the estimate. Luciano arrived promptly on 21 Aug 2012, and called to see if he could come early which I was happy to accommodate. He showed up, measured and provided me with an estimate and sample to keep at the same time. This company does everything electronically where they use digital means to produce instant estimates, invoices, and signatures. After the measure was complete, we went to view the full slabs of granite at their warehouse. It was perfectly matched to the sample. We scheduled the installation for 28 Aug 2012. The team showed up a few minutes late but Luciano kept us informed the entire time. The entire job including the repair of the backsplash took approximately 4 hours start to finish. The crew did no collateral damage to anything else in the kitchen since they put down protective tarps over top of the builders paper that I put down. Overall, 100% positive experience, they delivered as expected and I would absolutely hire them again!

Great experience from start to finish. The project manager Albert was a pleasure to work with. They had the best prices out of all the competition and the workmanship was excellent. They showed up on time ( hard to find these days) and the installation was flawless.

Albert was very professional while doing our quote and as we were making our decision. He was both professional and friendly. He was not pushy at all, which we really appreciated. We had about 6 different people give us quotes, and MC Granite had the best prices of all of them. You can also look on their website and see the prices of the granite which is helpful. Once we decided to use MC Granite, they were able to measure and install our granite in about a week. The men they sent to do the install were professional and cleaned up afterward. The only small complaint is that when they ripped our our old countertop, they scratched our cabinets a little. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we are very pleased with the end result.
