Their process is very straightforward. They come out and take measurements to give you an idea of how much granite you will need and the scope of the job. You visit the granite yard and select the specific granite you want a quote on. After paying 50% of the quote, they schedule the day they will come out and measure for your template, have you come to the granite yard and layout your template on the slab and installation. They have a quick turnaround. All of these dates can occur within a week or 2 from when you put down your deposit. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and quality if work. I received updated quotes and copies of every receipt/transaction electronically. You don't pay the remaining balance until the work is complete and you're satisfied. The one note is that you will need to hire a plumber for sink reconnections because they don't have plumbers onsite. I definitely recommend them. Thank you to Alex and the team of installers.

We were very pleased with the Customer Service, the selection of granite products, the honesty in pricing and honoring the pricing they quoted on the phone, and in the installation process. Their employees are extremely respectful and caring, and they are very responsive to phone calls and special requests. Each person that we dealt with, including their front office (Tracey}), shop, and install people are way above expectation, and we are already telling our friends about our positive experience. Our countertops are beautiful (we originally ordered their sale-priced granite, but ultimately opted for the "exotic" stone). They worked with us on pricing the upgrade, and we feel that we did well on the final total. The young man ("Junior") who came to do the measurement and who made the patterns was extremely thorough, considered my added requests, showed up on time, and cleaned up after his work. I went back to their shop to work with Josh, their stone cutter, so that I could determine how the pattern was placed for optimum appearance in my kitchen, and he took great pains in making sure that this was done correctly and to my specs. He also made some lovely cutting boards for me with the excess stone from the sink cut-out. The installation folks arrived on time, carefully installed the granite, and made sure all of their trash and dust were cleaned up before they left. The end result is exactly what we wanted. We would definitely recommend this company, and will use them again when we have the need.

I am very happy with the entire process. I picked out the slabs of granite, sinks and edge desired. The installers arrived on time, removed the old corian countertops (which was not easy) and installed all granite. They caulked all areas, cleaned and sealed the granite and then cleaned up the dust. The granite is absolutely beautiful and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I picked this company based off of their rating on Angie's list and the ratings (all A's) were dead on. Our sales rep, Alex, was extremely helpful and patient (my wife changed her mind multiple times before finally deciding). The installers, both template maker and installer, were both on time and professional, always calling to keep me up to date. The end product was beautiful.

MC Granite was one of several businesses we visited and received quotes from for installation of granite countertops in our kitchen. We already knew what granite we wanted (Luna Pearl) and each business had what we were looking for but MC Granite had the best price at $27 per sq ft. Our first visit to MC Granite we didn't get the "hard sell" from Tracy. She asked if we knew what we were looking for and she showed us what they currently had in stock then provided us a quote using the measurements we provided. While this was our lowest quote my husband liked the technology that another business had to cut the stone and we decided to use that company but a second visit to that company had us returning to MC Granite. On the second visit to MC Granite they were able to schedule us to have the template created for the following week and said they could install the countertops the same week but due to our schedule we asked for installation to take place the following week. Installation of our kitchen countertops took place yesterday, January 20. The workers arrived on time and they were friendly and professional. We love our new countertops and will highly recommend MC Granite to everyone wanting to get new countertops.

The work was done as scheduled. They were on time and work effectively. My only complaint was I was not told how to prepare for their working before the template was measured and when the countertops were installed. I was more impressed with my visit to AA Marble & Granite. I was given a folder with all the information I needed to prepare for the company's visit. I was told at AA Marble to use the info to prepare for the visit, whether I used then or not to install the countertops. The only reason I did not use AA Marble was they were about a third more than MC Granite. I am satisfied with the work done, however, no one checked to see if I was satisfied with the job.

MC Countertops remounted the sink by drilling support blocks underneath the sink to secure it, and sealed the sink above with silicone. They sent a team out, and they worked together to remount the sink expeditiously. They addressed all of my questions and concerns, and I was pleased with the results, and would recommend them.

The service provided was excellent. They did a good job. We would definitely recommend them again. They were easy to work with and everything was done the way it was supposed to be done.

I met Luciano in their showroom. He took the time to explain to me about granite countertops, which I have never had before. I knew the color I want but he helped pick out the edging and other options. He was able to provide me with a quote right there. His quote was very good and much better than any I had researched. There were some concerns about the size of the slab and getting into the house. But his crew did a great job. I was glad they did get the slab in. Otherwise, I would have had to create a seam, which I did not work. His crew did a great job and my kitchen looked amazing when they were done. All my interactions with Luciano were pleasant and professional. I would most defiantley recommend MC Granite Countertops.

I was referred to MC Granite by a neighbor who had purchased their kitchen countertops from them. From the time that I placed my first phone call to the company until the installation was complete, I was treated like a VIP every step of the way. We were given an estimate over the phone based on my measurements. When we arrived at the shop to make our selection we were met by a salesperson named Greg who was very attentive and helpful. The person who came to my home to measure as well as the installers arrived on time and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend MC Granite.

Pros: Excellent granite countertops, excellent price, great flexibility Cons: Floor tile guy never showed up. If you are looking for granite counterops, MC Granite is the place to go! The quality of their work is impeccable and the price is hard to beat. I picked out my granite at the showroom on a Saturday and a week and half later, my counterops were installed. Luciano is very responsive to phone calls but no one seems to respond to emails very well. This is something I can get past considering the quality of the work and price. I must also mention that they were able to change my design slightly over the phone AFTER they came out to measure. I changed my mind about how I wanted the island shaped and they took my (poorly explained) design over the phone, 2 days before my install date, and cut the island EXACTLY as I was imagining! I also asked for them to install travertine floor tile in the kitchen. I was told they could tile in my kitchen as long as I provided all materials (tile, hardie backer, etc). After renting a truck to get all the materials home in time for the crew to come tile, the crew never showed up. I called twice to see where they were and finally, after about 3-4 hours of waiting, I was told the tile man was a no-show and they could reschedule with a different guy on another day. Worried that the "back up" tile man would be of lesser skill; I went with another company for the tile. Since I had to change companies, I now will have 5 sheets of plywood and 7 sheets of hardie backer along with about 100 sq ft of tile in my living room for two more weeks. Normally, this would negatively affect their overall rating but I was so impressed by the granite installation and price that I am willing to let this slide. Just take this as a warning if you are considering them for floor tile.

I emailed the company on a Saturday night and had a reply and rough estimate the next day, Sunday. On Tuesday, I went to their business and was shown the different slabs for our low budget. I was so impressed with the employee's expertise, friendliness, thoroughness, and insight. The appointments for measurements and installations were timely, efficient, and professional. The countertop is beautiful, expertly installed and transformed the kitchen! This company is excellent in every way from the first inquiry to the last moment of clean-up after the installation!

I called MC Granite to get a quote on replacing my kitchen countertops. They came out within a couple of days and finalized my quote. I can appreciate they had already included the removal of my old counters and a new sink- I wasn't hit with any unnecessary costs at the end. The workers were professional and fast! I was surprised how quickly they finished the job. My only complaint was we had some scheduling and follow up issues- I take the blame for some of that since at the time, my schedule was very hectic. But overall, I would definitely recommend them to someone else.

MC Granite Countertop employees from the showroom to the installers handled themselves in a professional but personal way. They spent a couple of hours with us helping pick the right granite for our home and worked us on the pricing of the installation. The installers showed up when scheduled and worked very hard throughout the day to complete the job on time and correctly. Our home looks beautiful after the upgrade and I would recommend this company to anyone wanting granite countertops in their home. We were greeted by Luciano went we stopped in at MC granite countertops. He took my husband and I around the yard and explained to us how to read the label so we would know the name of the granite and the cost per square foot. This was the first place we went where they taught us how to figure out the price and let us look around for what we were interested in. The prices were, hands down, better than any of the other places and stone yards we went to. After we decided what we wanted Greg sat down with us and came out late one afternoon that same week to measure. My husband explained how he wanted the slab we picked to be cut since we were unable to be there when they cut it (they encouraged us to come but we couldn't). The following Saturday someone came out to do the template. Within 2 weeks our granite was purchased, templated and installed. Most of this was due to us needing them to come out on a Saturday. They were timely, polite, interested in doing a good job and kept in touch with us throughout the process. Thank you Greg and Luciano (and also the 2 men that installed our granite). We will post a picture when the full kitchen is complete!

The owner Luciano, Albert, Tracy, the fabricators and installers were all great to work with. All my questions were answered and the end result is nothing short of amazing. The quality of granite and installation was top notch. I also especially liked the upfront pricing with no hidden fees. I highly recommend this company for granite installation.

A good selection of granite was available. The granite vanity top was ready when promised and was cut exactly as measured. The price was competitive. I was very pleased.

Not well. I did not get a response back on my question, so I ended up getting the work done on 5/12/2013 by another company. I spent approximately 2500.00. Thanks.

Tore out countertops and old backsplash one day installed the granite countertops another day- Did a great design on my backsplash - I have had several comments about how good it looks Cleaned up as he went - very pleased with the work

This company was extremely professional & working with them was a pleasure. From the very beginning of the project, both Luciano and Albert were patient with my indecision, helpful in direction of suitable colors for my kitchen and very responsive. Although there were a few hiccups with the timing of the installation, once we started, it was stress-free and went smoothly. The staff was incredibly helpful and probably my favorite part of the process was actually watching them layout the template on the slab so that we could make sure that the direction and colors of the veins in the granite were well matched & that the prettiest areas of the stone were in highly visible areas on the countertop. We actually ended up using 2 slabs of granite to make everything line up to their specifications and the best thing is, there was only one seam, which is virtually invisible !!! Also the cutouts for the sink, faucets & stove top are perfect !!! I definitely give Mc Granite an A+++, as they aimed to please and did an outstanding job.

From day one to installation which took less than three weeks, all of the team members of this company were prompt and extremely helpful, informative and professional. Each of them took great pride in their work, were experienced and expert in their roles, and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Removal of the tile countertop was challenging and took 3-4 hours to complete. The installation team took it all in stride, worked for six hours straight without taking a break for dinner, and finished around 9 PM. The results looked great and functioned perfectly. The two granite slab seams are very tight and barely noticable. Some minor trim work was done later by the customer, which was expected. This company's high ratings on Angie's List are well-deserved! We plan to use them again on our next granite countertop project.

I was paranoid about smooth coordination of all the carpentry, plumbing, granite, appliance, and tile efforts at first, but it all worked out just fine in the end, even after I missed an appointment myself.

Luciano Lombera and his staff are very professional and do a fabulous job of communicating from start to finish. We did encounter a small problem once the countertops were installed, the plumber came to install the faucet and couldn't do so because when the undermount composite granite was installed there was a lip because of the thickness of the sink. The next day Luciano sent his crew back out and repaired the problem and made everything right even following up the next day to verify that everything was to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend MC Granite.
