+ -1 moreVERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OVER AND OVER WITH THIS COMPANY. When I complained to the owner he wouldn't listen to what I was saying. He interrupted me and said (and I am quoting him) "it's your credit report". DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL STICK IT TO YOU AS SOON AS THEY CAN! THEY CAN GET YOU THE MINUTE YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE FOR MONITORING.
Description of Work: I have had so much trouble with this poor excuse of an alarm company. Not just one time but three. Twice I was paying for monitoring I wasn't getting. The system was blown out over the electricity going on and off a few times in the middle of the night. After checking around with other companies and consumer reports I found out I had been sold the very worst system - prone to fail during power surges. The tally on that alone will be above $400.00. Another time I was told one of my main windows wasn't even wired properly. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!

+ -1 moreLOUD SECURITY SENT OUT TWO OF THE WORKERS, THEY TRASHED MY DOOR, AND DUG BIG HOLES TO PUT WIRES IN. ONE OF THE WORKERS STEPPED IN SOME OIL OUTSIDE, AND TRACKED IT ON MY BEIGE CARPET, THAT I HAD TO GET REPLACED. THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB INSTALLING ALL THE EQUIPMENT. IT LOOKS REALLY TACKY.
Description of Work: I HAD A SECURITY SYSTEM INSTALLED IN THE HOME. THE BASIC ALARM PANEL, WINDOW BREAK DEVICES, AND WINDOW ALARMS.
