My adjoining neighbor also had her fence replaced at the same time as I did with this provider. The above price was for my portion of the project. Installed a 6 foot shadow box style fence with decorative posts, a double gate and a single gate. Both jobs where estimated to take 3 days , however due to a couple rain days the project took a week to finish. The sales person Russel Beck who came out to give the estimate was very knowledgable and helpful with minor changes I made to the original plans. Very nice computer generated software for producing schematics to review all the details and layout of project. The crew that did all the work consisted of just 3 men. I couldn't have been happier with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. The foreman Mr. Alvarado and his co-workers Juan and Silvestre worked great as a team. The finished job looks AWESOME. Be sure to ask for the Alvarado Crew. The overal experience with First Fence was a positive one. From the intial call and dealing with the office personell, sales staff and the hard working install crew! Great Job First Fence of GA.

From the first contact to the final payment, First Fence Of Georgia exhibited the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. We first met with a representative, Randy, who came to our home, walked with us (in the rain, no less) and listened as we described what we would like, and how we would like it. He never seemed hurried or impatient and was very forthcoming about pricing, options, etc. When he left, he said he would email us a price proposal along with a detailed drawing depicting the fence. When the quote arrived, he had taken the time to not only do ONE quote, but at least 4 or 5--using different types of fencing in the different areas. As we purchased three types, chain link, privacy, and picket, this was soooooo helpful! We were able to see at a glance, the differences in price for 'regular' chain link and black vinyl coated chain link, PVC privacy and picket vs wooden privacy and picket. We ultimately decided we couldn't afford the PVC and opted for wood on the privacy and picket, but, that the difference in price between the galvanized chain link and the black coated chain link was doable--so we were able to get that 'upgrade'. One thing I really loved about First Fence was that THEY contacted our utility companies (Cable, electric, and water)in advance of the install to have them come out and mark where any existing lines might be that would interfere with the fencing. This way there were no 'accidents' nor service interruptions. They take their job seriously and they aim to please their customers...so much so that when their customers need more fencing, they will call First Fence--just like we did. Between the'acceptance' of the bid and the actual installation, I decided that I wanted to add a small 'walk' fence on the 'long' side of the back, so when I dropped by First Fence to pay the down payment (I was in the area), I asked about it. They quoted me a very reasonable price and it was added to the contract. The day the crew came to install (the first phase)was frigid! But those workmen were as busy as bees as they effortlessly cleared the line for the fence and perfectly installed it. As I was not there the day of the actual install of the first phase, I didn't see it until that evening as they were finishing up. The first thing I noticed was that the small back 'walk gate' I had added, looked 'crooked' and out of sync. When we approached the foreman, he showed us that the gate was, indeed, perfectly 'level', but explained that it was because of the uneven lay of the land that it 'appeared' crooked. He explained that had I requested the gate during the initial walk-thru, it would have been especially made for the uneven terrain, but that since it was an add-on very close to installation, it was more or less a 'stock' gate and not made for a slant. So, I called again to get them to order a gate made for the terrain, and it was a nominal fee. When it arrived a week or so later, they came to install it and it is perfect! I was really impressed that they were able to make it look absolutely seamless. You never notice the unevenness of the terrain now. The fence is perfect, the gates are perfect, and our little dog (who can actually wiggle her way between 3" pickets (so we got 2 1/2" ones!)cannot escape. They listed to us when we explained that the fence must be placed so she cannot scoot under it--and she cannot._ Because we were so pleased with First Fence and the quality of their work, we soon called them to place a long section of galvanized chain link fencing across the frontage of our property. We were, again, impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and expertise. They came, they worked tirelessly, they cleaned up everything and left us very satisfied customers. First Fence is well deserving of an Angie's List A+ rating, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

First Fence called me immediately to schedule the first visit. It was scheduled just a few days later after my first contact. Then we explored my options based on my objectives, decided on a product and scheduled installation. They kept me informed all the way. They scheduled three days for the installation and it took them only two!! The fence is great, and looks awesome. I'm very happy with their service. Will fully recommend them! Leo

My experience with First Fence is that they simply aren't responsive. I did trade phone calls for a day with them (no one's fault) but after I placed the last call, it was never returned. I called back 2-3 days later to try again and still no call back. Apparently they have enough work and don't need additional business. Very disappointing.

I feel they were not responsive and I had to continually follow up to get my work completed. When it was done, they were a little sloppy in the cleanup as I found chain link pieces and the flagging I used to mark the areas laying on the ground.

They were fast and I thought they were reasonably priced. They weren't the best priced but they weren't too high, but for the craftsmanship it was well worth it. They were only out there for a day and I had a lot of fence put it, it was completed in a timely manner.

These guys did a quality job with quality materials at a very competitive price. What more can you ask for?

My wife said she felt the sale person from First Fence was the most professional and she trusted what he said. He took accurate measurements. The crew that installed the fence did so in the rain. They worked hard and installed a sturdy fence. I would use them again.

They were very helpful scheduling - I had a 2 or 3 day period when it could be done - it had to be after 2 trees were taken out right next to it by before I moved in. They helped make sure that that happened. The guys who came to build the fence were such hard workers and it didn't seem like they stopped once. The fence looked great! A day after the fence was built I got a violation from the city of Doraville for the fence being "in the front yard" and being over 4ft tall. The fence was about 6' past the front if the house in the driveway only because I have stairs that go up to the front of the house. I tried to fight the violation to keep the fence, but lost and had to have it moved. I called and spoke with the owner who helped arrange for them to move it back. They just came back out last week and moved it back and put boards all around the outside so that the nice side was facing out. They did this at no additional charge except for me paying for the permit.

It went great! Everything was top notch. After signing the contract, I had about 1 a week and a half before they were scheduled to come out and break group. When they came to build the fence they showed up at 9:50 AM and were done before I got home from work at 4:45. Incrediable

First Fence was GREAT to deal with! The initial sales meeting with Shane was very positive and knowledgeable, followed by the contract and planning with Meg , and finally the installation crew was ontime every day and did a fantastic job. There were a few surprises (e.g. a tree stump) that were handled professionaly and fairly. Will use them when I need another fence and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving First Fence a call!

They showed up on time and immediately went to work.... I walked the line that had been laid out by the sales person and they followed it precisely..They were pleasant and accomodating with any requests I made and cleaned up before leaving....Received a followup phone call the next day to make sure that everything was completed satisfactory... I would recommend and use them again when needed..

Price was not cheap but the quality of the work was excellent. I liked the use of 6" x 6" gate posts and the 10 year warranty on warpage for up to 15% of the pickets.

We had a hiccup early on in that the original estimator lost contact. It turns out he left the company, so I don't hold that against them. In fact, I would say that they made it up to us by letting us split our job in half. We've had the two short pieces done in the front and will have a longer piece done in the back in a month or so, I think. The installers were very nice, very professional, and clearly very able. The finished work looks excellent.

First Fence was the lowest estimate ($1600 lower than the highest bid) and the most professional. Other companies had come out for an estimate but then I had to chase them down for the actual quote. First fence had the estimate tome the day off and even had a drawn picture of my yard and where the fence would go. They showed up when expected and it only took two days and two men to complete the job. I highly recommend First Fence.

First Fence was very responsive to my inquiry for an offer and worked with us thru all requirements of the HOA. Scheduling was easy, they arrived a tiny bit late but finished the work the very same day. Communication was excellent. High Flexibility, very much appreciated

The fence is up and looks fantastic. It was done in one day and the workers were here early and on time. I was very pleased with my experience with first fence and would recommend them and definitely use them again.

We are so happy we made the right decision in choosing First Fence of GA to enclose our backyard. Our backyard has a very steep slope/cliff, so we got a few estimates from other companies. David from first fence had great and practical suggestions for our challenging terrain. We got our estimate right after he finished looking at our property and listening to what we wanted. Not only was their estimate about the same or lower than their competitors, their warranty was by far the best. We are thrilled we went with ranch rail instead of the standard chain link per David's suggestion. In my opinion, the ranch rail looks so much better than chain link with the surrounding trees and cost about the same price. The crew who installed the fencing was phenomenal. They worked nonstop and did an excellent job. I would recommend First Fence for their high level of quality and value.

We had a great experience with First Fence of Georgia from start to finish! Our salesman Russell, was friendly and professional. He listened to what we wanted and developed a project suited to our needs. We wanted a picket fence that was 6ft tall and he was able to adjust the normal design of the picket fence to maintain structural integrity at that height. When the cost of the project was a bit higher than we expected, he reviewed ways that we could reduce the cost of the project by making slight changes to the design. He worked up quite a few estimates for us using different project details. Their price ended up being competitive with the project estimates we received from other companies in the area. We were also very happy with the installation crew. Angel, the team lead, was very friendly and professional. He clearly had alot of experience and it showed in the work he and his team did. His team was hard working and friendly and did a great job cleaning up any stray nails or debris when they were finished. We were very happy with the fence after it was built!

I am very pleased with my new fence from First Fence of Ga! Everyone says how beautiful it is and how it has really transformed the look of my entire yard. My yard is not an easy one to fence - a steep incline and the whole thing covered in thick ivy at the moment. From the first consult and estimate to the final cleanup, they did an excellent job. They even carried away a large carpet for me that was left by my wood floor installer. Everyone affiliated with the company was friendly, courteous and professional. They checked, multiple times, to make sure that I was satisfied. I plan to use them again to fence my front yard down the road!

Replaced one side of fence and 2 gates. Had them out twice because of gate problems on each gate. They will be out again tomorrow to replace the latch on one gate.

They replaced several posts and a couple of slats. The technician, Dave, was courteous, skilled, and knowledgeable.

I ended up going with a different company, but it was a close call. There were three that I looked into, and ruled out the first one quickly - they insisted on coming two hours early, when I could not be there to meet them. They only gave me a quote on one type of fence that I was interested in. First Fence gave me similar options to the company that I ended up choosing. The only reason I did not pick First Fence is that their suggestion for keeping the dogs in was to run an extra foot of wire in along the ground, and do a three rail fence. The other company's option was to do four rails with one close to the ground so the wire only needs to come in a little and the beagles would still be pretty secure. First Fence did not realize I was not going to be occupying the home until a couple of weeks after the estimate, and mailed my package with the estimate to the new house. If I had seen what a fantastic job they did providing sample photos, and complete, filled in paperwork to take to City Hall I would have gone with them. I was happy with the fence I received in the end, but I would have spent about $500 less with this company, and gone through less headache over the permitting process and had less communication issues. The company I chose did not put in as much wire as they should have initially, and there were gaps in several places where my dogs could dig. They fixed it quickly but I had to call the office - I could not reach the guy in charge of the job right away and I had to resolve it before the left the site. They handled the situation professionally, I'm just saying that I think I would have been even happier with First Fence than with the company I chose.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would highly recommend this company to others.

This is the second time I've used First Fence, they have been prompt and responsive on both occasions. We are at the foot of a small mountain so our yard is quite steep and rocky in places, and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting a fence installed, in fact, my sister has since used them and was just as pleased.
