Factory Direct Remodeling

They had a problem with the crew assigned to us, possible a health issue. The project manager left it to someone else to call us. The day they were supposed to come, no one showed up. We had to keep calling. We finally called Service Magic and they got things rolling so we could get the project completed. They got the work done in one day & did a very good job.

Electtrical failed inspection two times. Correfcted next day each time.

Michael was great at explaining the windows game and outbid the other bids I had received. His double lifetime warranty is awesome and his install crew is top shelf. The only issue so far is one of the wondow screens doesn't work quite right but I am confident Michael will handle it.

They were great the windows look great and are completely functioning. The only complaint I have is with there estimators and one of the owners. The owner had to come out to the house during installation because of a mistake the estimator made. I didn't like how the owner tried to tell me that they couldn't do what was contracted to do on my bay window, but we came to an understanding that there is no such thing as can't when it comes to construction. They are a great company though and with great prices.

Price and product are great. Had problems with a couple issues, including job not completed in amount of time stated. I must admit though that all complaints were handled and corrected quickly. Overall I still highly recommend this company.

It looks good and the wife and I are going to enjoy this addtion to our home.

Factory Direct does great business. They finished the job of replacing my old windows with new ones of the same style, only better and more efficient. The difference in my heating quality in my condo is enormous. The warranty is fantastic.

Windows are awesome, but crew was a bit too rough on woodwork around window openings, resulting in dents and dings that we had to repair.

Easy to work with. Fast and correct. They delivered and installed on time.

The price was right and the work that was performed was excellent. The installers had trouble keeping the schedule that they had promised due to personal issues they were having (it took about 4 days to complete the project rather than 2).I was OK with the scheduling issues since the work that was being performed was very good. I also made a complaint about a window screen that was torn during installation, and it has not yet been addressed. It has now been several weeks since I made the complaint. Overall, I am satisfied with Factory Direct Remodel, Inc. with their window replacements.

They contacted me immediately and the rep was very friendly and professional. They were willing to negotiate price with me and get started immediately. I would definitely recommend this company for any type of home remodeling project.
