Job Finish and I am very happy with the room. Only problems were the sales person said that heating and cooling vents would be extented into the room . They where not and to have it done was not apart of the price. They are now offering it as a special.

Our porch/screen room has not yet been built but I was impressed with the rep from Factory Direct (Brian) and I wanted to share this. We saved 15% by going through Service Magic, and another 15% on a sale. We knew what we wanted for a porch but we found it difficult to communicate the idea. With other contractor visits, we didn't get what I called a dynamic, A discussion and conclusion. With the Factory Direct rep, we had a very dynamic discussion. He brought sample products , pictures on computer, did drawings, made suggestions which we took ND prompt! The job starts in 4 weeks.
