I was impressed because the company kept me in the loop during the entire project. I did find a few things that needed a re-do. Tamara sent workmen out immediately to do the needed repairs.

Writing this from the comfort of our new DC Enclosure 4 season sunroom, I am again filled with joy at how peaceful, beautiful and comfortable it is. Just as importantly, the entire journey from sale to today has been the calmest most well communicated construction process I have ever experienced or have heard of anyone else experiencing. We love being able to enjoy the sights and sounds of our backyard from a climate controlled environment. Every agreement we had on the contract was carried out. Of course changes were made along the way and each time they were fairly and quickly enacted with a change order and just as importantly, we were advised along the way as to what the best way to approach the change would be. Due to some wheelchair accessibility challenges for the transition from room to room, we requested at the time of initial contract that the something to level the floor elevations would be needed. Need was met with beautiful custom cut wood thresholds that perform exquisitely. Regrets? Only that we didn't do this years ago.

Positively the best experience that anybody could have. They added a sunroof for me, and it is gorgeous and very professionally made. Their professionalism goes beyond anything I have ever experienced. They are wonderful to work with and if there is ANY problem - which is rare - they make it right immediately. I would recommend this company for any additions Great company and people!!!

Five years ago DC Enclosures *built* a sunroom for me. In light of the fact that I had an issue in my home recently, not remotely related to the sunroom, but triggering the nightmare all over, I reflected and now feel guilty of not reviewing sooner. I was threatened by Tamara that they would sue me if I posted any pictures. Although I know posting photos is not a crime and in the United States we are allowed to do that as long as they are not altered, the fact that Cobb County passed them honestly scared me. The contractors that have come out for my recent needs all pointed out and questioned who did this. Even so, I just said a sunroom company not giving a specific name. I am tired of being bullied. I am tired of being scared. Everything I write is 100% true! If they feel they did a great job then they should be glad I am posting their work, not threatening me. My experience was wonderful, from the first meeting with the sales rep, to the final step with the project manager. Every member of the team was a pleasure to work with, and very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this company!

I am so glad that I chose DC Enclosures for my covered deck project. Ida P., the sales rep, helped me design a beautiful, affordable enclosure, and stayed with me to help throughout the build, unlike sales reps in other companies. Dylan, the crew chief, worked tirelessly to make sure that my porch was built perfectly. First quality workmanship at every stage. Each day, the crew left my yard neat and clean, and when they finished, I had absolutely nothing to do but enjoy my new space because they left my yard immaculate. I am thrilled with my new porch, and I've received many compliments the transformation is amazing. Thanks to all who worked with me at DC Enclosures to fulfill my dream.

Her vision was I sync with mine. They were well within our budget, timely, and the final project turned out better than I could have ever imagined.
