They were great! He was very knowledgeable about the problem and fixed it. He was very punctual and he was great with that.

He was excellent to work with. He was knowledgable about the appliances and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also gave tips on how to keep things working their best. We will definitely work with him again.

Exceptional. Highly recommended. I previously had GE come out for a service call. They were not able to CORRECTLY diagnose the issue. Dean found the problem in minutes! I will call him again for ALL my appliance repairs!

I have used Appliance Dean twice now and have been completely satisfied on both occasions. 1 - ice maker. Dean was responsive, arrived on time diagnosed the problem and told me I needed a new ice maker, whichI could probably fix it on my own as it is a "plug and play" device in order to save money. Dean showed me where to order it online and boom, done. I was very impressed with his honesty. 2. Dryer. I called Dean at 4:45 on a Tuesday before another big ice storm was expected in Atlanta. Dean was in Suwanee but agreed to stop by on his way back home, knowing the storm was coming and we needed the repair. He arrived at 8:00 PM, which he had called earlier to make sure it was not to late. Fixed the issue and was on his way. Great, great service, I will never use anyone else.

My wife was there when they completed the service, she said they were fine.

I would highly recommend them. They were very professional and fixed my problem in minimal time.

The service was incredible, but the price was high. His wife, which handles the service calls, was perhaps the most knowledgable call taker that I have even experienced. She recognized the issue upon description and ensure that the tech had the right part. However, the tech charged me $225 for a $40 part. This was MUCH higher than I expected. He advertises on Angie's List a $45 service fee. I don't understand how he came up with the $225 charge. I even assisted him with the majority of the heavy lifting on the repair, but his price did not reflect this. Overall, I would use him again, but I would demand a more reasonable price.

We needed our refrigerator fixed. We contacted Angie's List. Dean's wife scheduled the call; I was impressed already. I thought, "This lady is smart." On the day of the appointment, Dean showed up as appointed. I was met by a clear eyed, intelligent, extraordinarily knowledgable technician who quickly diagnosed the problem, though it appears this is a rare and exceptional issue. I was so impressed that I led him to two more appliance problems which he also lucidly diagnosed. If this young man is the face of America, we are in good hands! If you need his services, and if you can get him. do yourself a favor - get him to do your repair. Wow!

Very good, Dean arrived on time, he was very courteous,knowledgeable and professional, diagnosed the problem guickly, gave me a firm completed cost estimate, completed the job in less than 1 hour, I would diffinately use again.

Dean was extremely knowledgeable about the entire refrigerator/ freezer. He knew exactly what to check and in what order. He discovered it was frozen water in the door. He spent a long time defrosting the line, but the water tubing cracked in the door somehow. This was very unfortunate for him since he now had to replace my entire freezer door at his expense. He gladly ordered the door and returned to install it about 2 weeks later. He also evaluated my dryer heating problem and told me what the probable issue appeared to be. Dean was exceptional in this expensive situation. Very professional through it all. Highly recommended!

Better than expected outcome.

With the holidays approaching, all of the other appliance repair services we contacted were scheduling a week or more out. Appliance Dean was able to come out the very next morning and repair the unit quickly and professionally. Job well done!

We were able to schedule ou appointment for the next day and he arrived EARLY, our first great sign! He identified the problem quickly. The repair did not take any additional parts and he did a thorough evaluation of the different systems. He also took a look at our Sub-Zero fridge while he was here and did not charge us extra. Dean was very friendly, clearly knoew what he was doing and very responsive to our questions. We will definitely call him back when we have any appliance problems! Thanks Dean!

March - belt repair. Explained why it happened and made recommendation for repair and resolution for prevention of early wear in future. Provided and explained photo of behind dryer area so we could see what he had done. September - dryer vent repair. Dean came out same day, understanding our need for continuous access to laundry with twin three year old boys. Again provided photo and explaination. Dean is thorough and efficient, and personable which is a great bonus. Work is solid.

Punctual, professional and competent.

I called Appliance Dean because my Fisher-Paykel DishDrawer was not draining properly and had come loose from where it was attached to the counter. (Many appliance repair services don't work on Fisher-Paykel appliances.) Dean arrived punctually. He partially dismantled the drain mechanism and cleaned out some gunk. He showed me that the impeller blades were somewhat worn but said that it was not necessary to replace any parts. He said it should work adequately but to really drain properly I would need a plumber to change the way the drain pipe was connected or to cut into the cabinetry and run the drain into the disposer. He showed me how to take things apart to clean them and recommended a product to keep the washer clean. He reattached the appliance to the counter. Dean is a very nice, knowledgeable and honest person. I would definitely call him again if I need other kitchen or laundry appliance repair.

We came home from two weeks away with three suitcases full of dirty laundry only to find our two-year-old front-loading Samsung washer would not drain or spin. The machine is out of warranty, so I called Appliance Dean based on the excellent reviews I found for this business and I was not disappointed. When I called, I was given the option of a late appointment the same day, or one the next day. I opted for the late appointment and Dean arrived about 7pm. (He apologized for keeping his cell phone on, but said that his wife was due to deliver their second child at any time!) It seemed our dogsitter had washed all the latex-backed bathmats in the house and the machine was clogged with debris. It took Dean two tries, but he was able to unclog the machine and get it working as good as new. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his courtesy. While he was at my house, he also looked at my ancient JennAir stove and advised me about it. His price was more than fair - I was prepared to pay for a new pump for the washer and the labor to install it but Dean said it was not necessary. I would use Appliance Dean again and would recommend this business without hesitation.
