I got him through Angie's List. It's a one-man shop. He's clean and he's neat. He's on time and he does the job. He explains to you what he's doing and why he's doing it as well as what your options are on the repair. He's very thorough. He gives you options.

The cost was very reasonable. They were very good. We have used them three times. We have gotten the same guy all three times, and he was great. The work was completed very quickly. We like them a lot, they were timely about coming out, they came when they said they were going to come, and the price was reasonable.

Terrific! Even though the ice maker was beyond repair, his clear communication and professionalism as well as reasonable pricing left me searching for something else for him to repair! And his clear explanations helped me in weighing options to replace the ice maker as well.

Dean is the most knowledgable repairman I've ever hired. He was able to repair the electrical components in my oven which is not something most are able to do. Debbie quickly responded to our request with several available times. We provided the model numbers and Dean was able to diagnose and obtain the parts before he arrived. Both were very clear about the cost both over the phone and after arrival. Dean arrived on time and fixed both issues in the same trip. Dean did a great job. The problem was not what he anticipated it was, but instead seemed to be the result of build-up on a valve that kept it from closing. The fix was just a cleaning and a recommendation for a product to keep the dishwasher clean in the future.

It went very well. Dean was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me where the leak was and made sure that there was no further leak prior to his leaving. He also gave me good advice regarding a washing machine...because it was very old and replacement parts would be either be nonexistent or very hard to find, he recommended not spending any money to repair it. I thought the price was a little high for a service call ($125); however, I did get a $20 discount for being an Angie's List member. I forgot to ask about the senior discount which would have saved me an additional $10. All in all, I would use Appliance Dean again and would recommend this company to friends.

I received a very fast responsive, he came prepared, worked very quickly, explained what he would do, showed me the part that he had replaced and explained the warranty. It was a thorough and professional job from start to finish and cost less than what the manufacturer quoted. I could not have asked for a better experience.

He did come and helped me out, but he told me it would be better to buy a new refrigerator. He was honest with me. I would use him again.

Thoroughly professional. I called around noon, they arrived at 7 the same day and finished by 8 pm. Explained everything before and during repair, cleaned up, and we were back in business.Of note, it was the owner, Dean himself, who did the work. Incidentally, he called and let me know he was on the way. I got a simultaneous text message with a little app that showed me exactly where he was, right up to the time he parked outside. The whole experience was very impressive. I also received a discount for being an AL member and another for being an old f*rt. :) These people are in my phone now. I would definitely call again, and recommend them to anyone.

Dean was very professional and accommodating. I had originally made an appointment with another "non-Angies List" serviceman. After Dean contacted me and methodically went through the problem I was experiencing with the machine, I cancelled with the first serviceman. Dean arrived on-time and proceeded to repair the problem.
