Description of Work: Dean provides excellent customer service from beginning to end! He is professional above and beyond and stands behind every component her offers. In our case, Dean repaired our oven, which unfortunately was broken beyond the amount we wanted in to invest in an old oven. Per the Gas Companies recommendation, we purchased a new oven. Dean promptly refunded us for the purchased part, minus the service call without question or hesitation. He is trust worthy, responsive and respectful of you, your time and money. Thanks for being a good steward Dean!!!

Description of Work: Repaired heat element in dryer' Fast Response, Called @ 8:30 And was they could come between 6-8pm or if earlier they would call. Called with opening @ 2pm. Repair took about 75 Minutes. Did a great ! Also used Angie's list coupon and saved $20.00.
