Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a landscaping evaluation and design with plans. Rocky came out and provided me with the estimate. He did exactly what I had expected through the consultation. However, the project was more than I had anticipated it would be. They are a fine organization and did a good job.

Description of Work: Andre was on time and made great suggestions and told me that I would have my plan in 2 weeks. After 5 weeks I called because I had not received it. Andre apologized and said they had been buried with the big deal and I would have the plan by Friday and the cost the next week. I did receive the plan but still have not received pricing. If a company cannot hold up their end of the big deal maybe it is not something they need to offer. Did like Andre a lot - very knowledgeable

Description of Work: White Oak drafted a landscaping plan for my home for $99. The design was responsive to my requests, though the proposed work was a bit more expensive than we expected. Overall, the representative was courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Came out, measured lot and offered landscaping advice/suggestions. Later, a landscaping proposal outlined a plan and broke out costs for individual parts of the plan.

Description of Work: White Oak repaired my three sink holes and replaced the grass with new sod. Quick, easy and a great finish.

Description of Work: A company representative walked our property and talked to us about various options for landscaping. He was very professional and straight forward. He has not yet sent us a plan but then I told him we were in no hurry. We have other things to do first before we get to landscaping. I thought $99.00 for a landscaping plan was a great value. My review is only based on meeting their representative as I have not yet received a plan and it will be several months before we are ready to have landscaping done.

Description of Work: Arrived on time to the house. The plans took three weeks to get back to us but were as described in our conversation. Price quoted was reasonable.

They were presented for separate services, which was very helpful in deciding the scope of the work with regard to our budget. As yet, no decision has been made as to the extent of our project. When we do decide, we would consider White Oak for the work.
