It was okay. They came out promptly but it took them almost three months to give me a quote and design. So I wasn't pleased, I did not go with them. They didn't give you an estimate until after they've come to look at it. My initial interaction was positive. They were knowledgeable. The final result, I kept having to call them to actually get what I purchased or what I felt I purchase. Their response was poor in that regard. The $99 was fair.

It was really good. We actually ended up using their services. It took a month and a half to complete the work.

I didn’t end of getting anything out of it. They said if I wanted to do anything, I would need to pay about about $1,000. One guy came out and was supposed to get some sketches back to me but didn’t get back until about 4 months later. I found out later he was let go from the company. Another guy ended up coming out and he said there was a misunderstanding with the deal that was set up with Junkie’s List. He did give me a quote. I found out they are on the entire other side of town from me. In the end, nothing ended up happening with it.

I scheduled an appointment with this provider to come to my property and evaluate it for a landscape design. A person came out, performed measurements, and said that he would send a written plan for the landscaping in approximately two weeks. This was around mid-May. I hadn't heard anything from the company by July 15, so I sent them an email saying, "It's been a couple of months since your representative came out to examine my property. I still haven't received your landscaping design. When can I expect to get it?" The company finally telephoned me on August 6 to say that the individual who had performed the evaluation no longer worked there, that they couldn't find the plans, and "since we didn't make any money from the deal, you'll have to ask Angie's List for a refund."

It was good. It took a while for me to get their landscape design but working with the gentleman, he was professional and he did a really good job. I was blessed with his knowledge and his ability to do what I was looking for, so I really did not have any complaints. It just took a little while for me to get a hold of the final plan but otherwise, it was a good experience. He gave the plan probably about two months or so after he came out and looked at our property. For the service that we used him for, and we have not engaged with him for any actual landscaping work, it was just strictly the design, he did a good job. He pointed out what we were looking for, he optimized the invoice and such and gave us an idea of what we were wanting to do back there. The price of the service was quite reasonable. The landscape design was really well and very professionally done. He responded to the emails and set up the appointment which was good. He did really well on that but it took so long for him to get back to us and did not communicate that it was going to take a while in the emails. He was right on time when he said that he would be there and he was very professional. He was great and he knew everything. He pointed out plants and identified stuff that I had no idea that we had. I could see us eventually using him in the future, definitely for designs and possibly with the actual landscape work but I am not sure at this point because I am not sure where we are going with that yet. The plan was the first thing, but if I have other landscape design work, I would definitely consider them for sure.

They kept postponing the date of the deliverable and were not proactive to inform me of the same . They had originally promised to deliver a design in 2 weeks but it took nearly 6 weeks with multiple follow ups from me Only when i called to ask for the final design that Andrei would tell me that he needed more time. Did not seem to be a very professional approach . I lost interest in engaging with the company further due to lack of professionalism

Scheduling was easy, the company sent someone out shortly after I called, and the gentleman arrived on time. Furthermore, he was knowldegeable and helpful during our interactions.

Was hard to nail down on date to initally meet. Was busy due to Angie's list coupon. Finally met, and followup had to be our responsibility to get the final/small/hard to read little picture. Asked for a price to do the work, that was more work to get a response, to get a list of plants and cost. When asked for changes to plants that extended the time. The person we worked with left and had to start all over with explaining where we were and what we were waiting on. Did not use for the actual work. The design was NOT worth the cost of the coupon, my time spent on getting them to do the work was over the cost of the little picture.

The technician indicated they were overwhelmed with Angie's List business and that there may be a delay in getting me the estimate. It has been 2 months, and I'm yet to hear from them. This is unacceptable to me, and I would not recommend using them nor would I patronize their services again going forward. I am going to ask for a refund so that I can go elsewhere to get a more reliable company to come look at my lawn. Very disappointed...

Representative showed up on time. I was interested in renovating my backyard and I had some drainage problems that I wanted his opinion on. He made measurement of the backyard and recommended solutions for the drainage issues. He was very pleasant and professional. In a week, they emailed me a plan and it was very well done. I haven't decided whether I will proceed, but I was happy with the service they gave me on the plan.

Doing a very good job, all tenants are complimentary of services provided.

The landscape planner was punctual and very nice. I discussed what I would like in my backyard explaining that I like modern, even japanese design. My actual words were "let your imagination go crazy" and I specifically said I didn't want a typical suburban backyard as my children are grown. He explained that he liked to do hand drawn plans rather than use a CAD design which was fine with me. I waited for about 2-3 weeks and finally called to ask if I was going to get a plan. The landscape planner explained that he had been ill and was a little behind but set a time that week to come and show me the design. It was basically a hand-drawn picture of exactly what I already have in my backyard- just cleaned up. I have a medium sized concrete patio that he made about 10 feet longer. I have a large grassy area surrounded by "very" overgrown trees and bushes. The plan re-sodded the grassy area and cleaned up the overgrown area and added several other bushes and re-planted some plants from my front yard. He also put a gazebo at the end of the yard. I don't see how any of this was modern, japanese, or imaginative. And the price to do all this was going to be $20,000. I would not suggest that anyone buy this deal because I certainly don't feel I got $99 worth of design.

The experience began well enough. We purchased the big deal for a Landscape Evaluation and Plans. They quickly came out within a week and were great. They reviewed my backyard with me and ran through some options for the work I was requesting. I was told I'd have the results within the next week. Two weeks later, I called the gentleman to ask what the status of request was. I was told that I would get it within the next week and was given an apology for the delay. Yet another two weeks+ passed and I called again. I was given another apology and was told it would be provided within the week. Now, it starts getting into a poor pattern. My schedule is extremely hectic and I'm usually unable to call during business hours, so it's easier for me to contact the gentleman who came out via his cell phone. Again, I call in a week (to provide enough time) and I'm again told that I will absolutely have it. Once again, I get no plans/quote. I'm able to catch the office at closing time and I get a hold of Andre and explain the situation. Andre takes ownership of the situation and promises that I will get the plans within 48 hours. Finally, as promised, I get the plans on 5/8. I get, what I feel, is a very simple plan of a u-shaped wall with stairs and a block depicting my house. One tree drawn on it and total quote without any type of breakdown of charges for the work. I then sent an email to Andre explaining that I expected much more than I received. I would expect the work they did to be part of any normal analysis and quote provided and should simply be a part of doing business, as opposed to something I paid $99 for. I never received a response from the last email and the entire process was difficult and tiring, to say the least.

Thought this experience would be a good one but as is the case with many of the Big Deals, the company took on more responsibility than it could handle. A representative came out within several days of my purchase, made an assessment of my property and promised a plan within 1-2 weeks (rep admitted that they were already backlogged). Six weeks later, still no response so I called and left a message that was never returned. I had hoped that this company could perform the work after I received their evaluation but since they are obviously over extended, I don't want to risk any more money on this venture.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for a consultation and design of our yard. When i purchased it the form asked for contact information which i provided. I waited a week and never heard from them. I called and left a message and was called back 4 days later to schedule. I was able to schedule the appointment a week out, which was great. The guy who came out was very professional and very punctual. He came on a Friday and promised me i would have my quote / design by the end of the next week. I waited 2 weeks and did not hear anything. I called and left a message and was called back the next day.. They said that they were very busy from the Angie's List promotion and to give them another week. That is understandable, and I was okay with this. I again waited another week and and a half then called that wednesday, and left another message. I received an email from them on Friday saying again that they were overwhelmed with the Angie's List promotion and they would have something to me by the end of next week.. Well, that was a week ago and I have yet to hear from them... What a waste of $99. They haven't actually preformed any work for me, so I don't know how good their price or quality of work is, but if i can't even get a quote that i pre-paid for, then that doesn't give me much reassurance that the company will be responsive when it comes to work.

Because of the Angie's List Big Deal, they were extremely busy. They had to get back to us a few times. Andre came out after about a week and he looked around the property. He came when he said he would. We talked about what we wanted. It took us two or two and a half weeks to get the plans back because they were so busy. I did have to call them back a few times to get the plan. I didn't see any computer-generated visuals, which I would've appreciated, so that I could see what it would really look like. What we got back was like an auto cad drawing of the property with the plants and everything listed out. We also got an invoice. Other than that, everything went fine and we were satisfied with it. We'll look into following the plan in the future. They were friendly and efficient. I only saw one problem with his design. It was just something he hadn't taken into account or remembered. He did respond immediately whenever I called him. It took him longer to get the plan back to us, than he initially stated that it would. He initially said it would take a week. He was very professional. If we ever commit to his actual ideas, we would probably use him.

The service turned out fine. They were knowledgeable, they were prompt, they were friendly, and they did a good job. I was fully satisfied. We didn't get any work done, they just did an estimate for us.

He was friendly and professional. He offered some good suggestions and promised to get the design and a price to me within the week. I had to email him to remind him. He sent it to me then. I called to tell him it looked good and I was ready to begin as soon as possible. I have not heard from him since. This will be the last time I take advantage of a 'special' from Angie's List.

Service provider states as part of this deal that purchaser is required to contact them within 48 hrs. of purchase or the deal is off. So, I jumped through this hoop and within 36 hrs. tried to contact them through the Angie's List-provided email link. The link was dead so I could not contact service provider. I then emailed the service provider in an attempt to touch base with them within the 48 hour deadline. No response. After two days I sent them a message through my Angie's list account. Two more days and no response. I then sent a message to Angie's List requesting the procedures necessary to receive a refund. Only THEN, in about a day, did service provider attempt to contact me. I have no confidence that the work and attitude of the service provider will be up to par, as they were "forced" to honor their commitment.

Crew was here on time daily and cleaned up each day until the job was done. The owner came out to check on progress during the job and upon completion to be sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They will be coming out again this spring to refresh the plantings and path way, add mulch and then do some additional work at the front of the house.

Called for estimate and manager came in timely manner but it took two phone calls and approximately 2 weeks to get an estimate. Received an apology and "sorry, guess you fell through the cracks". Price fair but took another couple phone calls to set up date for work to be completed. Again was told "sorry, I meant to call you" ! To sum up experience...received great landscape service but timely customer service was an issue. Would recommend anyone using this company to be assertive in setting up date expectations for estimates and service.

We were very pleased with them overall! The work was done right.

Answered call from me, after finding them on Angie's list. Easy to talk to on the phone. Met me at the property at the right time. Estimates were complete and timely. All work for almost 2 years has been perfectly done. All calls are answered in a timely manner. Staff is very knowledgeable and personable.

They were prompt to come quote. They showed up when they said they would to start work. They did a great job on a parking pad. They ran into a few struggles with the double gate but worked on it until it was correct and met expectations - both ours and theirs ~ which took much longer than expected (months). They had no problem not being paid until the job was complete. I would recommend them to others. It was the professional way they handled the challenge of the gate that was the most impressive. They "walk the walk".
