They were prompt and very professional. They helped me with my insurance company. If I needed to I would hire them again.

Enjoyed meeting our salesperson, Paul Scowley. He was professional and responsive throughout. We replaced our roof due to the May hailstorm that came through Cherokee and North Fulton counties. Of the $7,300 cost, insurance proceeds covered about $6,000 of that. They did not collect payment until the work was finished. Took about a day and a half for the crew to finish.

I would recommend them and use them again anytime, they were on time and prompt. The quality of work was excellent. I was very pleased with everything I saw.

I was very pleased with the entire process. The company representative kept his appointments with us and was very flexible in arranging his schedule with our insurance claims adjuster. Work began within a week of signing the contract and the total project took two days. I would recommend Academy Roofing to others.

I thought they did a good job. They were responsive and cleaned up after themselves. I had a concern on one piece after the work was done. I gave them a call and they were out to my house within two days and fixed it. They explained the situation, the work was done correctly and they honored the guarantee. They gave me a three year guarantee on the labor and fifty years on the shingles.

This company was definitely fantastic. Their service and hard work was just phenomenal. The company worked really well with our insurance company on settling on a price. The guys that came over were just hands downs awesome!

I was having troubles deciding exactly what i wanted. They went far and beyond. Billy Henson did my estimate. He brought me pictures and made sure, I got the exact shingles I wanted. I have been remodeling my home over a period of time and this is the only company, I would recommend. They showed up on time and finished the job efficiently. I would highly recommend.

I am satisfied with the contractors, but was not satisfied with the salesmen. I would only hire the contractors again.

After discovering a leak in our roof (our living room had a new water feature) we immediately called academy roofing. They were out the next day and told us that hail damage had ruined our roof and that our homeowners insurance should cover it. Our insurance agent agreed and we had a brand new roof in about a week after our initial visit. All went according to plan and we're real happy. Our house looks great!

We had Academy Roofing come out and give us an estimate for a new roof. We were very impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the salesman sent. He climbed on our roof, took detailed measurements and came back with a fair quote. We had other quotes but just weren't as impressed with the way the measurements were taken. The crew came when they said they would be there and finished the job quickly and left no mess for us to clean up. I really appreciated how quickly my phone call was returned when I had some questions.

Workers were drinking beer while working on the roof. The company said they would take that team off the project, then they said they would have to come back to finish, but would be under full supervision. The next day the same team came out and were NOT supervised. The sales rep came out and found a number of problems with the roofing job and that the work was not even complete. This issue has been going on for months. As of this past Friday they did what they said they were going to do, but we have identified other problems. 3 weeks ago they started demanding payment and said if there was no payment they would put a lien on my home. I asked them to finish the work because they had told me to pay after work was complete. They did put a lien on the house and I wrote a letter to the president of Academy Roofing about the issue. Yesterday I received a message from them saying if I did not pay in full immediately they would file a lawsuit.

CREWS ALTERNATED BETWEEN JOBS, WE WERE NEVER SURE WHEN THEY WOULD ACTUALLY SHOW UP. WE HAVE A GATED YARD WITH DOGS, SO THIS WAS UNPLEASANT. MORE EXPERIENCED CREWS HAD TO REDO THE ROOF WHERE THE INEXPERIENCED CREWS HAD MESSED UP BADLY. THEIR CREWS LEFT BEHIND A LOT OF FAST FOOD BAGS, WRAPPERS, AND DRINK CUPS. NOT REALLY WHAT WE COULD CALL ''NEAT.'' NOT THE FAULT OF THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, BUT THEY WERE MESSY!
