If you are looking at this review you have most likely spoken with other vendors. I’ve talked to countless people saying they can’t give any ballpark quotes until they it. Scope of work may change when they see it BUT.. the price of the work shouldn’t change. Every vendor has a pricing sheet of the base level work. "The agreement for the fence was for the beginning of May. It is now July 3rd and the fence is still not completed & is so poorly done that it has to be torn down & redone. He was also originally hired for multiple projects including my back deck which currently does not have rails on one side because he tore it down & has yet to replace it. I also have a board on my back deck that is not attached & a trip hazard. At this point, we are owed a refund of over $4k for projects not completed that he was given in good faith."
