Scheduled service for 9:30-10:00am, by 1pm no one had showed I emailed them thru AL. They responded saying there was a mixup, they would be out the next day to perform service. I emailed asking them to call for a future date as the next day was unavailable, they emailed back stating they would call. That never happened so I decided not to pursue any further.

They did a very very thorough job. My house is the cleanest it has been in a long time. Both the ladies that came were nice and stayed on top of things. I can't say enough about them they are just great.

We had rescheduled once, which the provider readily agreed to given what they said was a heavy schedule. On the reschedule date, the day we planned on having guests, they never showed up. Numerous attempts at contacting them and leaving voice-mails were unsuccessful. They never returned our call and never showed up. My wife wound up having to add this to an already full day in preparation for our event, so you can imagine our frustration and dissatisfaction. It's been over two weeks, and still no one has contacted us. Any company that won't return calls or offer any explanation as to why they failed to provide agreed to services is not professional and can't be trusted. I would discourage anyone who is considering this outfit from engaging them.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am this morning and no one showed up .This was after a bad experience i had where i was put on a waiting list 2 weeks back and no one bothered to get back to me and inform that they were not going to make it .I finally called them up and was scheduled for today morning but no one came out .When i called the lady apologized and told me that i was supposed to be informed if they were going to be late .She will check and get back but SHE NEVER DID. THIS IS RIDICULOUSLY BAD SERVICE . I don't know how these companies make it to angies list .My faith in Angies list is going bleak .I called them up and they were trying to sell me another provider .I did't want to start from scratch again so i asked them to reach out to this company and see if they are willing to come out else i want my money back .I don't have any more patient for these companies and this is absolutely my last attempt Thanks Raj

They were supposed to show up around 9 or 10 am. They did call and told me they were going to be late. They finally showed up around 2 pm. Don't expect them to move everything out of the garage like the ad says because it is two women doing the job. There is no way they could move everything out of the garage.

They are located 2 hours away from me so it took them a long time to get to my house. They were quite late due to traffic. When they arrived, they went right to work. They (there were two ladies) were very efficient, even wiping down the walls. I was fully satisfied with the work they did.

I purchased 4 hours cleaning on Angie's List for $69. Becky called a couple days after to schedule an appointment to clean. Appointment was set for June 26. I set my schedule around to make sure I was here when they were supposed to be. My wife was out of town for a couple of weeks and due back that weekend. So I wanted to have the house professionally cleaned before she returned. Well Magic Dusters was a no show. I called that morning to confirm, but no answer and straight to VM. So now no cleaning service and no time to schedule a different one.

Horrible. They never showed. They did not call. I have arranged my schedule for their work to be done.

The provider never called or showed up. I have left five messages; two emails and three calls.

Signed up for a special cleaning service for 4 hours at $69.99. Sent email with dates of availability to have service done and never heard anything from company on scheduling. Called several times and phone went straight to voice mail. Finally, she answered the phone and scheduled me for an appointment. Appointment was scheduled for 6/22/2015. However, the provider was a now show no call....Tried calling customer several times to find out what was going on and she never answered the phone. Very unprofessional and I would never deal with this company again!!!

They did a good job, but were about an hour and a half late, plus didn't clean dark mold out of a tub. Other than that, everything was clean, they cleaned off cobwebs, and vacuumed the floors. Looked a lot better after they were there than before they got there!

It took many phone calls/emails to schedule service. Eventually I had to call Angie's List and on a three way call, they responded. On the day they were scheduled, they did not show up. They had an emergency so we had to schedule for the next day. When the next day arrived, they were 30 minutes late. I was showing them around and was mentioning that I know that I paid for 4 hours but if they finish well before, I am fine with it. Well, guess what - 4 hours means 2 people so only 2 hours!! Read the fine print. At At 2 hours, they tell me that if they were to finish, I would need to pay extra. There weren't any linens to change and the house was clear (not clean) however, they still were not finished and I now have to clean my kitchen because they took off all the pans from the stove (thinking they would get to it) and now I have to clean after the service left. Not my idea of getting the house cleaned. NEVER AGAIN.

THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM WE BEEN USING THIS CLEANING SERVICE FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS WE HAD BEEN THREW SEVERAL SERVICES UNTIL WE FOUND THE ONE THAT WE LIKED AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISED WE ARE VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY

MAGIC DUSTERS CLEANING HAS BEEN CLEANING MY HOUSE FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DO AN ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE .THEY EVEN WALK MY MOMS DOG WHEN THEY COME MY MOM IS SICK AND BED RIDDEN
