"After over two years of issues with our Heat&Glo fireplace resulting in 4 visits and $1000+ in service charges and replaced parts we are still left with a fireplace that randomly cuts off and on. The last response from this group was to blame the issue on the overall gas supply but after having the gas company check every line pressure and connection twice it is obvious that the issue is the lack of experience this group has with existing fireplaces. They are more than happy to sell you a new system but are out of their league when it comes to servicing a unit outside of a simple cleaning.
