Everything went smoothly, onsite team was timely and professional both for the initial visit and installation.

The tech was professional and only did what was required. My chimney didn't need cleaning.

The gentleman did an inspection and sweep. He was able to point out a safety issue and give me a quote for repairs. Professional, polite, didn't make a mess.

Trevor was on time, courteous and very professional. He inspected the fireplace, damper, flue liner and chimney crown. He found several issues that need to be addressed and the structure was clean. He explained pricing and all the options, very pleased.

Just wanted to get some firebricks repaired and the chimney to stop leaking during major storms. They came and inspected; had the firebricks replaced. After getting the chimney pressure washed and waterproofed, they “discovered” their was a disconnection hear the bottom and they couldn’t put on a new top but they could, for $10k demolish the chimney to fix it. Or, for $1k I could cap it and never use it again. It had always worked fine before this company came along. The owner doesn’t respond to my initial inspection questions but they have no problem harassing me to get their money that I never would have spent if they had any professionalism. Do not use them.

Work accomplished earlier than expected, they called with earlier appointment when someone cancelled. Showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job. Use a tarp in front of fireplace to prevent getting carpet dirty. Justin and his new helper, Justin, both professionals.

The installation went well. The existing cap was demolished quickly and safely. The new cap was previously pre-measured and fit onto our chimney with no fit-up issues. The drill-in fasteners with neoprene washers that were used appear to be a great way to reduce the appearance of fasteners along the perimeter flange of the new cap (as opposed to using sealant on the head of the fasteners). Kyle and TJ, the installers, were very informative, serious about their work and efficient -- they were done in very short order.

First they are booked out for 3 months and if you need quick repair, this is not it. I could wait so I used them. I had them put a blank on my chimney and tell me where water was coming in. they did a water test and said it is coming in brick. Wanted me to pay an additional $2100 to waterseal it!! I paid $250 for 5 gallons of the best on market and did it myself in 4 hours. They admitted the seal they used would have to be done again every 5 years. These guys are experts but the cost is crazy..I paid $1275 for 2 hours of work and a cap that probably cost them $300.

TJ and Justin arrived on time and did a very good job. They answered all of my questions and their work was outstanding.

There was a lot of deterioration inside the chimney which made it unsafe to use. Michael and Wayne were very professional and presented us with an estimate for repairs. We have hired them to come back and do the work to insure my fireplace is safe and in good working order.

It was good. the first appointment was early which was a little inconvenient , but understandable. The appointment for repair was punctual and took only a short time. Kyle was professional and courteous. I found the price a little high, but the work and professionalism were appropriate for the cost. The tech service men, Kyle and Brandon, were here on time, very knowledgeable and intent on solving our problem. They explained the problems and gave a full explanation of how they would resolve the issues. Could not have been more pleased with their work. We would definitely recommend them!

The crew was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They actually saved me money and it was their recommendation! I am very pleased with their work, so far. Just completed sealing my chimney from leakage so time will tell if this fixed my problems, but I feel confident that it will.

They did a very good job. They told me all the things that needed to be done. They were honest.

Technicians inspected the area of concern and told us that it was not anything to be concerned with and explained in detail why. They did not charge us or repair something that did not require repair - very honest company! Highly recommend!!

It went great Craig, and his helper arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning a 40 year old never been cleaned fire place chimney. He cleaned up after himself and leaf the hearth clean also. Had lots of broken brockets that he was able to repair also. I recommend Craig for cleaning of chimneys.
