Skyline plumbing arrived at the appointed hour and discovered what the problem was. It was raining and the plumber was kind enough to advise us to wait until the ground dried before the work was initiated. He was also kind enough to root out the blockage in an effort to provide up with water that would drain albeit temporarily. None of the previous plumbers who gave a quote for the job offered to do this. Skyline arrived back one week later and repaired the plumbing. They were on time, professional and courteous. The best thing about this experience was that Skyline was less expensive than the other two quotes. One company quoted us $1700 above Skylines price. I am very appreciative for their honesty and integrity. I will use them in the future without fail. Wonderful experience.

The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. Service was fast. They knew what they were doing. There is nothing worse then to ask someone for help, and they ask the customer what the problem could be.

On the evening of May 22, 2012, I noticed a smell coming from the upstairs toilet and a puddle of smelly water outside my back deck. After leaving an after hours message, Debby called me back just a few minutes after 8 a.m. the next day. She took down my information and spent time answering questions. They came out to my house the same day. I didn't have to leave work.After the service was performed, I spoke to Debby again and she explained in detail what the problem was with my tank (field lines and red clay). She explained that I have a problem with field lines. She also gave me pointers on how to manage this problem in the meantime. This company and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They didn't try to pressure me into making any rushed/expensive repairs. I couldn't believe they gave me tips on how to manage the problem until I have the money to add 100 feet to field lines. After being ripped off by a painting company (Premier Coating out of Kennesaw, GA) in April of this year, I joined Angie's List. This company had excellent reviews and I am so pleased with the work. We found Skyline Plumbing on Angie's List read the reviews and gave them a call. They were here within one hour of our call and finished the job quickly and professionally. It is nice to know people exist that do their job and keep their word, that is important to me.

After finding waste water backing up into the bath and shower on a Sunday afternoon, I called several septic specialists to get someone to come out and pump the tank. Skyline called me back promptly however could not provide service that day and said it might be later the next day before they could get to us. I think it was around 8am they were out in the yard with the tank lid off. Since it turned out to be a clogged pipe rather than a full tank, they also cleared the clog and pumped the tank anyway. Great service from Skyline (the second time in three years I have used them). I'd definitely recommend their service.

We had another company out and paid them $375 to clean the plumbing lines. Two weeks later the renter called and said it was still backing up in the tubs when she ran the dishwasher. So we thought that the septic tank may be full or blocked so we called Skyline based on the Angies List report. They came out - they were great. However, after the spetic guy came out the renter called back and said it was still backing up in the tub. We called about 8:00pm and someone called us back right away and talked us through what the problems were and came out the next day - He was prompt, curteous knowledgable...and the price was reasonable!

At 4:30 p.m. we discovered the drain pipe leading to our septic tank was spewing filthy water all over our basement, apparently for several hours, as the basement was flooded. We frantically started calling plumbers listed in the Yellow Pages. The first one we called didn't service our area, the second one couldn't get a plumber out until the next day. On our third try we reached Skyline, who said they'd get a plumber out to our house right away. True to their word, Lindsey arrived within an hour even though he had to make his way through heavy rush hour traffic in a heavy downpour. He immediately fixed the drain pipe and stopped the flow of water, then proceeded to clear the line of the blockage, which was caused by a combination of tree roots invading the line and a squirrel which had entered it via one of the vent pipes. (Note: cover those vent stacks with hardware cloth!) Lindsey was very knowledgeable, very professional and extremely nice to these highly distraught homeowners. After he got the septic line repaired, he even volunteered to have a look at a cranky shower fixture we'd been reluctant to use for months, and restored it to operation without charging us anything for this. In our initial call to Skyline we had asked them to schedule a septic tank cleanout since it was time to have ours serviced. Skyline had promised to send someone to handle this task the following day, during normal business hours. Sure enough, Skyline's pumper truck arrived the next day right on time as promised. The two-man crew was done in 30 minutes and they were as competent and professional as Lindsey. We're planning to rehab both bathrooms in our 35 year old house, and when we do, we will definitely be asking Skyline to handle the plumbing for these projects. We feel very fortunate to have found such a good plumbing company -- excellent service, really nice folks, and very reasonably priced, too.

The plumber knew what he was doing, but he did not listen to what I wanted. He informed me that I would not be happy. Well, I'm not happy because the fixtures were not arranged as I wanted them. They are arranged as he wanted them. He also vented the exhaust fan into the wall. I am going to find a way to vent that outside.

We could not have been any happier with the fact that they did not tear our yard up as bad as we thought they would. They did an outstanding job of fixing the yard back up for us. We had a few quotes and they were right there with all of the other quotes we received. They made it an enjoyable experience by being as friendly as they were to us.

The work went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the results. We had made an appointment to have the expansion tank installed the day before, and I was able to call the day of the appointment and add the leaky sink to our work order. The dispatcher was very friendly, and called to let us know when the plumber was on his way. Jamie, the plumber, was very quick and efficient and had all the work done within an hour and a half, if not sooner. The price quoted for the expansion tank was about $30 cheaper than that of another competitor's, and about $10 cheaper than what the majority of the neighbors had paid for their installations (the expansion tank was required after the water company installed back-flow prevention).

The company gave me a quote over the phone to do the work, and there were not any unpleasant surprises. The contractor did a very decent job. The toilet works and it doesn't leak. He was fast and efficient (he was done in about 30 minutes), and the job was done right. Plus, he left the work area clean. The only problem I had was that he was 1.5 hours late, but I can't fault him too much, as there was an accident on the highway. He was stuck in traffic, and there aren't many alternate routes between his office and my home (Hiram to Lithia Springs).

Lindsey was On time, very polite, job was very messy -- but it wasn't completely his fault-- he kept going until finished in a tough and difficult situation. All for a flat, quoted after- hours rate. Very satisfied, even though a lot of probably unavoidable cleanup by us will be required.

WE HAVE USED THEM ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS AND THEY ARE GOOD WITH THEIR SERVICE WITH GETTING OUT TO YOUR HOME QUICKLY AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.
